Lots of art supplies, good paints and brushes. Most of the art supplies are good. Wood products still have some little chips of wood on them. otherwise, great.

Love this place. One of my favorite go to stores for all my crafting needs.

Checked out their Halloween section & found these cools props for the kiddos to color of their own. Wine tumblers as a small cute gift. Needed more inserts for my planner. Also found candles that were on Sale for $3.33!!

They actually had the supplies that I needed instead of hobby lobby...a hobbyist .. depending on what they are doing.. should definitely go to both stores...if one dont have the items you need go to the other store...I did and will continue to do so.

Love it here! They are always having sales and the staff is very helpful. I do however suggest going a a few hours before closing or right after they have opened their doors. It always seems to be crowded mid-day

Always courteous and they monitor how many shoppers are in the store. They were stocked reasonably well for holiday time and I didnt have to wait in line too long.

Nice and clean. No staff offered to help while I was wondering around.. Highly priced compared to Hobby Lobby and the products sold didnt seem any different to me.

Staff here are Always so nice and ready to help you with anything! This one employee she was an older lady she even went to check in the back for me and surprisingly she found more of what I was looking for

Ive always received military discount and today was told that needed to have a rewards account in order to get the military discount dont think this is right.

I love this store. Its still fairly new in this shopping center, so its clean and brightly lit. The employees are super helpful and friendly. My one complaint is that its actually pretty small, so things get stacked a bit high on shelves rather than being easier to access.

Friendly staff and good supply of materials.

Staff is very friendly and even entertained my son for a bit. I am in here enough that I got recognized. I might wanna consider joining the staff for their discount and the frequency in which I spend my money here. Great selection as always and staff is always willing to help, especially me when I pop in last minute, sorry bout that.

Great sales if you time it right. The only place to go if you need arts and crafts. And they have Star Wars models so that’s a plus.

I like this store. As an art student at Texas State, I am frequently in need of art supplies. Unfortunately we dont have the kind of art stores Austin has, however I find that Michaels typically has most of what I need for my classes. While some things can be a little pricey, they almost always have coupons you can get online to help you with higher-priced items. At this particular location I have found the employees to be friendly and helpful. A few times I have had to ask what they would recommend for a particular task and they always give me a few options and guide me to the correct aisles. The store is clean, well organized and stocked. The location is also convenient with plenty of parking and right by Target and Specs ;)

This store is always good for finding household needs at a good price. Look for pet goods at super prices.

Great place

The two things I like most about Michaels; First, they stay open later than a certain other craft store which was a huge help (there was an emergency situation). Second, The girl working in the picture frame department was great. She gave me an idea that saved my mistake. Oh, and $10 wood crates, awesome!

Needed to pickup utensils for a wedding and this location had a very good selection. Location is conveniently located off Ih35 and can be accessed from North and South bound traffic. Staffing was very friendly and very eager to help and had good knowledge of product locations within the store. Prices were very reasonable and the store had several sales being advertised.

I’ve done a few frames with them and they are the most helpful staff I’ve seen at a Michael’s!

My daughter and I had so much fun picking out their discounted Halloween items. They didnt have very many decorations, but what they had was absolutely adorable. My daughter also picked up several baking pans for her cookie cakes. They carry the large sizes. I bought several sizes of beads for bracelets and necklaces. They carry so many beautiful colors and trying to match my earrings was difficult because they have several shades of turquoise. No, not all turquoise is the same, lol. What was even better is that they were 50% off plus my teacher discount. We were pretty happy with our purchases.

The employees are truly the best! They are always to be of assistance and go well above what youd expect if you run into a problem like I did with an online order /pick up in store situation. They handled it with kindness and professionalism and even though I had to go to another store to finish my order, they set it up for me and made sure it was available.

Michels is a great holiday store.

Its a small store but well organized. Ive never had any real issues finding what I need unless its something they just dont carry at all. The employees Ive talked to were friendly and knowledgeable. Im glad to have an alternative crafting store to Hobby Lobby in town, although I do still have to go to the for certain items.

I always enjoy craft stores. They are well organized and offer a variety of items to spark your creativity. They offer an app as well but I have not used it myself. They tend to run slightly higher but you can really hit some good sales if you are willing to look or wait.

Even though I appreciated an employee asking me if I found everything ok. There was only one check out person. After waiting over 5 mins for transaction to be completed before me, I just left and went to Target to buy my stuff. Another sales associate was never called to help with those of us waiting in line.

The same as most Michaels. Clean and easy to find stuff. Highly recommend for an avid Crafter.

This is one of the few stores where its ok to start putting out holiday items a month or two before the holiday. Crafts take time! The store is well lit, clean, and the staff polite. Plenty of crafts and tasks to keep you busy.

This store is a lot more comfortable than hobby lobby. Hobby lobby is weird. More like Heeby Jeeby!

Literally nobody knows what to do. Theyll accuse you of stealing if you try to return something but isnt on the receipt because the person who checked you out did a discount wrong and if you dont have a rewards membership thing. I didnt lose any money from them but it was the fact the manager accused me of stealing a small $2 pallet.

Kind of small and tightly packed. They dont even sell fabric by the yard. Good variety of the stuff they do carry, though.
