I did an iron fitting session with Andrew Piercy, who went above and beyond to help me get a set of irons that worked great for me. I really appreciated his explanations on what factors we were looking at, and he always kept the entire session positive and fun. Id highly recommend Andrew for a fitting session, and will be looking to get another session with him for a driver fitting.

Got fitted for a driver with Andrew. Hes super easy to work with and goes into the details of WHY hes recommending certain combinations of shafts and heads. I ended up picking up around 25-30 yards on my good drives while also managing my bad misses better.I highly recommend going here for a fitting.

Really nice 9 hole with a very courteous staff. Can ultimately finish the course in about 90 minutes. Great place to work on your irons and short game and for 22 bucks on the weekdays you cant beat the price to get outside and enjoy mother nature.

They are so greedy. My kid went to the free session for flex program. At the time, I was asked to fill out a form with credit card information. The coach said many times that you wont be charged if you dont start the lesson. After that we never start the lesson. I tried to book the about 4 times lesson but due to time conflict I canceled before 24 hours.Recently I just noticed that I was changed $89 per month for a whole year. I emailed the coach and asked for the money back because we never started the lesson officially. But I got refused.

This course is a nice 9 hole. It doesnt have a par five but there is a nice variety of par 3 and 4 holes. If you are looking for a relaxing game of golf with not much pressure this is a good course. The driving range is pretty nice as well with double level tee boxes.

Great golf club. I haven’t hit the actual course yet but the driving range is very good and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. They run free lessons for beginners on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at 4, and Saturday mornings at 11. These are run by my main man Jeff Johnson who is an absolute goat and really knows what he’s talking about. I would definitely go back

Pruneridge (or pruner as my friends and I lovingly call it) is a cute little nine-hole golf course in Santa Clara right on Saratoga, a little bit off of San Thomas Expressway. Ive been coming to hit balls and play golf at this course since I was a little girl. It has gone through some ownership changes, technology upgrades, landscaping, and price increases during its time, but it still remains one of the best places in the South Bay to play a quick nine or get some practice in.The driving range is two-story (no driving allowed on the top level), and has an adjacent training area with state of the art computer programs that break down your swing, tell you how fast you are bringing the club through, etc. (you need to make an appointment for this service) and there is also a private driving range on a nice grass area for members on the other side of the training building. The chipping and putting areas are beautiful, well-manicured, and give you a good idea of how the greens play on the course. The course itself can get a little crowded and backed up, as its a great course for beginners. The holes are well landscaped and kept up nicely and its a great place to spend an afternoon. The only thing you need to watch out for are balls coming over the net from the driving range on the right side of the ninth fairway! Otherwise, just enjoy yourself. And after your round, stop in to the little restaurant for a bite or the pro shop to upgrade your gear.If you live in the South Bay and are a golfer, make sure to check out Pruneridge one of these days! Youll have a great time.

Pruneridge golf course is a challenging course for the beginner and intermediate alike. Three nice long holes and six fairly short holes. Most of the fairways are narrow. The greens are well maintained and are slightly challenging. 6 months later: Ive been playing here off and on for the last six months and I must say I have so much fun here. This course is so well maintained! I have played a few other 9 hole courses in the Bay Area and I find this course to be the best. The staff treat you like a guest. The restrooms are spotless. The price is right! What more can you say!

Just moved back to SJ. Pruneridge golf course is much improved from what it used to look like years ago. The greens and fairways are well watered and manicured. There are many more trees and bushes than there used to be. The tee times were well spaced. I will definitely play here again.

I have a extremely bad experience here. My golf club was broken and club head was flown to the range while I was playing there on the second floor. Then I found the staff in the room. They should suppose to stop playing and find the head. However, I was told that they would go to search it and I can leave my number there so they will call me after they pick the part up. I traveled out of town then. After I came back, I went back to the office and expected to have my club head there. explained to an older man there. He said he understand but its not there anymore. I asked whether its on the range so I can go and search. He said its not there any more. I asked did you found it and he replied no. I asked if you didnt find the club head, it should be still in the range. But he said he didnt know. Seems he want to reject everything. It was my first golf club and now I have to replace that. Its very disappointed and I doubt whether they tried to look for.

Great place for beginners and families. Not very lefty friendly structure wise. But I get by. Lefties should use the stall to the right of a wall since there is no back swing clearance if the wall is behind you. Im not sure about the club features and grass ranges. But I believe its a good value for regular golfers. Im just a hack and golf isnt my main interest like it used to.

They have driving range that you can go and hit some shots. You can rent balls by buckets of different size. I think it was about $7, $10 and $12(?). The also let you use their golf clubs for free, but they are just that Free. Dont expect anything fancy from these free clubs. I hope they keep better clubs for casual golfers like me. They can even rent it out for few bucks. The driving range has 2 floors and you can NOT tee from the top floor (understandable to avoid balls going over the nets).

4 stars for the driving range. Plenty of stalls downstairs and upstairs. (Woods and tees not allowed upstairs.) Targets are well marked and the range is lighted at night. The sun glare is bad for a short time on some days off the year. 3 stars for the course. Fun and casual course for 9 holes. Kind of awkward to play right next to noisy traffic on the front stretch and then backyards of residents of the homes that line up on the back stretch. Staff are good and they have a small pro shop for balls or gloves you might need to buy. 5 stars for the instructional staff. Jeff Johnson is the best. He is patient able to relate to people of of all ages, at all play levels. No matter what level you play at, Coach Jeff will improve your game. I wish I could give an overall 5 star rating for Pruneridge, but I have to average out all the parts of this golf club.

Short executive 9 the course in pretty miraculous condition considering that tremendous amount of play at times, especially from amateur to intermediate golfers that it can get from time to time. practice facilities are pretty much as good as anywhere although they are set up a little funky if you want to use the chipping area but the driving range is cool with quality new and or recently used Range balls makes it so you dont have to beat up much balls. nice putting green for practicing however could use a couple more holes cut into it. it can get busy there but always quick if you have to wait for hitting stall but dont forget to check upstairs that shes in some room there and theres plenty to do weather a fairly good and stock the Pro Shop, decent snack bar food and the Beers always cold. The knowledgeable staff is always available whether its to advise you with equipment Flex and or private lessons and with all the usual high-tech equipment. private membership areas including a grass tee driving range and of course the 9-hole which again is in extremely reasonably good shape All Things Considered good job guys.

Theyve been keeping the course in good shape for what it is. Which makes it a fun course to get some quick golf in. Can play super slow sometimes when it gets packed with bad golfers but chill out and enjoy the time out there with friends. The driving range is good but I dont think their prices are that great. It is cool to be able to get some beers from the bar while smashing balls.

Great place to hit some balls. They have two stories and both are sheltered making this perfect for a rainy day. The green is nice but a little small. They offer a lot of cool things like grass driving range and 3D swing analysis for an extra cost. The course is terrible and very narrow. It is plagued with smaller kids and older people making it impossible to play in a short time. I would recommend this for practice, but not playing.
