This escape room was awesome!!! And its OP. I love the theme of this one. All of us loved it and would would definitely come again. Driving my alameda to this place was kind of shady bc it was in a apartment buildings. It was alot of fun and the puzzles are hard and it mostly requires teamwork!

Went last night, and it was very fun! Highly recommend. We did prison escape and it was challenging but manageable. Although, we did receive a few tips. I didnt get the name of the person running the game but he was very friendly and helpful! Abides by Covid cleaning standards too. You get a private room and they leave hour blocks in between games to clean the rooms thoroughly.

First escape room and I was thoroughly impressed (Prison break)! The puzzles were intricate but not impossible, and the guide was helpful and friendly. Everything was just really well done. We had so much fun navigating our way through the puzzles. Will definitely be back to experience Toy Box and the new one when it comes out (The Cult).

The best Birthday present ever! Our family had a blast! Zooming through space was exhilarating. True VR was simply amazing. And the staff at Zscape Games were helpful, patient and very competent.

Great place to go for some family fun. You can rent out the entire room so you dont have to deal with covid and all that drama. Super fun!

I have wanted to do an escape room for years and finally made it with my coworkers for a team building exercise. Zscape has three play options and we chose the toybox. I was amazed at how busy 8 people were kept for nearly and hour. The challenges were great -- not impossible, but not too easy either, and really creative (I loved the giant controller for the Super Mario game). The guys there were great, thorough with instructions and professional and friendly. I only give 4 stars because of the building itself, its a bit run down.

We had a great time tonight escaping from The Estate! The game was a great challenge and we had 7 minutes left. Our 4 teammates who were paired with us were a lot of fun. The young man who gave us instructions and clues during the game was very informative and was very energetic and encouraging. I would highly recommend this escape room!

Awesome puzzles and super friendly staff!

Super fun, chill workers. had a great time in a group of 8. there are signs around the place so its not too hard to find. we did the jail break room this time, will definitely come back for toybox. the puzzles were interesting and fun to solve.

Been there twice for both rooms. Each time was the best time ever. Our group was ages 8-51 yrs old and everyone had a great time. It was amazingly well thought out. And the two experiences were totally different in the challenges and puzzles that were thrown at you. Best family time! The kids were so proud of themselves.

I took my 2 grand children, 10 and 13 and they had so much fun trying to figure out the clues. We are excited to come back to another room.The staff member, Cole was fun and helpful.Thank you

I’ve done all their rooms - very fun and great puzzles! The prison escape one is very inventive and clever, and works great with a big group. I’ve done a lot of Bay Area escape rooms and I can honestly say these are in my top five and I recommend them to everyone I can.

The best staff. Our guide was the game designer and was so helpful with getting my sister set up for her first escape room. The room itself had a great pace and a lot of good tasks. By far and away the best escape room Ive been to.

ZAC WAZ AWESOME!!! We have done rooms here before and are great! Today we tried the VR experience & i dont think my dreams will ever be the same!!! I might possibly be still in the VR world and not even realize! My hands were my hands and I was a virtual GOD!!! I could even show bow finger!!! And theres more to this than the surface of thinking its just a VR but immersed with features tantalizing realization of senses and feeling of actually moving and being in the the environment created by these puzzle experts!!!

My group and I very much enjoyed Toy Box and Prison Break. The puzzles were well thought out and fun.

Incredibly well done Jail Break room. It was quite challenging, but with seven people, we were able to solve it with around seven minutes to spare. The owner was also very friendly as well. Can’t wait to come back once the new room is finished! Would totally recommend this for any occasion!

It was pretty awesome, .my bf and I almost escaped. We only had one lil thing left we where still trying to figure it out. But we almost did had it. . For those who interested I recommend it highly its pretty fun. . Best of luck to those that plan on going.

We escaped the Toy Room for my sons 11th birthday. The kids all had a great time, and the room was challenging enough for the adults with us.

Very fun experience! My wife and I took our fourteen and twelve year old daughters and had a great time.

My daughter went here for a friends birthday party and the whole group gave their experience rave reviews!

Great escape room! One of the best Ive done. We did the Jailbreak room. Really well thought out and great puzzles. Id probably rate it as difficult instead of medium.

Loved it! Staff was professional and well organized, room was well designed, fun, and interactive. One of the best we have done. Group of 9, escaped with 3:11 left on the clock, 3 clues used. Looking forward to the new room at the end of April.

Ive done around 15 Escape rooms in this is by far one of the best in the area all handmade and run by one person. We had so much fun after doing one of his rooms that we ended up booking the second one immediately after

Celebrated 13th bday party here with 10 boys. Boys had a blast with the prison break. They cant wait to go back and do the other games.

A group of my friends and I had an awesome evening solving clues which allowed us to escape from one room to another and ultimately escape. We had a fabulous time and we broke a record!!

We had a great time completing our Jail escape in a nic of time. This was a team building event and they have more escapes open soon.
