Their customer service is very shady. The employees can be rude if you need to ask a question. Honestly I no longer trust the company. Ive purchased many things and have gotten damaged or missing products. They do EVERYTHING THEY CAN to keep people from publically stating anything that they dont like about the company. I was sent an email with instructions and when I questioned the instructions they told me I obviously hadnt read their email. They told me I was supposed to know to disregard the words they had just sent me. People have been getting stickers that are not the advertised stickers.They show what each month will have (a few sheets) in their pippy that gets sent out. Then they will switch those sheets out with sheets that ARENT EVEN PIPSTICK SHEETS and not offer a refund or the correct sheets. When asked about this, I was told that they reserve the right to do it and then they put me on a temporary mute so I couldnt say anything. They literally reserve the right to not send you the sheets they publish as the sheets you will get.Every order Ive made I get damaged wrinkled sheets. They were so rude that I dont even bother contacting them for help.They are backed up and cant respond to emails. Theyll reach out to you eventually and promise to answer your email but they dont. Until you remind them. Which makes them angry.Ive spent thousands of dollars on this company. I have 3 active subscriptions and I have for many months.I like the stickers.Im canceling my subscriptions.You cannot trust them. Thats the beginning middle and end.Cute stickers though. Wish I felt SAFE buying them.They will interact with customers who say exactly what pipsticks wants to be said. Every other person is ignored or sent packing in no uncertain terms.Just so you know, many of these positive reviews are employees even if they dont say they are. They are the ones i have dealt with as employees of the company. Even if they dont state that.Some of these positive reviews are even the exact same person under different accounts. Be aware.

The curated boxes, and a lot of their shop, is just AliExpress items that they mark up a ton. They don’t hire people of color either - in the shop or to make creative decisions.

They make stickers with black and brown skin tones but don’t hire folks with those skin tones

This place is sticker heaven! So bright and cheery. They also have cards, pens, pencils, fun erasers, a little bit of jewelry.... Stuff you dont find anywhere else. Love it!

I was totally drawn into this store as the outside is painted like the cutest little rainbow. And its now my absolute favorite store in slo If you are into kawaii asthetics I would totally recommend it as wel. They have so many cute stickers and, art supplies and stationary. They also have bags, accessories and decor. All the shop girls Ive interacted with there are super personable and cute also 10/10

Amazing! Are you a person who loves stickers? This place is your happy place! I learned about them through their monthly subscription program and had the good fortune to visit today. Stickers, books, pens, cards, Washi tape and so much more. Their own sticker designs are the best (whimsical and fun) but they carry other brands as well. Thanks Lily for your great service! I work here so I may be bias. Pipsticks is all about fun and stickers. There is a crafting space that one spend a few dollars to color or sticker bomb a wooden airplane, etc. Pipsticks is a subscription based sticker company where you can pay a couple different prices to receive either a kid themed sticker subscription or an adult subscription which is more so on the political correct side. By that I mean the stickers include things like people, animals, places, non-naughty stuff. We also launched new Day Planners for the year and also in the store there are little fun things, like pens, again, stickers, little notepads and so on. Things that a planner, a letter writer and an everyday average person might enjoy.

I work here and its semi-laid back and chill. There is a craft studio where you can purchase things to color and sticker bomb or you can bring in your own planner and decorate until your heart is content. As an employee, we listen to podcasts, have a disco ball, and eat lunch together for birthdays. It is a fun and fast paced environment. The owners are cool.

We recently celebrated my Daughters 11th birthday party at Pipsticks.. It was such a success (and worth the $$).. For starters, everything was well communicated and outlined, so we knew exactly what to expect when we arrived to set up our snacks and cupcakes. They provided 2 extra tables- one for food/beverages, and one for gifts.. in addition to the large crafting table for the kids. There were two party hostesses who took it from there... and I cannot tell you how AWESOME it was to just sit back and enjoy watching my daughter and her friends craft away. The flow of our 90 minute party was perfectly timed, and included some crafting and fun games... as well as time to sing happy birthday, enjoy cupcakes, and open presents. Thank you SO much to the team at Pipsticks for making our daughters birthday experience so special.

Great little shop. I took my 4 year old daughter for studio time and we loved it. Everyone one was friendly and helpful and the studio fee was very reasonable.

Fun little sticker shop that has an equally, if not more vibrant, online presence. I was a member for a year while I taught and my students loved the monthly sticker surprises!

Looks like a candy shop, but its a front for your all your hitherto unrealized sticker fantasies. I believe my first words upon a random stumble into the place were Oh sweet baby Jesus what is this madness? The monthly sticker subscription services from which this brick-and-mortar store originated are still fantastic gifts for the creative friends and small people in your life. Worth a pilgrimage.

Great sticker store. The 80s are back! I took my ten year old niece here and she loved it. I have gone back since for gifts for the rest of the young kids I know. You can buy individual stickers or get little theme packs created by pipsticks. The inventory is great. Only complaint is the store girls who I have interacted with arent that helpful or friendly.

The woman working was kind and helpful. The atmosphere was happy and bright without being overwhelming or childish. The prices were reasonable and the selection was variable.
