Sunburst Estates

So over crowded. They keep packing in trailers and people are so close together that its very easy to hear, smell, and see everything and I mean everything....!!!! Its just pitiful having at least 2 mobile homes in your front and 4 mobile homes in the back yard

They keep just shoving in more and more homes they have little room for.

Tight spaces. Lot rent OK. People mind their own business. Its ok, I guess.

Amber in the leasing office is great! Super friendly and informative!

Trailers are laid out very nice and the place seems nice

Just drove through but beautiful property that obviously has high standards for the residents. I even saw a nice playground with picnic table. I would definitely live here with my family.

Slum lords!!! There are some great residents but the management company is horrible!!!! The manager in the office is ok but the maintenance sucks and the higher up managers are just slum lords. They dont care about the well being of the residents at all.

Oh god where do I even begin? Well the management seems to have improved since I moved but it is owned by a company based out of Chicago that refuses to give the property management even a reasonable amount of funds for upkeep. Being a slightly above average trailer park is not really that impressive. Just get a house. It barely costs more.

Very hard working manager and maintenance man. Quiet,nice place to live. 100x better than Anywhere in Tulsa.

Friend lives out here. I had a good visit. Not sure if its always like that. But it was Thanksgiving & we hung out at her house for dinner..

Very quiet little community and have a excellent and very honest property manager and a very good maintenance man that is very honest and keeps the place looking nice and i can recommend living here because its a safe little community.

Good but windy today

The area is nice but it appears that the owners are just packing as many trailers in as possible with no concern for privacy or view. The neighbors are right up on top of each other and their windows look right into their neighbors.

The neighborhood is great its an amazing place to raise your children and the park manager is amazing and more than willing to work with you

It would be 5 starts if pool was open more
