55+ well-maintained mobile home community. Strict rules but thats why it looks so nice.

Great place to live if you can afford it

Beautiful park, amazing amenities, great location.... if ... you can get passed the management and corporate office ridiculous rules/harassment and the trains, planes and automobile noise (sirens, cars and bikes racing down Wicks all hours)

This place always have garage, and table stuff for sale, like. Flea market.

This is a great place to live, quiet and nice the neighborhood is full of pretty gardens and people very courteous, have swim pool,small gym and a multi purpuse room to any ocasion the use is free..

Visited family for the holidays. Odd being asked to review a mobile home park.

Its a Senior facility. Very quiet, clean and has a community pool and exercise area and its close to the San Leandro Marina.
