Capistrano Terrace

We went to a party at the club house belonged to this community. And its a mess. No clear directions . NO PARKING ASSIGNED FOR THE GUESTS!!!! Everyone parked on red or double lane or blocking somebody from the party. A resident told on us. We got a warning. WHERE WERE WE SUPPOSED TO PARK??

Its like old school trailers not quite mobile home and a little on the unkept side but my friend l ok vest it there

I lived there for half my life, I have family that still lives there. The managers and maintenance guy are rude and disrespectful towards guests and home owners. I was there for a half hour in visitors parking and they called the police on my for waiting for a friend. They told the police I was high as a kite. I dont even use drugs. I dont put up with disrespectful people nice like, so I return disrespect when its provided. If you scream at me youll get the same treatment from me.

Capistrano Terrace beautiful Mobile Home Park you can live in

A Mobile Home park with as the name suggests terraces, 3 in all. Eclectic mix of homes, mature shady trees and close enough to ocean for breezes. Upper terraces lend views north of Saddleback and west of downtown SJC and local hills. Walking distance to shops. 5FWY north off/on ramps close by.

Its a noble home park near a busy freewayLoud and noisy.

Easy access, friendly people, genuinely enjoyed my experience.

Not the friendliest neighborhood. Lack of community pride.

This place went from calle del comercio to damn near nellie gail status in the last decade. For the non-locals thats from section 8 to gated community.. Theres a lot in the works too, cant wait to see the renovations
