Half people living there are WELL UNDER 55 and living with tenants who rent lots for RENT! Sam Schmidt is one example, 40 years old and rents a room from woman. I can name MANY more!

My grandpa lives here. I really love the community. Its very quiet and safe. My grandpas place is super nice. I love coming and visiting him here!!!!!
