This is a good theatre with impeccable architecture. I went here to watch a play and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into the theatre and sat down in one of the chairs, which was very comfortable. I went through the lobby of the theatre, which has red carpet and is very nice The play was good and I left after it finished, satisfied with my experience. To get out of the theatre, you have to go through the lobby. Its quite spacious, so it isnt crowded when you leave the theatre, which I like. There are also some stores and restaurants near the theatre, which is nice. I gave this theatre five stars because its nice, fancy, and conveniently located in the center of downtown Sandusky.

Army field band and chorus was awesome

We were actually here for the mural around back which is beautifully done and a great way to commemorate your trip to the area! Sandusky is on the upswing folks!!

Shout out to the Cherry and Hunter family I had a ball at Cousin LindasRetirement Celebration...The Food was excellent and the games were quite fun; every thing was prepared with such excellence; from the decorations to the food.

Great small city theater, the staff does a tremendous job bringing quality art performances to our small city.

A great venue that brings in world class performers, especially for the size of the town.

Old home town stage, completely refurbished. Paintings, ceiling, with original pictures, colors. Absolutely gorgeous. Good sound. Not a bad seat in the house. Huge army of volunteers that basically run things with a support paid staff.

They will.repair the damage and be up and running but it will take a while.to re do all.that was destroyed by the microburst

Firelands Symphony Orchestra was amazing with Pictures at an Exhibition. Sound quality of the performance was excellent. Overall a very enjoyable night.

The State Theater hosts Lange Trust events each year, which brings great shows for free. Tonight was Recycled Percussion, which was amazing.

Tremendous old theater that has been restored. A variety of programs and entertainment that will meet anyones expectations.

Beautiful and restored theater with nice seats. Great view from all areas of the theater. Air-conditioning works well! Not to hot. Not too cold. Sound system also works really well. Clean and remodeled bathrooms, good concessions.

I took my oldest here for a play years ago and she graduated here just 2 years ago. The theater is beautiful and comfortable too. Has a nice old feel to it

I went to the Wellness Symposium at the theater and it was a good time!

This is a great place to take the family you can often see really good movies or shows here sometimes there are festivals in the back parking lot whenever they do so its generally a free show with great bands Ive even seen vendors back there for all very kind and very nice I would recommend going here.

My Mom, got Brocitis for one of the cast members Grand Sons. She was hacking the whole show, cause they,, had to see him, again! REALLY? ! STAY HOME!

Upgrades to the lighting and sound systems. Thorough renovation of the building. Top notch programming. I was overwhelmed by the beautiful and professional Firelands Symphony Orchestra rendition of my favorite musical piece.

Handicap spots need to be in places where they can sit with their family it is ridiculous that my 11 year old with cp had to pick someone to sit with and leave the rest of us. She mentally is 4 and doesnt understand why she cant sit with mommy, daddy and sissy.

I have played here many time (Trumpet), Firelands Symphony, Northcoast Concert Band, and soon in the pit for a brand new musical. Sophies Light! It is a spectacular venue.

The show was fantastic. We saw Artrageous. They were excellent, audience participated and had sing alongs. Easy to find parking.
