Jackaroo Landing

Went on a 95 degree day for the kid’s waterslides. They were all closed because of a lack of workers the girl said. There were 10 lifeguards around the lazy river and wave pool but they couldn’t move a couple to the kids slides? Really disappointed. Also the lifeguards told me I could not take my phone near the pool. I asked why and they told me I might drop it and it will get wet and ruined, that I needed it in a waterproof bag. 1. It is my phone. 2. They have been waterproof for the last five years. Just a strange place. Made me realize how much more magical Disney is. These guys just miss the point that it is all about making the guests happy. Felt more like they were doing me a favor by being there.

Very fun, with lots of great slides and places to climb around.Reasons for four stars:- Water is kind of cold, making it harder for little kids with less, uh, insulation.- When the water park first opened, many of the slides here stayed closed for a while. Since this was one of the best attractions at the water park for little kids, it was a bit of an inconvenience.
