Definitely worth checking!Found this place by chance while walking on the city with a friend. We were actually lost looking for a nearby bar where our friends were and ended up finding Local Color. The colors of the art inside and the people playing games got our attention. We entered and stayed there for 15-30min because it was almost closing, amazing place for those who enjoy street art, colors, graffiti and art in general.Would love to visit again with more time.

Its a great place to hang out! How often do you get to paint the flames on Thoross flaming sword to chill? You could play a few board games or street fighter, read a few books or just watch the artists at work.

Local Color is my absolute favorite place in San Jose! So many creative minds come together in this building and you always know you are going to enjoy your experience there.

Local artist open studio built in the old Ross in dtsj. Cool spot still seem to be figuring out what to do with the large space but you can play ping pong, chill on couches or draw on the wall. Plus some cool art to walk around and they talk about maybe. Showing movies sometimes.

Vry gud fun palace that i liked when i went. i think that i went at an off time so not much was happeninging, but i’d like to try to go again for more fun.

This is such a special place. It quickly became one of my favorite spots in the city to casually check out; even though Im on their mailing list and know of their events beforehand, something is always going on at local color. This is where you support your local artists. There is a little something for everyone, even if you never considered yourself to be someone who enjoys art. Do yourself a favor and stop by this blessed place. You wont regret it.

Love Color provides studio space for artists to work and collaborate on a variety of projects. It also hosts live music, workshops and private events.

Just wanted to highlight the old Woolworths location before the wrecking ball arrives.
