Cherry Grove Park

This Park is open, has plenty of seating and nice playgrounds. I love the trees and cool breeze in the summer, I love the fresh green grass ans the cleanliness of the restrooms. This is a great park to do a picnic or BBQ. Yes there are benches and tables, BBQ grills, basketball courts, tennis courts, playgrounds, and plenty of open fields to run and play in.

The park is peaceful with childrens playthings, tennis court and a trail to jog.

Great little park tucked between 880 and John Muir Middle School. Always great to find usable public tennis courts!

Great park! Brought my 2 year old here. Friendly moms and dads all around. Wide sprawling grass areas with almost 360° view of the park. Thats a big deal to me in a park because kids like to run off. I loved the shade and picnic tables. Also a huge plus was the 2-5 year-old park which was surrounded by a little gate corraling the kiddos into a specific area. Also seems to be free and clear of homeless people at least during the hours of 12pm - 5pm. Its got a pretty cool 8-12 year-old park as well with a climbing wall and swings. Definitely one of my favorite places to bring the kids. Only con is the bathroom is pretty yuck! But seems pretty consistent with most parks around.

Beem coming to this park since i was a kid. Past few years it has had some major udates with the park, added a basket ball area, tennis and volleyball! Great place to bring kids to. Plenty of shaded areas!

Great for childrens birthday parties. Animal and adult friendly too. Parking not so plentiful.

Picnics bbqs walks you name it kids love it they have it setup for different age range and its always fun to meet up with some friends.You can play soccer or tennis or basket ball.

Good part very spacious not a lot of parking they do have bathrooms but you know how public bathrooms be looking but there is maintenance that comes by every few hours to check on everything give you extra bags and straighten up the restroom...

Great place it has a play structure for small kids and its very safe it also has a play structure for older kids

Play equipment in great shape. Two play areas - one for younger children and another for older. Younger area is fenced. Basketball court. Two swing areas. Lots of picnic tables and benches. Clean bathrooms. Playing/soccer fields. Tennis courts. Several parking areas and two overflow areas at local adult school and middle schools. Lots of grassy areas and trees for shade in summer. Paved areas for walking, skating, biking.

Always take my dog here for late night walks

Really enjoy going to this park with family and kids. Only thing i dislike is the bathrooms are always so dirty but other than that its a great park with two play areas for different age kids.

There were a lot of people but spacious. Parking is kinda yuck but nice all the same

We had a great time at this park. We try to explore different parks throughout the san leandro san lorenzo and hayward areas. There are restrooms and plenty of picnic tables and grass to play in. There is a basketball court and tennis courts attatched to the park as well.

Great Park for the kids ages 2 to 10 clean but the only thing wrong was no paper towels for the men and women bathroom cause my granddaughters said there wasnt any in there.

Bad neighborhood plus, the people that hang around here are gang members, drug addicts, hookers, and noisy, trouble-making pre-teens.

This is a nice clean park with lots of running around room. It could probably use more parking but its got stuff to climb on for my 5 year old which is good.
