This mobile home park is terrible. They fail to upgrade their infrastructure, yet continue to raise rent. For instance, I have contacted multiple tenants who are furious with their internet speed. With the pandemic going on, children are forced to distance learn and are incapable of getting through a zoom class meeting without glitching or constantly disconnecting. How are these children able to learn if the internet speeds are limited to 758 kbps (that is not enough to load up emails) but the price is the same as their 25 mb plans ($50 month) . We have contacted AT&T about this and they stated “The choice of upgrading the wiring is up to the property owners and that majority of the city of Santa Ana has already adopted to Fiber optic cabling. Also tenants can not introduce a new Internet Service Provider since we have an exclusive contract with the property owners.” This mobile home park owned by Sierra Corporate Management they are money hungry pigs so I recommend you stay out of this location and any property location owned by them.

The rent always increases and the management doesnt care to help its home owners. Sometimes there are gangsters but dont bother to tell the management they dont care. Worst location ever, cant wait to move

Manager is very good and helpful.....Space rent is very expensive for the area no improvements but another sierra management Corporation park! Be aware of the electric bill charges because they overcharge you make sure you dont have a old meter....

The manager is ineffective. I do not live here I was mistakenly parked outside a renters home while my wife dropped something off. I had been sitting in the car for 3 minutes or so. She rolled up, in a condensing way asked me to move and i agreed. She proceeded to interrogate me. She seemed upset and i asked why she questioned me it was none of her business as i walked towards the driver side to move.I proceeded to ask why it was any of her business, to which she responded I am the manager smart-ass once she called me a smart-ass we just started arguing. Train her, teach her to identify herself first, while doing her job properly, and not to harass people. Everyone does pay rent after all. The friends that rent there hate her(multiple units). If you plan to live there just know shes is hard to deal with.

I live for 15 years, I love my house but the rent of the space really expensive, this is the reason i move, i sale my house.
