5 star staff, 3 star pricing so settled on a 4. We did search the web and found a 20% off coupon which helped some. When it was a different craft store, things were cheaper. Nice inside, nice staff, just a bit higher price than Joanne Fabrics.

I loved Pat Catans and this was my first time in Michaels. They were organized and had pretty decent sale at the time. Very friendly cashier

Its okay... Good stuff as always but more overpriced than Patcatans and honestly is just more basic. Its a good craft store but youre better off buying the stuff you want online because its cheaper and easier to look for. I like to come in here every once and a while but it just makes me miss Patcatans.

The store is always clean and well organized when I go in and the staff there is never fails to be helpful with any questions I have.

I went into Michaels, because I had an idea for a project Im working on. After spending a couple of hours piecing together my thought process and vision of what I wanted, with the extreme help of an associate, I found everything I needed for my project and more. I was extremely satisfied with my experience, and I even signed up for their loyalty program, because I received A+ service. The employees I encountered were very nice, and one even assisted me in piecing together everything I needed and where to find it. Thank you. Ive been back 3 times in less than a week already.

First time there on 3-2-20. It was nice and clean. A lot like the Pat Catans that was there before. The prices are okay. There were a lot of sales that day and they also offer good coupons for regularly priced items.

Not much help available, the spring supplies not available. Lots of Christmas 85percent off all over the store. Lot of empty shelves. I am a vendor and I have a show in 6 weeks and need flowers and decorations to use with my product. I liked Pat Catans much better . Only one person at the register. Store is messy. I drove one hour and fifteen minutes and was very disappointed. This is my 3rd visit and I dont plan on coming back.

Nobody said anything to me. Stuff was all over. I was looking at stuff and things were completely out of the package or things were falling out of packaging. Everything is kind of scattered. It wasnt cluttered but isles empty. Carts of stuff not put away all over.

I work here so obviously this place is awesome. As a job, its very easy and laid back. As a customer, theres so much to choose from. Lots of things on sale right now! More advanced (but a bit more pricey) things compared to Pat Catans but its worth it!

Shame when they closed pat catans, they didnt at least lower their prices!

It isnt at all like Pat Catans. The prices are very high. Store lay out isnt smooth. Employees dont know where items are. But if there is a sale the prices are ok.

Way overpriced! On most inventory even on sale. Cashier was surprised we bought 1 item. I was about ready to say I cant afford a small personal loan to afford something!no one will buy a 2000 thousand dollar metal christmas tree truck holder. I see 150 tops. I love it but at 2 grand Ill walk. Dont carry enough models and chrome model paint.

The arrangement of the merchandise lacked cohesiveness, and was very messy. There were products scattered everywhere and some aisles were completely empty. The inside of the building is old and needs to be updated. There was only one associate working the checkout lines and I had to wait ten minutes just to purchase a $3.99 stencil. Additionally, the extremely long setup for the registers is filled with junky impulsive buys, none of it related to crafts, and nearly triple the price of what you would pay elsewhere. Overall, once Sandusky gets Hobby Lobby, this store will pale in comparison, due to its lack of workers, ridiculous prices, disorganization, limited selection, and overall dinginess. I miss the old Pat Catans when it was in the plaza where K & K Interiors is now.

Craft store where you can find the normal things. They offer sewing, painting, wood, and kids craft supplies. They do have a decent selection of some items, but lack a variety in some areas. I would recommend that you call the store ahead of time if you are looking for a specific item. they do offer a wide variety of seasonal decorations and supplies.

Ordered online and received confirmation that my order was ready for pick up 2 minutes before the store closed and was told I was unable to pick it up due to the fact that they close at 6pm. Whats the point of sending a confirmation if its that close to closing?

I wondered around the former Pat Catans location for 30 minutes and couldnt find what I was looking for, let alone someone that could help me find what I was looking for. When I did find someone she was a little rude. Definitely not the Pat Catans that I used to love shopping at.

I love stopping by Pat Catans when the new holiday decor comes out .Whether its Christmas or Halloween Im always pleased to stop in and get my hands on the newest stuff.You can get seasonal items for the house or office and the crafts are trendy and fun.If you are into Bullet journals or stamping, jewellery making or painting, they have something for everyone.I recommend this amazing shop and believe me if crafting is your thing you will thank yourself for going in.

Im incredibly late in writing this review; however I still have to write it. I came here with my sister talking to me through FaceTime and the employee Krystal was absolutely incredible. She helped us find the perfect floral arrangement for for Mothers Day. We had a special situation considering our circumstances and Krystal was very helpful in that regard. She helped us the find the perfect flowers and perfect candle and made us a completely custom arrangement. She went absolutely above and beyond in helping us get exactly what we wanted. I will always go here to get my floral arrangements done.

They bought out Pat Cattans and cut everyones hours and pay. No benefits.

They have a lot of nice stuff. Bought some after Halloween decorations. Was not a member, though. When I got up to the cash register, I told her I wasnt a member. She said, do you want to be a member, and I said, yes. The merchandise would have been $42 and something, but I got it for $9 something because I was a member. Good deal!

Emily was the only associate who cared at all about us & that was pleasant & helpful. The store is still awesome, would love the paint markers to be in a more unified section. For the most part everyone was good but Emily was stellar.

If you need craft or hobby supplies, Pat Catans should be your destination. My only complaint about this store is it is hard to navigate through the aisles. Sometimes there are displays in the aisles that prohibit and easy walk through the aisle. Also I ran into trouble trying to get around the ends of some aisles. I realize they are trying pack a lot of merchandise into the store; but if I cant get to what I want, I am not going to be able to purchase that product!

This is the first time Ive visited this location since it was changed from a Pat Catans to a Michaels. It really made me miss Pat Catans. Michaels candle making supply section is a shadow of what Pat Catans had in stock. Maybe a dozen different (and overpriced) fragrance oils compared to what used to be a large and varied assortment. I must not be the only one noticing this because during my visit I heard a couple discussing the difference in stock with a sales associate. She informed them that Michaels was not Pat Catans and they did not have the same products. No Kidding!!For candle making, Try Natures Garden in Wellington.For other arts and craft supplies, check out Planktown Hardware outside of Shiloh.

I like it but the prices are too high. The same plaque I bought at Michaels for 8.00 I could get for $3.00 at Pat Catan

One lady when we came in told us that someone would be right there. We waited for 30 minutes for someone to help us then one lady came by told us the wrong isle number then another lady, this was 15 minutes later finally helped us get to the one item that we needed, not happy.

Love this place even though they are closings, but was in there the other day while some woman had a meltdown about the all sales final no returns. There is so many signs hanging every where and in front of ever cashier! How did she not see them LMFAO. Staff delt with her appropriately

Excited to see new seasonal merchandise arriving! Store is organized making it easy to find what you need to get in and out quickly... if you dont slow down to browse the new merchandise.

Things advertised on sale in the isles come up more expensive at the register.

A lot of empty shelves and messy, unorganized. Very disappointing.

Ridiculously overpriced on a lot of their items. Only some were reasonably priced.

Do not like their new setup for the cash registers seems stupid. I feel like a cattle Gathering to feed. Service was Superior my an employee named Karen. She shined and helped me very much. But when it came time to check out, I felt like a cattle, being gathered up to eat the way the path to the register is.

This is a great craft store, but it is closing soon. Everything is on sale right now. We will miss having a craft store.

So until i do because it is no longer the store I was in and reviewed; this review is being dropped down to 1 start because i cant take the stars away.[ORIGINAL POST WHILE LOCATION WAS PAT CATANS] : Great store and prices... Ive been here a few times but only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for the simple fact its a bit of a challenge to find help there. Otherwise great store and location. If you know what you want and where it is you should have no issue finding things here or need help.

Found everything That I was looking for except for Shea Butter.. Other than that, my experience was great. I would recommend Pat Catans to those into growth and creativity

I did a craft at the store the Ugly T-shirt for Christmas time. It was for 5 years old n up. So I went n had a great fun time. The only rule there was you had to buy a T-shirt from the store.
