The Opera San Jose production of The Flying Dutchman exceeded my every expectation. Im likely going to hit up the Opera San Jose productions more often. So awesomely touching. It was like every emotion conveyed was one that we ourselves feel in our own lives. Thats the Opera for you. It hits the archetypes that represent humanity. Yet it does it in a grand scale with lots of drama so you really feel it. Nice work Opera San Jose. Thank you.
