This is a great little neighbor park with a play area for small kids adjacent to Calero Elementary school. No bathrooms but a nice shaded grassey area with a few cement tables and water fountain.

I liked the experience of calero. The park had great views and nice trials. Good place for a hike or bike ride.

Had a great time. Nice shady spots on a sunny day. Not too, crowded. Room enough to play soccer etc..

Open picnic tables, no restrooms, the equipment on the playground is wrapped to keep kids off and several unsupervised children are unwrapping it. But its a nice neighborhood park.

Clean, street parking convenient, trash bins, water fountain, 2-8 year old playground, field, trees, a couple of picnic benches close to playground, next to elementary school

Had not been there in over a decade. Great upgrades. Looks great. Could be a little cleaner and could have done without the creepy pot smoker, but he left quickly. The structure is wonderful

Grat park with Big grass area as well as a grilling area! I have also thrown birthday parties here! Only down...no bathroom.

Open Fields, nice seating areas and tables. Its pretty mellow and quiet as well.

If you live close by and need a destination to walk your dog or little one, then this is quite a good destination. It has open spaces and playground equipment. It has a BBQ equipment if you are into that sort of thing and want to entertain a large group with minimal cost. A school is adjacent to the park and there often is someone selling fruits on Lean Ave.On the downside, there are no restrooms, which are expensive to maintain, but limit the park as a picnic destination to just those that live nearby. Cars often speed down Lean Ave. and sometimes pay little attention to the stop signs. Sad. So keep your dog leashed (its the law) and a firm grip on your little one when near Lean Ave.A special note is the walk to the park over the overpass. It is lined with beautiful orange and red roses. Quite a treat.

A spacious park to spend time with the fam. We go here every Sunday to play volleyball. The park has slides and swings for little children and benches and tables for a weekend afternoon picnic.
