Lack of professionalism. Lack of response when leaving voicemails and when you visit location directly the employees say managers not available and play games by making empty promises of someone calling you by end of day. I will never do business with this establishment again. I booked a party for June and paid up front. The pandemic happened and the business closed down. I’ve been calling to get a refund for months and never receive a call back. I went to the location today and was told lies of someone getting back to me. Her manager and Vanessa, the party coordinator could not speak to me while there but they could text the “manager” telling her not to refund me because they weren’t there. Neither one of them could call me to discuss. I should t have to chase them down to get a refund for a party that never took place.Unless you need added stress I would recommend you stay far away from this location. Their priorities are not customer focused. Not even for their premier members, which is sad and unfortunate.Also if you read other reviews you will see lack of cleanliness causing skin infections. (Reviews are important)So all in all - I strongly would not recommend this company as they lack good work ethics, a safe and clean environment as well as follow up skills.

This was a nice experience for me and my kids. We had never been on trampolines before. The kids took off and were literally bouncing off the walls. I was a bit hesitant at first because you can really get some height when you jump and having back issues it was a bit scary for me. I managed to do enough jumping to satisfy my kids need to be amused by my participation. They also have a wall to climb and a jumping pit filled with foam. They have a snack bar and vending machines. They have lockers to store your valuables and a resting area where you can watch some TV and relax. You can also plan parties here, they have private rooms for birthdays. This a must if you have kids or if you just enjoy jumping.

Great place to take kids, your friends and family. Place always looks clean and prices are good. Several different activities to do. Only downside was since the covid regulations breathing through a mask while jumping can become a nuisance and tiring. Other than that wonderful and fun place to be.

Exceeded my expectations. People were very friendly and my one year old had a blast on jack and jills hill. If you check in on Fridays with yelp you get a dollar off too. And for an amusement type place food and drink are super cheap

They have dedicated times for young kids which makes the experience much more enjoyable. My 4 and 6 year olds had a great time jumping around and playing with the other kids. You will need to buy (or trade) a pair of their grippy socks though, even if you have an similar pair from another play place.

Last Sunday, I brought my son to this playroom. I can really say that my son did enjoy playing in this place. He gets along with other kids and played with them. The toys that they had was so impressive. It is really safe for my son to play with. The place was so homie and clean. A must-visit playroom.

This was an incredibly fun place. Even just jumping for 60 minutes, is a good workout and can tire out the kids. there is a basketball court, a dodgeball court, a general jumping area, a place to do flips, and a battle zone over a foam pit. Even though the place is not huge, they do manage to control crowds reasonably well. You may have to wait for a dodgeball game, but otherwise it seemed like you could do just about any activity that you wanted to.they also had a rock climbing wall that was open for part of the time that we were there.

It was an ok place with bunch of trampolines. One place for rock climbing and that’s about it. Place was packed, kids seem to be enjoying it.

My daughter went here yesterday and came home with what looks like staph infection or ringworm. We now have to take her to the hospital to find out what it is. That is very disgusting and this place needs to be shut down for detailed cleaning and disinfecting. We are not happy.

I took my kid there and he seemed to have a lot of fun my issue though was there was nothing posted about needing to buy their socks the front desk said nothing about it to me when I purchased the tickets. Then after an hour of playing they tell him he can’t play anymore because he didn’t have the socks, and when I went to buy some they said they can’t take card. I payed for an hour and a half they wouldn’t give me a refund so I had to waste half and hour of his play time because they basically told me there is nothing they can do about it. Cuz I couldn’t buy the socks and they wouldn’t give me a refund I will most likely not go back.

Extremely tiny park with very limited things to do. I’m so happy we decided to play for only an hour because of the kids stayed any longer, they would have gotten bored. Definitely over priced for the size of this little park. Probably good for toddlers in the mornings before the older kids come to play.

Fun place. Very busy, hard to find parking. Parents beware: super loud music. The dangling “jumpers” are hilarious.

Decent trampoline park with a rock wall. Has massage chairs for the adults. Birthday packages are expensive, but comparable to other places.

The park itself quite fun but can get really overcrowded. The staff members that are supposed to watch over the kids are often not doing their job and letting kids break rules in front of their eyes. Kids under 10 can easily get run over by a stronger and larger kid and get injured since there are so many people and lax rules. I have heard of so many injuries that people have gotten. My little sister sprained her ankle when some random older kid bounced right in front of her when he wasn’t supposed to.At the end of the day, only come if you are willing to take the risk of letting your kid get injured.

A fun place for your kids to burn some energy/calories. I went for the massage chair. Call ahead to check if the place is busy or not. We went last week and had to wait 1hr before we got it.

Its not easy for lighter bodies to get enough bounce to stay airborne or to control where they will land. The least change in the tension of the trampoline will project lighter bodies in an unintended direction. It only takes a footstep or a stationary participant to affect the tension on the trampoline enough and then theres the chaos...

I dont have any complaints when everything works (it was 1 times from 4 visits). But today I had not good visit: climbing and pillow area were close. I didnt see any information about this fact in desk when I had paid and stuff didnt make remark about this. In fact I came with dauther because climbing and pillow. I asked to refund money: it is not possible, they can give you free pass for another time. In my case I will leave USA at all day after that happened. I said this and still no way to make refund. Manager wasnt on place to discuss situation and find decision. My advise for you is ask before pay if everything inside will be available.

Usually overcrowded, but at night and I guess morning its pretty free. Now all trampolines work as designed.

Very disappointed with this place my Sons school had a field trip to this place on Thursday May 30th 2019 at 10am-12pm. The children walk to this location from their school (for about 40m) just for the place not to open doors! Teachers were trying to call and email the place to only be on hold for 45m!!! No one could be reached. Seems that contact was only be email! Kids, teachers and parents had to walk back to school. Until today they have not reached out to the school to reschedule. Very sad for all the kids and very unprofessional of this place!

Hosted my daughters birthday her. It was fun party with a large room. Kids enjoyed the different trampolines and rock climbing wall. We ordered pizza, good quality and everyone enjoyed.

Its a good jumping place. The parents can sit down and watch TV or chat while kids jump. Unfortunately, its a bit loud and cant watch the kids jumping, unless youre ready to stand. Has a climbing wall as well. I missed a step stool for children in the restroom, though it was clean at least.

As always the kids love it, but this location is by far the messiest Ive seen, and the staff doesnt seem to care. The bathrooms were disgusting and near the locker there was water all over the floor when we got there like at 2:46 and by the time we were about to leave I told the front desk and they still didnt clean it up. 5 of the lockers were also broken, trash on the floor and the staff doesnt do anything all huddled up just talking. Come on guys it wasnt even a weekend.

We love this place. We’ve been to this place quite a few times, it’s always been such a great experience.The front staff is always super friendly and helpful. It’s not overly crowded and there’s plenty of parking space.We’ll definitely be back.

This place is really fun if you have to have a birthday party. It is a really fun place to bounce, and even adults can. But di jot go on the weekends, it is way to crowded and they put to many people in there. But if you can go on a weekday. Thar us when you can really face fun.

Omg I havent worked out so hard in months. That was intense cardio. Love it!! And I love they stay open late, when most fun places close at dinner time. Will definitely take my kid back.

Its a good place to go every once in awhile the price might be a little pricey but besides that its a good place to go if you want some old-fashioned fun or just jump around for a little while at the same time they do add new stuff every once in awhile too well its like last year or should I say it few months ago they used to have a laser game but it was removed now they have a rock climbing area the huge foam pit area is now a huge airbag and now theres a new attraction that took some to space from the open jump area which I forgot the title of that area but thats where all the foam squares or should I say the foam pit stuff went now they also have an arcade / break area for the ones that just want to rest there for a while they dont sell food at least to my knowledge except for a drinks in the vending machines in the front its quite fun there to be honest its really quite a kid can be a pretty active kid thats who bring them there every once in awhile instead of bringing them to brain melting arcades all the time and arcade I was talking about earlier its not even that big theres like 10 machines there and only a huge candy machine for some reason Im not saying they should upgrade it or anything I think this review is going to far / long so I hope you have fun there!

The toddler time on Wednesday from 9a - 11a is awesome. We had a blast with so few kids and no big kids to worry about. Its a great value too.

Oh I had so much fun Playing with my children and my grandchildren alike. I did things with them that- Im sure when they think about it today - they would just smile or laugh because i was playing tag in jump house, climbing rocks and playing basketbalI. Big fun. I approve.

Went Saturday night with family and had a blast. Lots of space and activities to keep everyone entertained. Employees could be a little friendlier and enthusiastic one almost fell asleep leaning against a post.

Fun place for the kids, they have lots of trampolines and a couple of foam pits. Wish there was better space for the adults to hang out. Put in a small cafe or something.

Too expensive and people in there are too young they do not know how to deal with kids

It was awful. They have no adult supervision or managers on duty to control those attending. When a group of roudy bullies began to beat up and choke some younger kids, those kids who were in charge did little to nothing. Guests had to intervene. They talk about safety, but really dont have anyone old enough in charge to make a difference on a Friday night.Think twice before coming. There are unsupervised trouble makers that can get out of control and really hurt someone

We were here on a Sunday for a birthday party. It was alright. It was busy and noisy as most places like this are. There is not a lot of variety of the activities for kids.

This is a very nice venue, but when we went, it was very crowded. Its not as big as some, but has a good variety of trampoline environments to choose from.

So much fun. Went there for a birthday and it was amazing. Theres a huge area full of trampolines, basketball on trampolines, theres even dodgeball, and if youre going for a birthday, the birthday boy/girl gets a special gift from the trampoline park.

Took my 2year olds here they loved it i just didn’t like that theres big kids jumping where little kids are jumping the jungle is better than rocking jump kids under 3 have there own playground and jumpers.

When I went there everything was fine at first but then these three big 14-year-olds came up to me and started coming on the other side of the dodgeball court and started throwing it at my face and hitting me in the balls also they hit me in the face and Employee did nothing to help me

Lol, this place. Long wait, crowded, Ridiculous pricing, 15 page waiver, and have to purchase special socks. They didnt have enough in my daughters size and the teenage staff provided no solutions. Daughter leaves in tears for spoiling friends day.

Great place to go for a workout! But it can get very busy, especially during a holiday or the weekend. Best to leave for the kids and not young adults and older to avoid the little ones bouncing around there. But then it may depend on the time of day, which mid-day is quite busy, IMO.

Rockin Jump is a fantastic place. Both of my girls 7 and 10 had an absolute blast. It has been about a year so there were some changes. The obstacle wall was a big hit with my little one. They added a dodge ball area with soft and safe balls. All employees I came in contact with were friendly and had a desire to enhance the kids experience.

Rockin tots is the best value. 8 to 10am Saturdays, and parent and tot for 15 bucks. Best part is, no crowds! So if your tot is an early riser, this is the best bang fir the buck! Bonus points for tiring out the tot for a perfect nap later

We went here for our sons 7th birthday party! We jumped for 2 hours and at the end of the session we had 12 extremely tired kids that had a blast. We were allowed to bring in a cake and decorate a few tables. I thought we would be out of luck because we never reserved any tables but they had ample and we were able to snag some:)
