Love the casino JT the Bartender the BOMBBut we have gone their and to the one in Tulsa. Havent won anything since this Covid Virus started and it re-opened.Well we did win a bit when i took my card out of the slot.We live in Pryor so the drive is long to both Osage Casinos.But if I dont use my card we wont get free rooms. Lol

I probably wont go back to Osage Sand Springs or Osage Tulsa, today was first time an employee was nice and friendly and it was lady at players service desk she was great. The machines are tight and I feel its rude and cheating me if Im sitting at a game doing pretty good and they make you get off so they can empty out the money they should have just took my money from me when we entered the building because when they make us get off I will cash out and leave. Tulsa is the worst but I dont have enough battery life for that review

Back in 2005 I was going here and spending all my money and not living too well. So I banned myself. Here recently I called them asked if I was still banned and they said no it had been lifted. So i started back doing it like i did in 2005.I have won several jackpots here. I actually hit a jackpot worth $11,000.00 yeah what a trip that was. So far the casino has given me hotel rooms,food vouchers,which isnt much of nothing compared to what doe i have given them. I like playing in the High Stakes room pretty much.The one thing i dislike about this casino is the panhandlers that live there. Trying to sell rings,bracelets,tools even. I hate to tell on them but i got my own addiction i cant fund theyre addiction too. Its a pretty decent casino now that its all new. Always remember the house always win.

They have a lot of machines to play and other things to do there but Ive never went there nothing

Absolutely horrible. I live local and play local. They kicked me and two friends out for being too loud while we were winning. I have a green card ($200,000) spent, not won...spent) Friday night and told us we had to leave. I do t get it. We will be going elsewhere

Lots of machines shut down and now they are charging for drinks that were free. Water and coffee are still free. Hard to find a machine that is paying out anything. Just nickel and dime. At least we didnt loose anything. Creek and Cherokee casinos are better.

Ive been a Google Critic for a while. I have a few views( and what not )so I think Im pretty fair in my ratings of places and the service and or products they provide.This place does doesnt provide a product of any kind and their services shall I say is subpar? Of all the casinos that Ive been to in the state of Oklahoma the Osage Casinos are one of the most consistently poor in payouts, promotions,l and gaming.I feel like I went into a poorly run convenience store where the staff is making minimum wage and so their morale reflects that. If I was only making minimum wage I too would probably not give a AF either.They did not offer and food so I went and grabbed some down the hill in Sand Springs. I was eating a sandwich out in the parking lot and I got hounded by security just before I went in and lost a little bit of money that I budgeted for this tourist trap.Osage Casino its a wrap Im never going back! Heres a very serious public service announcent:There was no CoVid enforcement at all. No mandatory face masks, temperature checks, cleaning staff, or other environmental services what so ever.The signage was the only thing that mentioned the massive CoVid problem that were having right now.I believe that all the elderly people in there will be the next wave of folks in the hospital over the coming weeks.Even game sequestration was not enforced. I would check in on Grandma and Grandpa if they play at Osage Casino and recommend they stock up on the PPE. I would probably suggest a different casino to gamble their Social Security checks on.Signing off with dismay...CRC

Came from Denver CO and just passing thru. It was good for the time we stayed. Played a few slots but lost right away. Went to Blackjack table slots and got our $ back and the play time lasted a lot longer. Will be back. Thanks for the great time. Only bummer is unlike in my town the alcohol is free.

I played several machines. Tip if it pays out small but kind of big example you out in 20 get it down to 5 and then hit bonus to $120. Cash it out. Otherwise it will slowly tease it out of you making you think it will hit that bonus again but they dont. Unless you feed more cash in then it will hit once more good.

Most (not all) of the staff is pretty rude. Machines are super tight. The food is ok but for the most part just not a fun or friendly place to gamble.

Tight machines but great customer service

No question the best casino chain in Green Country. Modern, but not sprawling aimlessly like the two major competitors. Rewards program is solid. Rooms are affordable and surprisingly well appointed. Well operated, safe, solid, casino with great parking.

I live Osage Sand Springs! I usually win more than I spend, and most people are real nice.

This is one of my favorite places to go. I love the atmosphere and the employees are awesome and courteous. I have yet to experience one of the hotel rooms but I heard that they were of the upper echelon. As for the games they are always working and dont get me wrong I have lost but they always give back right now I have a blue card which entitles me to 7$ freeplay plus I get a 10$ food voucher which I use to get one of those custom made pizzas; they are to die for if you havent been On the hill trust and believe you are in for treat!

Nice smaller casino but it has popular and newer casino games available.

From what it was to what it is, has grown a lot but being able to win anything has really fallen to the point that I have almost stop going. Its not fun anymore and its become nothing but a major stress.

They turn the machines on for people who spending the most money. Casinos have to much control over the machines. But God is watching thats all that matters

Obviously it isnt fair to compare this location to the larger establishments in Tulsa, but this is definitely the worst of all the locations in the area. That assessment includes Skiatook, Ramona, and Will Rogers Downs. The small floor is made to feel even smaller due to how they have packed in and arranged the mediocre game selection.On the positive side, the wasted gas wasnt too bad.

My favorite casino. Though smaller, it is very clean with very well trained and friendly staff. I often leave with far more money than I came with which is nice.

TRASH! Drove a distance, gas plus time, spent $40 on one $1 machine, nothing.. $20 on another $1 machine, nothing.. $20 on a $2 machine, nothing. I mean, like not even cycling the same amount for a minute or two. I was there a total of 5 minutes on all the 3 machines. I refused to play anything else. I mean, a waste of a drive for 5 minutes of play, with a loss of $80, plus gas and time.. TRASH! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

Charging for soda is outright rip off. Casinos make alotnof money, and none of the other tribes charge for soda.Casinonis kinda dirty and they mis manage their casinos terribly.

They got their machines so tight its unbelievable. Several times I put in a $20 and didnt a quarter. And the have nothing to drink. I should have stayed home.

No masks... nobody cleaning the machines... and now theyre charging for the sodas that used to be free

Waited close to 10 minutes to see about getting a players card. Eventually just walked away and left shortly after without getting one. Its small but cozy besides not being able to find someone to help me out I enjoyed my time there.

I liked the old casino it was like fishing in a pond verses fishing a lake with out a boat. You can corner them in a pond. Little harder to do at a lake.

The people were very friendly and the drinks were generously full of liquor.Security was very respectful, even when asking you not to do whatever it is that you are doing that is not permitted (I didnt want my phone to completely die so I saw an outlet near the front, so I plugged my charger in &played a nearby slot machine so I could keep an eye on my phone, which was not allowed). The security guy was very nice, even though he did make me take it out. He then suggested some games that also had charging outlets.This was a night of lots of storms moving through the area & it was in between some. I saw security outside looking up & feared the worst, but instead I caught them looking at a complete double rainbow. Next time I came out to leave, I saw beautiful skies in one direction & the opposite in the other way. Time to head out of here.

Terrible at Sand Springs casino. Not terribly crowded so why does a person have to ask for toilet paper, hand soap, coffee, then creamer.? Worst casino in town. You can play but they sure dont pay.

This Osage is not so big but its a quaint diversion

Pros: 1) The same exact machines at Osage as a whole hit better than Hard Rock and especially Riverspirit.2) A friend lost his wallet at this casino a few months back and someone had turned it into security with credit cards untouched. For any casino, that in itself is amazing!3) Security is pretty cool. Never had a problem with any of them being overzealous like the police academy rejects at Riverspirit.4) Best free play offers. Usually get food vouchers and occasional free hotel room offer.Cons: Too small in size, can get pretty crowded quick. Only one beverage station for the whole place, sometimes a line of folks waiting to get soda.

Great place to hit big between 2am and 6am.
