1.8 million dollar homes where the only standard features included in the price are Drywall, roof and a teeny tiny yard. The size of the lots is laughable for the price. The driveways can barely fit my standard sized SUV without encroaching into the sidewalk. You want some cabinets and sink in the laundry room? Thats a 5000$ upgrade! So is the HDMI port to connect to your HDTV. Id expect at least some of these items to be standard in a luxury home. But nothing is included in the price! They are trying to squeeze in a 3000 sft home on a 3500 sft stamp sized lot and still asking for a lot premium for all the road noise you get for free from Dougherty Road. My only advice to folks looking at this community is, buy there only if you have no other reasonable alternative.

These houses cost $2.5 million.Theyre so sad. If what you want is size but no quality, this tract may be for you. The neighborhood looked so so desolate. There was simply no life. No trees. No kids. Huge giant 5000 square foot boxes crammed next to each other.I saw only Indians there. Some grannies in saris pushing a stroller. Not one other ethnicity.The mode home decorating was very nice, but that was being sold for $1M extra! What is standard is a sheetrock box. The window trim is made out of styrofoam!

They sell ~ 2million dollar homes but cannot keep their prices updated on their website. Website says a homesite is available, but when you call them, they say its reserved. Why cant Toll Brothers spend 0.001% of the home selling price to keep the website updated with latest pricing and availability?Also, they seem to be increasing their prices by 20,000$ each week now, its plain ridiculous. 20k on a 1.6 million dollar home is >1%. I cant believe San Ramon & Contra Costa county are letting them getaway with this kind of price gouging in middle of a recession! I have a feeling that the local governments and the builders are ganging up to rip off prospective home buyers. Gods must be crazy!!!

My dream community and has beautiful houses. Beautiful plaza one of my favorite plazas. The only thing that’ Average is the school. Pretty convience to places. I live at the Windermere community, just next door to gale ranch Community.
