Who ever is in charge of the shed is keeping the walking swinging gate closed and pad locked during range hours, when it needs to remain open during these hours. If the locked gate is not left open during these hours it makes it difficult for older archerers to jump the fence. This is not an argument, the retrieval gate need to be kept open during day light hours or dont lock it!
