Great facilities and location, but interacting with the manager/owner is rather painful. My recent experience went like this:1) I call for information, explain exactly what I want to do, and Im quoted a $15 non-member fee per visit and $5 for every few minutes in the batting range. Everything sounds good, so I head to the place.2) I get there, the young men explain exactly the same thing, pay ($40), get things settled for my son, and then ask where I get started. The then owner explains Im not allowed to access the t-ball area with the $15 entry fee after all, despite being told twice now that it permitted entry. He says okay, I wont bother this time, but the whole interaction was awkward and a bit disappointing.3) While batting, I hear the owner (at least a gentlemen I presume is the owner, hes possibly just an unkind manager) berate his staff multiple times in an awful way. It was cringeworthy to listen to, just how poorly he spoke to some of young men working there, possibly one or more of which may be his son?4) I ask for change (quarters), and he sharply replies to me were closing in 13 minutes, at which point perhaps my patience was getting shorter with him, and I tell him I know, which is why Im asking for change, so that my son can play a few arcade games instead of another round of baseball. He finally consents, and consents to giving me no more than $2 of quarters, as he was clearly bothered by the request. Seconds later, I said, oh, may I also purchase a water?; I had not placed the change in my wallet yet, and as Im paying him a dollar and 2 of the quarters he just provided as change (I was trying to prevent a further change battle...), I realize I hadnt received $2 in quarters, but $1.75. I point this out, which was clearly a bad idea. He insists Im wrong, prepares to battle, so I backed down, abandoned my purchased water, and shortly after just departed this business with great disappointment.Perhaps Ill have better luck if I ever return, and Im hoping I just caught him on a really bad day. I hope others have a better experience than this here as well. If my experience improves in the future and this was an isolated instance, Ill be happy to update this review in the future.

Come here three times a week since my school field is being renovated. The facilities are awesome and everything I need. The lessons really helped me when I was younger. 100% recommended to any baseball player or kids looking for somewhere to hold a bday party.

This place is great to get repetitions in at bat. The machines give various speeds, And theyre not always strikes down the middle which is great for real world batting. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the field is great for practicing during the winters. There are a lot of good players getting their batting in.(which is always nice to see) Its worth getting a monthly membership, as it pays for itself when you use the machines on a regular basis. Plus you get access to everything else without having to pay additional $. Best facility in Marin.(in my opinion)

Rented a cage, next visit ownership wants to charge us $15 more for the same thing. Not worth it. Subpar facility with poor management.

The coaches are outstanding, great facilities. They offer a lot of camps, clinics, lessons to keep your ballplayers occupied. Coaches Nick, Jay, Cam and several others truly helped improve my sons game.

Our family have been clients of LineDrive since it opened and hope to continue enjoying LineDrive for many years. We ask you to renew your lease with LineDrive so the community can continue to benefit from the wonderful programs and facility. My oldest grandson started taking enjoyable, instructional baseball lessons from Jay Bayler before LineDrive opened and still always looks forward to lessons and practices at LineDrive. He now plays on his high school baseball team, and we credit Jay Bayler and LineDrive for creating not only for his love of baseball but also teaching him excellent skills: pitching, hitting and fielding. My six-year-old grandson now loves visiting LineDrive and often takes baseball skill lessons. Now, his younger three-year-old brother visits and talks about growing up and taking baseball lessons. LineDrive has become a family tradition!During our visits, we see dozens of boys and girls enjoying baseball/softball experiences, but also importantly the players enjoy being with their supportive parents and friends. Exhibit A lists many beneficial programs and activities that occur at LineDrive. But LineDrive is not only about baseball. More importantly, in my opinion, is that the boys and girls are learning valuable life lessons from learning how to play baseball/softball well and to compete. The list of life lessons is almost endless so I will list only a few. For example, the lessons of learning a skill correctly, practicing it diligently, and then implementing it in a game not only applies to sports but to all personal and professional facets of life. Learning to compete successfully in a game environment and to win humbly and to lose gracefully and then to learn lessons from both circumstances is invaluable. Learning to be a good and supportive teammate leads to a more successful life. Learning that hard work and diligence pays off is another valuable lesson.

Best batting cages in San Rafael. All 4 cages support baseball and softball at 4 speeds. I use them for slow pitch softball, and my son uses them for baseball. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.
