Kitty Kat was very nice and helpful. She had great attitude and attentive to my needs. I saved 15% off my purchase. I would recommend anyone to shop at this establishment. The employees that Ive encountered so far are awesome!

Review №2

I like the mannequins that the employees set up in the stores windows. Once it had an S & M theme and all the mannequins had paper bags over their heads with Frowns drawn on, except for one which had the biggest smiley drawn on his bag. He was also carrying a paddle. Funny stuff! Greatly helpful employees too! Old farts, ask for the senior discount. Once I even saw BOOKS for sale, soft backs but books nonetheless. They’ve had some staff turnovers, some great people are gone yet most still make you feel welcomed, except one.

Review №3

I purchased a non-functioning wand at Jaybird at nearly 3X the Amazon price (134.99 + tax vs 49.95 + tax). I attempted to return it promptly, unused, but the owner declined to exchange it and now I have to deal with the hassle of going through the manufacturers warranty. Sigh.I wanted to support a local business, rather than Amazon, but I wont be doing that here again. I obviously understand why most products here cant be returned, but an electronic product that never functioned out of the box is one of the few logical exceptions. The clerk understood this, and, after testing to verify the problem, called the owner to see if she could she could authorize either a return or exchange. The owner declined. As the clerk was sincerely apologetic, my only issue is with the owner.I really dont like leaving a one star review, butI paid nearly 3 times the market value for a product and you wouldnt even handle a regular warranty replacement on my behalf. Knowing this now, Im afraid your store has nothing to offer that I cant get from Amazon for less money and effort. To the owner, I hope you have a moderately unpleasant evening and a rotten following day too. Like, maybe you go to McDonalds to grab a late dinner, but they forget to give you a Big Mac and you dont notice until you get home, but you had, like, a really long day and now youre too tired to go back so you just lean over your sink, like you always do, picking away at your cold and strangely clammy fries, and then, when you go to drink your diet Coke, you find out theyve really given you a Sprite (and the sharp citric pop of a Sprite has never suited your pallet) and now you have to go to bed but youre still kind of hungry so it takes you a little bit longer to fall asleep than normal, and, because of this, when you wake up in the morning you feel slightly more groggy than usual and that makes it harder to get your day started.FURTHERMORE, when you go back to get your missing Big Mac, I hope you cant find the receipt and the manager is new and doesnt quite know the company policy that well, so she tells you with more than a hint of sass that she just cant hand out Big Macs for free, honey and then a guy behind you snorts a laugh because, from his perspective, it looks like you just got called out for being some sort of pathetic grifter who has neither the skills nor ambition to successfully pursue any level of fraud beyond the burger-tier of value. You try to retort, but it comes out as a stutter, and then you realize it wasnt going to sound that good anyway, so you try to think of something quick but your face is getting redder and redder, and nothing clever enough is coming to mind so you just walk out of the line with everyone looking at you.Later that night youre in the shower replaying the scene over and over in your head until a crack of thunder shakes the room and the very muse who inspired both William Shakespeare and Lil Jon, decends from heaven on her golden wings and strikes you across the forehead with her staff of devine inspiration, planting the absolute perfect response into your mind -- and it haunts you forever that you cant roll back time to say it.Yeah. When that happens... thats when you and I will call things square.
