Good supply of products. They ship pretty quickly. I use them frequently. Never had a problem with them.

I dont know what happened to these guys. You used to be able to buy ANY chemical at good prices with good customer service and tracking but then all of a sudden about 2 years ago they got rid of some of their people, they redesigned their website to make it junk, and they eliminated like 95% of their catalog.

Ive been waiting over a month and a half for my order, and all attempts at contact them have been useless, cant leave a phone message and no response to emails. But they were happy to take my money.

The fact that I can´t contact the company regarding my order is killing me. I haven´t received a tracking number for an order I placed 5 days ago and at this point I´m a little worried. I was really disappointed to find out that their phone number directs you to a voicemail that´s already full.The concept of the company is awesome. They really have artistic materials for metals but the customer service needs to have improvements.

Take your business elsewhere. I tried to buy a product from this company and they wanted to charge me $25.00 to pick up an prepacked product on top of the product price $50.00 to pick up the product if calling in the same day. $50.00 on top of the product price. The guy tells me its just cheaper to ship it UPS. Looking at the other reviews Im glad I took my business elsewhere.

FINALLY received our order after over a month! Efforts to contact the company were difficult, getting no answer and a referral to a full mailbox. I finally reached someone who said the item would be shipped in a couple of days. When the account showed the order as being shipped, there was a bogus tracking number, so I could not follow it. Very frustrating!!!!

Does this company even exist anymore? I have been trying to contact them by phone and email for about 3 weeks and have received no reply. Their prices seem a bit outdated as well. I think they may have closed up shop and neglected to take down the website.

You cant place an order because they dont answer the phone and the voicemail is full. We tried to email, but no response. We tried to get email pricing and everything comes up as $0.00. Too bad.
