Magnificent staff that’s very knowledgeable and go out of their way to deliver great customer service.The facility is always well organized and I recommend this place to everyone!

Great aquatic plants here (including Madagascar lace!) but not a huge selection of freshwater fish. Parking is difficult. I read reviews about helpful staff but I must have gone at the wrong time cause the guy there seemed more interested in taking to his friend at the counter than helping me. Also I tested the water from their tank before I added it into mine and the nitrate levels were astronomically high. Im going to give them another chance but for now Im not incredibly impressed.

I highly recommend you stop by this aquarium.I started a couple tanks since quarantine started & this is my go to place. Joe is very kind & knowledgeable. They test my aquariums water for free and gladly answer my many questions. AND the fish are quite happy here, unlike other places where they look sad :(Thank you guys for being awesome!

They have everything I needed. Its a smaller store but they carry the necessities most saltwater aquarium hobbyists would need. Great to know that if I need something in an emergency, that this store is close by. Prices seem very fair. What I liked was that they had a couple of tanks with real reef rock curing. They even had shelf and branch rock curing. I suggest you get there before closing because there was a definite surge prior to closing.

Very nice friendly service. You may pay a few dollars more when visiting an actual store, but it is well worth it. The guy who helped me, Joe, was able to give me some good advice on what bubbler to get for my aquarium. If I had bought the stuff online, I would have had to wade through a bunch of info, and probably would have bought an inferior product. My fish seem to like what I got at Ultimate Aquarium Inc.

I have a personal connection to this store as this store was the store that started my fondness for the hobby 10 years ago. I somewhat know the owner/one of the owners as I went to school with his son from kindergarten all the way to high school! Any ways very genuine people that will be honest with you, and they got the healthiest selection of fish in the county in my opinion. May be a little pricey for some stuff but ur paying for top quality!!! You will always catch me shopping here!

I really want to like this store for being a local shop and its convienice but they do not have great aquariums. Visible ich and worms in tanks, not great quality fish, and inconsistent and or incorrect advice.

Knowledgable staff, tanks are well-kept, stock is pretty good considering the supply-chain challenges, masks are required!

Good people, they stand by what they sell. For example I got a fish that had some kind of blemish on the fins. I thought it might be a disease, not sure, but they took it back two weeks later.

Great stocked salt water aquarium store

I have loved this store for years and recommended it to many people, but Im considering finding another place to go. The last three visits have gone horribly with their lack of customer service, the last being that the guy helping us seemed more interested in finishing a text message than helping us get fish, very spacey, and honestly, may have been high. I went last week and half of my new fish have died since then even though my water tests have come back normal, my fish that Ive had for years now have ick ! I am so disappointed and honestly think I may try Petco after all this. :|

Really nice aquarium store with things for every type of fishkeeping: fresh, reef and pond.Really great selection of fish. Reef collection isnt as strong as say infinite aquarium or Neptune aquatics (the other two shops I visit). Prices are a little high but not egregiously so.Service is very helpful. Sometimes gets a little busy.They dont buy fish from customers in general (whereas other stores sometimes do depending on the species).

It was a refreshing experience going to this place! First we walked around and looked at all the tanks, it was like a free trip to an aquarium! Then we were greeted by Ian, who thoroughly impressed us with his knowledge and patience in answering all our newbie questions, without a single hinting of trying to sell us anything, it was an amazing!! 5/5 will go here always!

Great aquarium shop - I came in to get some aquatic plants for my tropical tank. The staff was really helpful in finding me some plants that wouldnt be too difficult to care for as a beginner.They have a broad selection of freshwater tropical and cold water fish as well as saltwater fish and some cool invertebrates too.They also stock some nice decor, like spider wood and some neat rocks, as well as a good selection of supplies.Im definitely going to try to stop by again when its time to get fish!

Ultimate aquarium is a great place to get all of your aquarist needs but unfortunately it is lacking in good customer service. Go in knowing that you will be standing around awhile until you get any assistance even if you’re only customer in the store.

Amazing place.. Just found them and had no idea a place of this quality was so close to home... They are way better than any sf based stores for fish.. No sick or dying fish and the customer service was amazing.. Very knowledgeable staff and a great experience.. Def will be going back often!

This store is great! The staff is very knowledgeable. They acclimate their fish with the lights on which is not good! However it is the only store around here that accepts donations for fish and plants and they even give you some store credit. The fish are more expensive than the other commercial chain stores. Their torpedo barbs are 17 dollars! They have a variety of driftwood such as Malaysian, African, and spider driftwood. They have a very large selection of saltwater fish, corals, and live rock. This Privately owned shop is great!

Ok selection on fish but not too much. The staff is hella rude and act as if you are interrupting them when asking questions. Go to 6th and Clement fish store in San Francisco. They have the biggest selection for fish

While it has a small storefront, this place goes fairly deep and has a nice selection of gear and fish for the aquarium enthusiast. The help there leaves you alone unless you ask for something, or at least they did when I was there, and that takes the pressure off from a shopping experience. I recommend looking at this place.

Great selection of fish and they seem to get new stock all the time. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and theres tons of different supplies to choose from. The fish all look bright and healthy and the koi selection is great. I love coming here and I would spend all day here if I could.

Good selection of freshwater and salt water fish. Parking is kind of hard. I was only able to see the flower shop parking lot. You probably have to do street parking unless the fish shop has a deal with the flower shop. But honestly what kind of flower shop needs all those parking spots? The fish probably gets more business.Anyway fish store needs to up their fish condition game. Saw some sad sick bettas there.

Went in today to get treatments for some ill and dying fish weve been struggling with in our tank. The staff was super helpful- they tested our water parameters for us and talked to us for quite a while to attempt to troubleshoot the issues we are having. Even overhearing them work with other customers, they seemed quite knowledgable about their fish and enthusiastic and eager to help. I cant yet attest to their stock, as I havent bought fish from them before and didnt today, but their customer service was excellent.

Tanks need alot of attention. Nice store but looks run down in fish section. Alot of algae on glass, frags are really expensive.

Very complete stock and very knowledgable. Also look out for the customer; I just needed some saltwater to babysit a hermit crab, and they suggested I come back with my own container so I didnt need to buy their smallest size of 5 gal for $15.

Staff was super helpful with my questions on maintaining an Opae ula ecosystem. They were kind enough to concoct brackish water to match the salinity of my aquarium. The store is kempt and filled with all sorts of fish/plants. I only needed a bit of marimo moss and they were willing to give me half of what they had in stock for half the price.

Nice selection of fish, but unfortunately noticed a lot of sick and dead fish. One tank had a really bad outbreak of ick and it looked like they were still selling them. A ton of the freshwater fish had fin rot. Also the bettas are really overpriced (Petsmart/Petco have better condition bettas for cheaper) and if you want fancy coloration bettas, its better just to order online. The staff did seem helpful when they spoke with customers, so thats something at least.
