Peninsula Golf & country club is a good place for family reunion, wedding, party or any group gathering. most of the time is sunny here and beautiful. I have golfed here with friends multiple times and it was always a great experience. They have buffet in holidays, the food is ok.The setting in dinning room is kind of classy and old fashion with a beautiful ground view. It is a traditional country club.In general it is a nice place to hangout for members located in san mateo since we dont have many other options.

Very nice club. Full facilities with tennis golf and a very good food. Play was a bit slow but i played it on a Saturday....

The service was impeccable, the food was amazing, everything about this place is fantastic including their golf course. I know you have to be a member to go there, so Im thankful that my family is a member. If you can and you know how to be a member there you definitely should.

Always a lovely place to have a gathering. Filet mignon was excellent, though dessert was uninspired.

Absolutely beautiful place! If youre fortunate to play a round of golf or visit for a dinner, I would highly recommend! Its quite the experience and is full of friendly staff! I absolutely love coming here with my family!

Nice facility. The staff doesnt speak english well, which puts it behind facilities in foreign countries. Weird, right. Maybe they were just being rude and didnt want to be helpful. 2 stars.

The Peninsula Golf & Country Club has exquisitely beautiful grounds. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The buildings are stunning. The decor is both breath-taking and inviting. As expected, there is a dress code but a great excuse to look your best.

Great course! I have played there at least 4 times this month and find the course in amazing shape. The greens are perfectly cut, the fairways are green, and the out-of-bounds is clearly labeled.

The bar, kitchen, and front of house staff are rude, condecending, and obnoxious to say the least. The manager is rude and makes her staff run around without a break. She doesnt belive in giving her staff breaks and the place is poorly ran. Just sayin.

A fun little course, notable as the only Donald Ross west of the Rockies. Built on a Ski slope in spots, its fun and views are fantastic.
