Me and my kids had a blast at Sky Zone. I got a really good workout.

Sky Zone is open for private parties! My son wanted to jump and we didnt know if it was possible given the current situation. Much to our surprise and delight, he and his friends were able to jump and had the ENTIRE place to themselves! They felt like little rock stars with exclusive access. The team took care of the food and beverages and the adults were able to enjoy themselves, too. Even if its not someones birthday, gather the kids and jump away!

We miss this place, quite a bit actually; this is such a great outlet for kids. This place specifically was always super clean, cool, and well maintained. Were in high hopes that it returns soon.

Shy Zone is an awesome place to let your kids, friends and family go to for amazing fun! My daughter loves it here with all of the trampolines and arcade game entertainment! They have WiFi there as well so Im afforded the opportunity to get some work done from time to time. They host some really great birthday parties! My daughter has had 2 there and she is 9 years old now. Highly recommended to try it out! The staff there are always friendly and very welcoming.

This is definitely the destination for an amazing birthday party for the kids. The entire experience was seamless and with minimal effort from beginning to end. They supply you with everything you need, keep contact with you up to the day, and make sure that the day goes perfectly and that the birthday child feels so special. They were able to accommodate all of our needs from food and all plates/napkins/etc, all the way to decorations and just overall experience to make this a day to remember. The event staff were very professional and welcoming with every member of our party, getting everyone checked in quickly to maximize their fun time. The courts had something for everyone and the kids bounce, literally and figuratively, from court to court. And, when they needed a breather, they had a decent amount of video games that were all included in the experience. When it came time to congregate, our host was able to get everyone into the room and handled the serving of everyone there, not just the kids, with a strong effort...and there was a decent amount of us. At no point did we feel rushed, or that things were out of hand. It was a great experience from beginning to end. The kids had a great time. The birthday kid loved every second. And the staff took care of us and made what could have been a stressful endeavor, into the perfect birthday experience. Thank you Sky Zone San Marcos... we will be back!

Nice place, and nice staff, very convenient if you have kids

Always have an awesome time despite how busy it is. Kids just love running around like crazy. I recommend buying two hours because an hour just isnt long enough. Take the kids around 3 pm and enjoy a quiet adult night once they are down for bed.

Lots of trampolines and jumping related activities. They have a new warrior course, similar to the ultimate warrior combat challenges on TV, that the kids love. Theres an entertainment area with video games, air hockey, and shoot the hoop with basketball. And all the games are free! Its rather expensive to get in, however if search Groupon you can usually find one for half off. My kids love it! Theres also a little food and beverage area with candies, ice cream, chicken nuggets, pizza, and nachos if thats your thing. All in all its a healthy and wholesome fun activity for the kids. They also do birthday parties.

The kiddos had boatloads of fun! The staff is so pleasant and polite. Even when we adults cant figure out what package we want.

7E2C24: A lot of changes since we were last there. They added an area similar to some tv show where folks climb and jump, etc. for kids. I think, the kids really like that section beside jumping on the trampolines. My grand kids had a blast.

I think the facility is amazing. Checking in was pretty flawless, the staff was courteous. It was my sons 10th birthday. Im a single mom with 3 children. I was thankful to find amazing groupon deals and invited several kids. They couldnt use the socks from other places but oh well 3x10.... I brought a donut tower & my sister surprised us with pizzas. My son was thrilled. I walked away to return and find the manager rudely scolding my guests that if they wanted to eat outside food at the table I had to pay $50.00. I told him wed eat later. The pizza sat on the booster chairs getting cold but when a kid spotted food they reached for it. Again, the manager came to the table as I explained to the kids that we couldnt eat there, again, embarrassing us. After jumping, we sang happy birthday. The kids immediately reached for donuts while I told them to go OUTSIDE to eat them. A young man came yelling saying I HAD to. Pay $50 for them eating their donuts the manager said you are paying $50.00. I told him no, they walked outside. He went to talk to the manager, paced back angrily & yelled that we had to leave, NOW. it was a nightmare. I know of many parents who have done this at get air etc & went kicked out after spending several $100s I left in tears, disgusted.

Location was very clean, professional staff, and very sanitary during this COVID-19 times. Kids had a blast!

Had to sign a digital waiver, which makes sense.Clicked the appropriate boxes that indicated I didn’t want to receive any emails of any type, now I’m getting email offers from them left and right.Rude and unacceptable.Staff is great, place is clean. Food prices are ok.I’d give them 4.5 stars if I hadn’t started receiving emails.

Loved it! Especially the after dark hours, they literally have a dj playing some great music only some glow in the dark lights. Great fun

Had an amazing time with our children at this location. We went about an hour from closing on a weekday and had the place to ourselves. They were cleaning the place which they do a thorough and good job of and didn’t act bothered by us at all. Staff was nothing but friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return.

This trampoline park is great

We recently had an all-nighter where we spent the entire night doing all kinds of fun events with our junior high and high school students. Sky Zone was just one of our stops, but it was certainly the highlight of the entire night! Even before arriving, Jamar was a huge help in making the reservation for us and getting all the logistics figured out. Since we were going to have a larger group of about 80 people, we ended up doing a facility rental for a full hour (and the price was WAY better than any of the other trampoline parks we looked into)The staff was so incredibly helpful and everyone had an absolute BLAST! Check-in went smoothly and we were blown away by how quickly they were able to get every one checked in, set up with socks, and through to the trampolines! Each staff member was fully committed to making sure that everyone was staying safe and having fun! They were perfectly accommodating to anything our group needed and definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible.HUGE shoutout to the new management and to all the wonderful staff that helped make our experience extra special! If you’re looking for a fun spot for your next big group event, Sky Zone is the place to go!Samantha, Alex, Oscar, Andy, Hindi, Jessica, and Spencer – You guys ROCK!

Its great for my growing toddlers! They have a section for them and allow parents to jump with them to help them out they have sections too for big kids! My kids love this place. Dinr forget to keep your socks when the next time you come!

My daughter and I were down in San Marcos are the weekend of the 8th taking my grandson and nephew to sky zone they had a blast. its also a great place to take your kids if you want them to wear out and fall asleep hot shower there you goJust a suggestion parents LOL

Very busy and it seems they don’t limit numbers of kids at any one time. Long queues to wait for getting on anything. And the place is actually quite small.No places for parents to sit and wait. The few plastic bar stools are quickly taken.Overall not worth it. Won’t go again.

Family fun spot. I like the open layout for this one. They also have great toddler specific times and events.

My grandkids love this park. It provides wonderful exercise enhancing their strength and agility. I think kudos should be given to the staff; they are cordial and attentive. Many thanks for our wonderful experiences.

So disappointed in the lack of supervision and regulation here. My husband and I love taking our 3 year old to Skyzone in San Marcos, and we play in the 5 yr and under section, but it never fails. Older kids are constantly coming in causing chaos forcing us to surround and protect her so she doesnt get ran over. This goes for all the other parents there with little ones who just want to have a safe place for them to jump play without getting trampled on. I NEVER see someone come by and regulate, really it takes two seconds to go around once in a while and check to make sure the appropriate aged kids are in there. We pay to be here and play its not a public park. I really hope management takes this review into consideration for the sake of the little ones and the parents that pay to try and have a safe place for them to jump and have fun.

I love the concept of this place. Plenty of room for kids to jump in a fairly safe environment. Obstacle courses and a separate space for dodge ball, a foam pit and basketball hoops keep the kids occupied. The reason I do not give it 5 stars is for 1)lack of cleanliness. There is a snack bar here and the seating areas are always dirty, trash and food is everywhere. Perhaps if they hired someone during peak hours whose sole duty was to clean and wipe down tables it wouldnt be so bad. 2) The fairly safe environment. There are rules here in place for everyones safety and employees who stroll around to monitor that these rules are enforced. Ive been here with my children at least 6 times and rarely have I seen any corrections made when kids get a bit out of control. Kids running, colliding with other kids happens frequently. Older kids, like 14-16 yrs, who can jump higher and are doing tricks coming dangerously close to much smaller children. This is where the lack of safety comes in. Never have I once seen an employee correct or remind older kids of safety. They have been willing to go up to small children and remind them the rules, but the small kids are really not the issue. It would be nice if they had a separate area for the older kids who have the potential to truly hurt another child.

Been here many times. My daughters love it, and it looks like great exercise. Theres pizza and other snacks, like Icee drinks. Everyone seems to have a really fun time here.

Bounced around all day, probably will bounce around all night.It was no mistake that I found the coupon in the newspaper, and it was no mistake to be my little brother here. We signed up for the membership and look forward to bouncing all summer long.Our first time in, very vibrant staff and a very attentive management team. My son and his friends had a great time. It was so convenient and fun that we plan to celebrate his birthday here every year now. we just had to book a party and bring a cake with us, rest all was taken care of. His friends loved the place too and even they want to come there again after the party. Thank you for making his day an awesome one!!

Saturday night was fun the glow zone had the kids hyped. My son jumped for two and a half hours. Great way to tire out the kids.

Just had a birthday party there last weekend 1/27/2019 and it was a huge hit. It was our second party there actually and many we attended. The best part is literally having to do nothing, everything is taken care of for you. The 20 8 year old boys I had attend had a BLAST. Food was delicious and I even had to order turkey sandwiches for my lactose kiddo, and everyone said they were great. If you are looking for a fun place to throw a birthday party with literally no headache... this is it!

Kids had fun, there was lots to do. It was packed of course, due to it being a holiday, but the crowds were controlled. And even tho the kids had to stand in line for some things, the lines moved quickly and the time wasnt wasted. Plenty of snack type items, drinks, ice cream and B-grade pizza from the snack bar in case youre hungry. But places to sit and eat it is limited. Overall, a good way to pass time and get the kids energy out. Id take them again.

Signed up the kiddo for the monthly subscription. Cant wait to take him during the glowzone nights. Only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because their air freshner is super strong and made me cough a lot.

Took my 11 year old for the 1st time. She had a Great experience. Bonus she was able to help Cali COED and their journey to worlds. We will be going again. She worked on her tumbling. Next time her and her bestie will be going together. Great family fun time together.

Great experience. Brought my son here for his friends birthday party. We have been to quite a few trampoline parks in the are but this one is the first that I have seen that has actually had an obstacle course inside it. The children had a blast running their own ninja warrior sessions. There are also a few free arcade games available for when the kids need to take a break from jumping.The facility was very nice and clean.Not what I normally expectfrom an institution that continuously has 5 to 10 year olds hopped up on sugar trying to pull the building down onto of them.There are concessions offered at the entrance and the even had a projector out that was playing the football game for the adults that were waiting on their childs time to run out.Overall it was a great time and I would recommend this place to anyone with a child that wants to burn off some energy.

Great place for the kids to have fun and excercise at the same time. They even offer a child care Monday-Thursday so that the parents can get out and have some fun of their own. Great place. I got a discount on Groupon also!!!

My daughter loved coming here. And if your little ones are young enough it is very fairly priced. In most cases for little ones the adult is free just because were just there to supervise which is a awesome feature. There are multiple rooms with different activities in each one of them. They have a small groan for parties a few arcade games and a place to buy drinks to stay haydraded and souvenirs. Its amazing how much fun you can have just jumping around.

Had a great time with family. So much to do there!!!!! Will definitely go back.

Came during labor day weekend and had such a blast! Very nice staff and super helpful. Only downfall was that it was a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for the fun experience.

We had 24 people in our group on Sunday, 7/2/17 mid-day. My son and his friends had a great time at his party. The kids and the adults liked the trampoline layouts and choices along with the free video games. The facility is kept clean and is set up nicely. It was nice and air conditioned which was great especially since it is summer. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Ana took care of us very well, in the party room. It was nice to relax and enjoy the party since the service/party package is all inclusive. The manager Samantha took care to make sure that the party went well. The pricing is reasonable also. Awesome place and awesome service! Would do it again and refer people to them. Overall, extremely happy!

I have a special needs child and it states on their website how they have sensory jump every Wednesday 10-12pm. A couple other families and myself show up for this event and they are closed! I called and the guy answered kept giving me different answers. Said theres a sign saying its closed. But I told him online it states theres this event taking place and maybe consider changing it. He said its only this Wednesday. But then says its actually all summer that they wont have the sensory jump since its busy. But they also dont change it on the website either. False advertisement

My highschool boys enjoyed dodgeball, the Warrior Obstacle Course, in addition to jumping on the trampolines. We bought a 120 minute pass from Groupon, totally worth it. Also the guys took a couple of rest breaks and played air hockey, basketball hoops, video moto racing. They were happy to hang out at such a fun place!

An amazing place with good staff. I would rate it five stars if the Summer Camp kids werent given virtual immunity from the idea of cheating. One kid was around real jerk and kicked my friend in the nose on purpose. So an amazing place but watch out for the kids.

Best place to take the kids!

Went with the kids and had a wonderful time there. The staff is also great and you can do a lot of exercise there while playing.

Used to be great. New management ruined it. They used 90% of the free jump area adding a ninja warrior course that is easy for 2 year olds. They don’t even have dodgeball open all the time. They use their staff to open the toddler pit. They used to appeal to older kids but now it’s only toddlers. The worst part is they don’t even try to control the toddlers. They run around like animals when your trying to do stuff. They fill up the foam pit and the staff doesn’t try to get them out. I got so bored that I played my brother on a broken air hockey table. Don’t go unless you are under 2 years old. Even then. It would probably be better if you bought a trampoline.

Its a lot of fun for the family. But they need to make sure they have staff watching the areas that need to be watched. The dodge ball court being one of them.

This place is great for the whole family, this was are third birthday party there. It wont be the last for sure. Try thier new ninja warrior course.

There is no insufficient parking. You can wait 30 minutes for a valet. Then you get inside and wait in a line for 20 minutes only to be told to go get in another Line to fill out the waiver. If you thought you where smart by filling out the waiver ahead of time online they have multiple sky zone websites that aren’t connected so your online registration is not found. Back in line for another 20 minutes to pay for. 1 hour jump after standing in line for an hour already is insane. Oh and if your taking your kids to a bday party and want to jump the adult still has to go through all that line stuff will the birthday guests have to go jump without supervision or wait for dad to wait in the lines to pay. Never coming back

Great place. A bit pricey but still good. Majority of the staff are nice. Its very loud due to the building design but not bad. Kids have alot of fun. Best time for kids 5 and under is mon-fri from 10 am to 2pm. Its only $5 so its pretty cool. Not alot of kids so its nice.

Dont always love the music choices. Other than that they have some great deals and Im looking forward to trying the parents night out. Early bird special includes two hours for the price of one. Ive visited twice and staff is always respectful and kind. We brought socks from another trampoline park they asked us not to use them and gave us a free pair of their socks.

I feel like this place is short staffed. No one watching the foam pit kids jumping WAY passed their time. Multiple kids jumping on a square at the same time. And what happened to the wristbands? Why did they change to stickers that come off and get lost? Dont think well come back again, and if we do it definitely wont be on the weekend.

Seems relatively ok in the surface, kids had fun, was relatively inexpensive. There is an area to sit while your kids jump, and a snack bar and free arcade games, but thats where the positives end. The staff there has relatively good intentions but has clearly not been educated on how to deal with behavioral issues that can occur. We witnessed some older boys bully and throw a younger boy by his neck to ground and staff stood there and did nothing. The childs mother, who was concerned did not seem to get a sufficient reaction from staff and as a mother of a small child, this is not the impression you want. In addition they seemed to be understaffed and it is spring break for San Marcos Unified (the city they are located in). Snack bar was out of the majority of food items and drinks and it was relatively unmanned as I tried to purchase a soda on 2 occasions and was unable to due to no one present. Im not saying I wouldnt go back, just wont let my kid go there without hovering to ensure their safety.

We went around 3pm on a weekday and it wasnt crazy. The staff was quite friendly and made us feel welcome and got the kids pretty hyped. There are a few different areas to jump, plenty of obstacles, free arcade games and my young children and I had an great time; 90 minutes was too short for them! We look forward to visiting again.

Great place, several stations for kids to play. Snack bar, restrooms and separate party rooms. Downside is that the areas that kids have access to are near the front door so although its common sense you need to keep an eye on your child so they dont take off. Would be nice if they had a Chuck E Cheese check in and out so to speak.
