General Info: This park has great views of the wetlands if you go up toward the skate park. It is connected to the golf course and said golf course even has a mini-golf course attached to it. There are several garbage cans and recycling cans, a lot of water fountains, and several picnic/bbq grills (currently closed due to COVID). Along with the skate park, there are a couple tennis courts, a baseball field, and a soccer field. Also, there is a stream nearby that I have seen people kayak in. The park rangers do a good job at keeping things in line. But with that said, they do seem to “hover”.Fee: $0Hours: Sunrise - Sunset- Google says that it is open 24 Hours and it is not. Per Marin County ordinance, all parks are open during “daylight hours”Parking: Free. There are several different lots throughout. Some paved, some are not.Access: You can access the park by taking the Lucas Valley/Smith Ranch Exit from US-101. Take a right onto Smith Ranch Rd and keep driving straight. Smith Ranch Rd is a dead end, and the park is at the end of the dead end.Bathrooms: There are bathrooms in the parking lot of the golf course lot. They are not gender neutral, and although there are sinks, there is no running water. Bathrooms close at 7:30 pm. There are also a few porta-potties up by the skate park and soccer field.Tip: This park is used heavily by the locals in the area, so it is not the most tourist friendly spot. Also, there are so many people who bring their dogs. There are signs posted for the central field that state no dogs on that particular field, but people do not listen. That said, be careful where you lay/step. Also, there is absolutely no shade anywhere.4/5 stars because there is heavy local traffic inside the park, and the vibes the locals give off are not friendly ones.
This park has so much to offer: its a great place to go for a nature walk-especially if youre into bird watching, 9 hole golf course, mini-golf course, 2 story golf driving range, baseball batting cages, dog park, amazing skateboard park (designed with help from Tony Hawk, if my memory serves me correctly), tennis courts, multiple baseball and soccer fields, catch & release fishing ponds, and fabulous place to grab a cocktail or dinner at The Club or pick up golfing needs at the pro shop next door.
I think this place has everything making it nice
MC Innis Park has it all. Multiple sports fields, a batting cage, snack bar, golf course, area to walk dogs, a skateboard park, a huge hill with a great view if the Bay. Trails that go out toward the Bay. Its my favorite park and has enough room for everyone to enjoy it. Love this place.
Great family outing, activities from golf, driving range, mini golf, batting cages, open wetland area, softball feilds/soccer, plus beautiful Dog friendly paths. 2 thumbs up!
Great place to walk your dogs. Nice bbq areas. Good for running.
Steak mediocre, service not great.
Great area, excellent birding easy trails.
Too many dogs and dog owners, otherwise a great place to play around.
From 430pm to dusk this is usually teeming with dogs and their personal drivers. Lol!Dogs and people of all sizes, shapes and backgrounds - Ive met soooo many really nice people here. Its an enjoyable social event for dogs and owners alike. With the early dusk several owners have bought glowstick rings to put on their dogs so they know whos who as its getting darker - it makes everything seem very festive!
Great place to walk the dog.
Food was good but the service was slow.
Beautiful fun park and mini golf
Great skateboard park
