I have been Lidyas student for 1 1/2 years now. She is a not only a very talented artist but also a kind and patient teacher. I know for a fact that she enjoys teaching. Its hard to find talented people that are also good teachers! Ive started as a challenge to myself after retirement because I like crafts but was not able to draw or paint. I started with charcoal, pastel, oil pastel, acrylic, then finally settled on oil paint. She taught me the different mediums and how to form the sketch. I enjoyed the casual atmosphere and sometimes the company of school age kids when I had to take make-up classes in the afternoon! The morning classes consists mostly of retired ladies like myself. It has been an enjoyable journey for me and I have her to thank for.

Lidya is not just an amazing artist but also a great teacher. Is amazing how she has wake up that inner artist in my 9 year old girl. The artwork she is now creating is amazing and the creativity she has develop is stunning .I will totally recommend her as a great quality and affordable art class.

I have been looking for an art class for my daughter that is not a typical cookie-cutter organization and was so happy to come across a teacher like Lidya. Not only that she is an experienced fine arts professor, but Lidya is a true artist - her artwork is beautiful! And so is her teaching. My daughter started attending Lidyas classes as a Kindergartner and immediately felt very comfortable. Now a second grader, my daughter has been recognized for her own works of art several times at the school and Council level - thank you Lidya for all that you have taught her! Looking forward to your guidance in many years to come. :)
