Place has recent movies and a good variety of snacks. Would have given a better review but the staff here is mostly teenagers. Constantly fooling around and serving their friends first instead of the clientele. Not all of them are bad though, the cashiers are usually friendly. Restrooms could use a touch up and be cleaned a very hour or so since movies range from an hour and forty or more. The arcade could have more games.

Its a shame that they have to close again. Really wish they didnt close.

I like this theater. It has convenient parking and there is hardly ever a line to get tickets and food. They show all the latest movies and have good size theaters with comfortable seating.

Great Place!Attended the Harriet movie screening with my Mom & enjoyed myself; my Mom enjoyed herself too.The popcorn was warm from the popcorn maker. The soda was cold and good. The nachos did not seem to be all that bad.The movie itself is really great.At 2+ hours, the movie was informative of struggle for peoples freedom.There was plenty of pre-assigned seating which seemed to be something new. The 1:05 pm screening was a Matinee so the tickets were a bargain.A great experience.

Saw Jumanji2. They have all the trending movies when first released.Nice, comfortable seats with cup holders. But, theaters always get you at the snack bar!! Popcorn $9.00 for 10 cents worth of kernals. Bring your own snacks & drinks to save money.

Reserved seating but no recliners. Chairs are pretty comfy. Low but comfy and leather (not cloth). Nice people. Restrooms could have been replenished better. Jackie (manager) was awesome! Excellent customer service!

This place is pretty good, overall. Also, they just added that perk where after you purchase tickets, the cashier shows you available seating on her/his computer screen so you can choose a seat before you enter the theater.

Very much a mall era theater, very no frills, lots of parking, can be a little sketchy at night (or it just gives that perception.) Honestly prefer this place to some of the shiny better places that have no character. Lots of theaters, so you can often find movies that have been released a long time ago here.

Bathrooms are tragically unclean. Parking is free and plentiful. Today the screen was dark for the pre-show and staff claimed this is a new normal routine - but at showtime they had great difficulty getting the projector turned on for the previews and movie.

The dirtiest movie theater in America. You cup will be sticky from the gross cup holders. Your shoes will be sticky. And i recommend bringing a towel to put between you and the seats. The bathrooms are a serious health hazard.

Saw Maleficent 2019 in very comfortable and pleasant setting. The popcorn was excellent.

Went to go use a concession coupon and they said they couldn’t accept it. I asked if I could put the food back and they said no so I ended up just buying it because at that point I was late for the movie. After I checked if the coupon was valid for this theater online and it said it was.

Dont bring a bag and youll be fine. Show up for the first time ever and not know about their special rules, and they will be completely unhelpful. They wont let you bring bags in and they wont hold them for you, so we were forced to hide our bags outside. Between this and the manager still attempting to pull is out of the theater later despite no longer having our bags, we missed about 30 minutes of the movie.

Always good. They have a new system in place now that when you purchase tickets at the window, you also pick your seats on the touchscreen window. I like that idea. Its reserved seating.

I give this place four stars because I have been to waaaaay better and nicer theaters BUT! Overall its clean, semi organized with lines(when its not packed) and seats are comfy. There have been places that Ive gone to where the seats recline so thats why they get a four star review.

Always a fun time at this movie theater....They have a snack bar with a wide variety of treats and drinks...they even offer Starbucks coffee and dryers ice cream. The butter popcorn is a must and the prices are affordable. They also have a video arcade for added enjoyment. My family loves this place

This is my new go to location for movies. From start to seat, getting your tickets, refreshments, and sitting down is pretty fast. Staff are attentive and nice. Dont feel weird going alone to the movies anymore, cause I do on Saturdays!

Good people work here, nice people help. Its surrounded by less than ideal location, and people always talk about keeping your phone, wallet, and / or purse safe.. which sounds indicative of the ghetto, but Ive never seen, heard, or experienced a single issue in the many years Ive gone here. Prices are lower than many century theaters, and theres almost always more than enough parking, and the movies are way clearer and sound tons better than many smaller theater companies. I have never had any complaints about this location.

Took my son to watch Spider-Man into the spider verse this morning. The movie stoped half way. They did play it after about 5 minutes but that was annoying. I just don’t like the crowd that i encountered. Many were just being unnecessarily rude talking about discounts and refunds and leaving the theater. But completely disrupted to rush back to watch the rest. . Movie was great. Place not so much.

This was not a great movie going experience. No kettle corn. Popcorn was the most stale that Ive had and had hardly any butter despite asking for extra butter layered halfway in the bag and on top. The screen had a giant smudge or damaged spot towards the center. And the sound was not as loud or clear as it usually is.

Seats are comfortable, food was good, service was ok, concessions were a bit messy.Sunday evening, last few showings just starting, practically empty. Everything went well for the most part. Slushy coffee tasted off, almost like it was carbonated(not a good flavor). A little messy on the floor...nothing 2 minutes of sweeping couldnt fix.The movie experience was great, 3D and a good movie to boot. My wife and I enjoyed it. If you get 5 stars, its because it was a perfect experience, it wasnt perfect, but really nice. If rated on ten stars, it would be a nine and a half.

If Im going to see a movie I either go to the Grand Lake (for the experience) or Bayfair (for the slushies.) I take my son to go see Aladdin today, they sell me tickets yet deny me at the door because of my cheeseburger backpack. Mind you, Ive been to this theater countless times and was just there a few weeks ago for Endgame but now my backpack is a problem. They show me a sign from 2018 saying its policy, and I said Ive been to this theater multiple times - including few weeks ago - and it wasnt an issue but for some reason today it is. Its great to have my 7 year old cry at the mall because he cant see Aladdin. Not mad at the backpack policy, angry at the inconsistency to their own policy and likely wont return.

While watching Terminator: Dark Fate a young girl was being disrespectful to the person by putting her feet on the chair in front disrupting the person movie. An argument broke out and she called him the N word also coming back and using a gun. The person got the staff and the staff was not able to remove her from the auditorium. There was no apology from the staff after the movie.

Great place to come love the fact that anytime before the evening is for 5.75 on any given day. And they have the best cheese pizza here. You better not buy them from me lol.

The staff is great & the service they provide is very good for a movie theatre. The seats are comfortable and the screen is good. The popcorn after 10pm however is disgusting. I couldnt tell if its been sitting for a while or not, but it was inedible. I also wish they would utilize both sides of the popcorn station, because it gets confusing trying to line up to pay for food when people waiting for popcorn are also trying to get in the same line. Just have one cashier on each side of the popcorn station!

HORRIBLE place! Never coming back to this theater. Youd think that with all the competition theyd at least be courteous, no, they are rude AF!Then theres the theatre itself, dirty... well, technically, a FILTHY place! Take a drive to Hayward, or better yet, go a little further for a better theatre, let this place die already!

Movies on Tuesdays in all theaters are just $5.75, which is a good deal to see movies on the big screen. I prefer to go during the day. The parking spots in the parking lot are very narrow.

This movie theater started out shiny and new. It has devolved into a mess. The womens bathroom smell terrible. It smells like 40 cats pissed on every corner of the bathroom. Im not getting what exactly is the issue, nor do I want too. The theaters are decent and usually everyone cooperates when the movie starts.Another con is the ticket booth is literally 10 feet from the road in front of the theater. The lines can form onto the street which is dangerous for everyone, especially small children.They have an arcade which is pricey but fun if you want to spend an extra $10.00 before the movie starts.Park away from the front of the theater, again, traffic can be dangerous especially with people double parking because they can??? #SMH

The only thing I dont like here is that the popcorn is always cold. If it was hot at least once I would have given them 5-stars.

I absolutely love Bayfair Century theater . It’s always clean the popcorn is always hot and fresh . Friendly staff everyone is always smiling and greeting you .

Great price for a matinee. manager/supervisor at concession stand was helpful & professional. however, the cashier, he didnt even greet us, not even a hello or ask us what we have. just started ringing items up. plus, he got the order wrong. we tried to correct him; but, he didnt want to listen to us. too busy rushing to the next customer. no thank you or enjoy your movie

Keep driving, don’t waste your time here, staff chooses who they are going to search, and hint it ain’t gonna be somebody who they think it’s gonna give them a hard time. So yeah if your not loud or obnoxious be prepared. And this thing about sitting you next to strangers, Very uncomfortable. Just keep driving.

Good place and location

This is one of my favorite movie theaters. I love the location . ( near Macy’s, Target, etc.)Having a parking lot also helps tremendously, especially when your running late for a movie,And unlike so many other theaters you don’t have to pay for parking!! Win, Win.

This is one of the cleanest theatres in the area and also one of the newest. Service is great and always cops parked outside. Never had a problem here and plenty of parking too!

Staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. Nice cool theatre. Free parking, easily accessible by Bart and ACTransit. Tasty popcorn.

The theater is good overall. Could work on cleanliness a bit more. Popcorn is always fresh if u don’t go much later in the evening. Security is loose. Bathrooms need more cleaning as well.

Prices are great but I dont like it when they are not allow me to bring my skateboard in. My only transportation, Im doing a world a favor for not driving car here and they denied me to bring my skateboard in, even when I asked them if I could leave my skateboard with them.
