Amazing communication whenever I need help about a product that I would order. Recently ordered one for a friend and she loves it. She cant stop playing with the product ever since she received it from me (she basically lives with me). She told me its realistic like the real thing. Shes even thrown the other ones she used away.

Zero customer service from the sales department - four months of unanswered questions from a customer whos already spent nearly $25k on their products. The brand image is suffering from your choices, dont walk away from easy money.

This place is great!.. Matt McMullen is a hero!... This is the only sex doll factory I know where the woman who the molds were made from actually also helps build the dolls of herself!... Im so excited about the robotic versions they are working on. Matt has done some SERIOUS pioneering!..
