So Ive been to Saboba quite a few times in this past year. Probably spent about a good $10,00.00 there since I started going. Good times and experiences even with my losses. So last night my husband is playing a card game (also a game he has never played before) apparently 3 hands ago the dealer dealt a hand and won but paid my husband instead of collecting his chips. So mind you he nor I even know. The dealer continues to deal we havent been informed that there was a mistake yet. The floor attendant comes over to our table. Let me go back a little through the day the floor man was watching my husband and I for whatever reason. I would go to the bar and get a drink for my husband, I was not drinking due to the fact I am pregnant. As I come back to the table I can see the floor attendant staring at my husband for whatever reason. This happened as the day progresses. So finally the floor comes over to the table and says that we owe the casino $180.00 for a hand he lost 3 hands ago. My husband asks the floor attendant what does he mean and what is going on. The floor attendant begins to tell my husband you owe us x amount of dollars and you have to give it to us or we are going to escort you out and you can never come back. My husband is confused of why he is being talked to and treated with such disrespect. We ask the floor attendant if we may see the tapes back to more understand the situation and see the mistakes being made, and his response is they wont even show me. So basically your dealer made a mistake and we are not even allowed the decency to play the tape over. All of the security footage you must have and you can not show us. I am very disappointed in this Casino and its staff. If you go to this Casino be careful and pay a lot of attention to thee games you play. I understand everyone makes mistakes but this was handled in a very rude and bad manner. They will have many customers but we will forever be customers with a not so great experience and no recommendation to anyone to spend their hard earned money to get treated like this. Popped in to check out the new Soboba. It is undeniably beautiful! My only concern was how crowded it was. How does one socially distance when people are literally running into you? I left after 20 minutes because I was afraid. They should limit the amount of customers in the building. The 99 cent store does it, why wouldnt Soboba? I guess its all about the money.

Went there for the day. Machines were not good to me at all.. Now a few of the people next to me. Had their best luck, of the day!!Was very crowded also...Shout out to the rest room attendant. She actually walked me over to the Cafe. Because I didnt know where it was at. Sorry, did not get her name. She offered! The restroom by the sports bar. The Cafe was excellent!!! Good Service, Shrimp Scampi,Humm so good....

Nice and new casino. Nice new player $15 easy play money. Cafe was nice. Very, very large casino. Minimum play at table games is too high.

The room was new and clean. Good mattress. 250 is kinda high in my opinion. The dinner special was 19.95 for steak and lobster. The food was pretty good but they charged me the 24.95. When I went back to ask why it was because I didnt show my and my wifes players card. No one asked. The breakfast was ok. I took 1200.00 for a 1 night stay. Played keno and other slots. Never hit a single thing. By far the tightest machines Ive ever played. My wife playes mostly keno and never even hit a 5 spot with 800.00. I like the 5.00 minimum at the tables and dealers were very nice. The Jacuzzi was nice but could be hotter. Overall the casino is clean and pretty nice. I dont expect to get rich but I dont expect to go through 1200.00 and be on the road at 10 am the next morning either. Im afraid its 1 and done for us.

July 3, 2018 The Soboba Casino put on an outside concert series with multiple tribute artists. The singing and entertainment value was terrific and very enjoyable. At 9:30 the fun continued with a wonderful fireworks display.All this was provided absolutely free! Made for a great evening out.

Okay the new ones outside the Indian Indian reservation its going to be awesome youll have to go and see it it is big as got a big giant golf course shopping centers and its got everything its just awesome thats the new one opening hopefully in a month

I was excited to go to the new Soboba Casino until I walked in. Many of the slot machines werent on line yet. The ratio was about 4 to 1. Four people waiting to play 1 slot machine. It was very frustrating. People were walking around trying to find a slot machine. I went to the restaurant for some food. I waited a hour for a burger and a salad. Although the food was good I became even more frustrated. My wife did not go to the restaurant she continued to play. Later on my Wife needed to go to the bathroom and no attendant would watch her slot machine. A hour later when I arrived I watched my Wifes slot machine while she went to the restroom only to realize she ran out of money while waiting for me. The slot machine was idle for a hour. While I was waiting for my Wife to return from the bathroom, two Slot Techs kicked me off the slot machine because it was idle. I told them I would play until my Wife comes back. They said no you must get off the slot machine. I was beyond angry. I got up yelling and cussing. I cancelled my room reservation and I will never return to Soboba Casino again. They are too many nice Indian Casinos in California who will treat you like gold.

It is a smaller casino that is about to get a nice upgrade that has been long over due. They are opening up a casino and resort just down the way sometime by early next year, I think February as long as there are no more setbacks. Cant wait to visit and hope it pays a little better then this old tent has been.

I was surprised! The old casino was much cleaner brighter and generally much nicer than I expected. Every staff member that I had contact with was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. There is plenty of self parking as well as valet parking services.I can hardly wait to see the new casino and facilities!

Took the casino charter bus. Pay $6.00 and casino gave you $20 in slot credits. Hour n half from El Monte but it was a pleasant ride in a comfy luxury bus. Spend 4 hours and took home $25 profit. Oh well. Better than loose $25. I m happy., BTW, here is the bus schedule. Good luck yall.

I am not a big fan of playing slots, I do enjoy bingo. I go when my family from up north are in town just to keep busy. I love the atmosphere I just wish I could get hired since I love the hospitality vibe. What I personally dislike is that all rooms seem to be all smoke friendly. Im not a smoker but I say this in regards of my grandmother she isnt a smoker wither and she loves the casino but cant be around smoke much. Over all the staff was helpful and I like it.

We love going here. They are always friendly and service is always good. We do a little winning too. A little worried when they finally move are they going to have the same customer service or is it going to be to crazy. Cant wait to see.

4 stars if it wasnt for the seemingly overpowering cigarette smoke. Oh yeah, that and the lack of any real food related activities. So, other than suffocating and starving, not a bad Casino. There is a good selection of slots and unlike San Manuel, you can usually get the machine of your liking pretty quickly. Kinda in the boonies, but thats a plus because its less crowded than the casinos that are more easily accessible. I probably wont be returning unless some basic changes are made, but it was a good experience.

It was very nice. The lady at the snack place where you purchase candy and chips, personality was awesome. The place we ate that served wings and chips and burritos, was the worst. Wont eat there again. Change personal was also inviting.

I came here to spend it for the holidays and had a blast! The sign up for a players card was quick and easy. I got $15 free spin money for signing up. That’s neat. I felt there was plenty of gaming machine choices versus other casino resorts. The food section could honestly be better. The burgers and fries taste pretty basic for the price and the service is very slow but I didn’t come here to judge the casino based on the food. Come and have fun! They have lots of parking and a little cart that takes you to the entrance of the casino doors.

Save your money and go elsewhere. Wish I could give the zero stars. About half the machines are offline and there is a 5 to 1 ratio of people to slots. Very frustrating. There are way better casinos nearby. Very Smokey and crowded. I don’t understand why they decided to open the new casino when it is obvious that they are not ready. Never coming back.

When will u have all the games up there was only 1/2of them working and u could not get on any on any and if u did no one was winning dont think I will be going back anytime soon the old casino was better then the new one. Out of !500 that I lost I think I won12 bucks that. Not good

One of my favorite casinos. Its laid back and bigger then it looks. Theres a huge non-smoking room and separate keno in the back as well.

Old casino is being replaced by a big, new, Vegas style casino that is opening late Feb 2019. Stars will increase. Old casino had a terrific, large, quiet, free RV lot that will be lost. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Very loose slots love soboba

Little old and run down and no variety of restaurants, but they are building new casino with a hotel, but overall a great place to gamble and staff very friendly. I gave it three star because, once look past cosmetic of the building, you definitely will have fun. I cant wait until they finish new building.

Went for the pow wow today. It was very nice and the area where it was held was covered which was nice on a hot day. The dancing and costumes were amazing and everyone was very nice. The casino was nice as well. Great day trip.

I come here just to get away from the family for the day ..sometimes you just need a break .. I want a few times..sometimes you win some you lose some its a risk that we all take sometimes its all good as long as youre just having a great time dont be so uptight.. go with a positive attitude .. win or lose walk out with a smile remember you walked in they didnt make you gamble ... your kids and Bills come first..

It sucked! I lost $140 and they hardly have any machines available because theyre moving them all to the new building. I would definitely recommend waiting until they open the new casino this month to go back.

Soboba is probably the worst casino this past year. Machines do not give very many bonus plays they are very tight to pay out any. 90 percent of the people that go with us to soboba say they will not return. I hope the new casino is better because I am a local resident and want to support the casino. But something has to change.

I haven’t been in awhile, had hand surgery November 2018, so it has been months since going to Soboba. Things really changed, for example I can’t check my points online, I went January 5 on my birthday and my points I did have were gone, they took my birthday free play away!! I no longer get any mailings! I have asked about the points that were on my card, and the birthday feee play and was told that if my card is not tracked or used in months that everything is deleted.. This place has so much of my money.! Soboba policy is full of SH— !!

Looking forward to the new casino opening. Although older and smaller still a nice casino to visit. They offer a coffee shop with snacks and a cafe with a larger menu. They have a bar/ nightclub as well. Most staff is friendly and helpful that Ive encountered.

I go to soboba every New Years Eve to celebrate my birthday which is on New Years day always have a good time with my girlfriend. Cant wait to see the new casino and hotel when its finished being built I also go to the fireworks show every fourth of July its an awesome show they put on

Good stop on the way east. Food wasnt bad and the area was cool to visit. Nothing wrong with stoping in here and enjoying some down time. It looks a little different from other casinos in the area but it is a good stop.

It isnt the biggest casino but it is bigger then it looks from the outside. Parking is close by and they shuttle you in and out from the far lot. Best gaming feature is they have nickel keno. Staff is very nice and professional.UPDATE:New casino is open and the property and building are very nice. They need more machines to fill up the huge floor and a nice new addition is the help yourself drink stations. I didnt have much luck when I went but maybe with time the machines will be a little kinder.

The atmosphere is pleasant. One needs to bet high to win any substantial cash. A bit discouraging. Wonder if the clientele are paying for the new hotel/casino? The location is convenient for those of us living in the valley.

Best casino place to gamble in the sense that you have a better chance to win money. Only thing wrong in the 20 years Ive gone there they really do need more and better security theres a lot of strange people and people that hang around to ask for money or steal and some start trouble. You always need to watch your back and they need to improve the Security in the parking lot.

The Concert, attribute to Motown, was mediocre. The James Brown impersonator was very good and The Temptations were also. But I wasnt impressed with the ladies that impersonated The Supremes. They were off pitch and forgot the words of some of the music. They improvised on some of the solo parts and it was terrible. The Sound Manager needs to take his ear plugs out and realize that not everyone wants so much bass. Even the floor was vibrating. I dont believe I will be going there for concerts in the future. I spent some time as a backup singer, so I speak from experience.

Its just another Indian casino that doesnt have a hotel or spa currently. at the new property they just built with a hotel golf course spa resort looks pretty good, it should be open soon, in the next few weeks

I went to the casino about Five days after opening and the smell of smoke was so strong. I believe your machines and tables were not clean ended before you brought them in from the old Soboba.

Came to check out the new casino. It was over crowded with people just standing around because alot of the gaming machines werent working. Definitely a disappointment and a waist of time coming.

You win some. You lose some. You lose a lot actually. Quit while you are ahead. Dont bring much money if you cant afford to lose it. Like rent. Dont bring rent money. All bad.

This post is for the New Soboba Casino and resort visit on 03/05/19 at 4:08pm . Went to try the Fairway Cafe, we were seated right away, I was given a breakfast menu and my husband got a dinner menu . This was the 1st problem, after receiving the correct menu we waited for our order to be taken, we waited and waited and waited! That was the second problem, we didnt wait for a third problem because we left with out ordering, its a shame because we really wanted salmon. We the went to get their fried chicken and Carnitas at the food court, not that great at all, taste the same as any other fast food . Its a shame we had our heart set on the salmon, we will not be coming back especially since they have no buffet. We will stick with Fantasy Springs casino and Pala casino they have the best food, but they are the only one of their kind left.

Clean hotel and casino

The selection of games here is fantastic! Food was outstanding in both the main dining area as well as the coffee shop. Love this casino! Slots were the loosest Ive played of all Southern California casinos (seriously). The housekeeping staff keeps the floors and machines really super clean & plenty of clean ashtrays for smokers. Also a very, very clean and fresh-smelling non-smoking section and Aces Lounge had a wonderful cocktail selection as well as beer, wine, & spirits. Great musical entertainment also! Highly Recommend:-)

The new casino is overcrowded, under staffed and not paying out. Nobody in Valet can get it together to park. After 15 min wait for valet you enter a casino that is so crowded there are lines of people waiting to get on slot machines. Again at the bar, nobody could even make a baileys and coffee in under 10 min. They should have left the old casino alone, it was much cleaner and brighter. I won’t be back nor will I recommend to any of my snowbird friends. Also never going to visit their new Palm Springs location either after this epic fail on the launch of their new casino.

Disappointed, I won $100 on a keno machine played it down to $90 and cashed out. I then put the ticket in a different machine that showed a .03cent credit. I pushed the service button and waited until a nice fellow showed up. I explained my problem and walked over and pointed out the keno machine. He checked the ticket history that showed a ticket for $90.10 cashed out about 12 minutes before. A woman arrived and he told her what I had said. He said she would be back to help me. When she returned she told me that $90.10 ticket had been cashed and there was nothing she could do about it. I tried to explain that I had only cashed it out of one machine and put it in another that showed a. 03 cent credit. Didnt matter I was out $90. Word to the wise if you want to go to Soboba check your tickets and cash them at the cage.

One of the quaintest and coolest casinos ever. As they are expanding who knows if intimacy will remain but nevertheless the people here are always so welcoming and friendly. The staff is very accommodating. My mother-in-law lost her winnings ticket and because she used her clubcard they actually approached her when they saw her in the cameras and asked if she lost it and verified her identity and returned her winnings.

The Valet parking was quick and the employees were courteous and very attentive about retrieving your car promptly and quick. The gaming area was nice and clean, the dealers were entertaining and professional. Free water bottles when needed was an added bonus for us while we were there. I would recommend this Indian Casino for anyone who likes to avoid crowds, traffic and messy areas. This place is top rated in my book for live gaming and entertainment.

First time there. It was okay to much smoking. I had to stop playing and go outside for some fresh air because of the smoke. The food was tasty though. Need to be a no smoking casino

Security was disrespectful and racist. Although they were just doing their jobs they refused to give me access to the Casino. I had s fully qualified Identification card, DOB 10/**/1995 issued by the state of Alabama. The guard claimed that my ID had to be a California Issued. That I know is bull s**t

Nice place with a wide variety of slots. We enjoyed our time there. It would have been nice to have won a little something. So if your slots were looser it would have given us an incentive to return.

We very recently went to the new casino and it was in disarray! Very disorganized! Indoor garbage cans over flowing with trash and it all looked dirty. Many machines not working or missing. Its as though theyve never run a casino before. Very disappointing! Im hoping they get it together for the grand opening in June.

Fun place but the cigarette smoke ruins it for me. I have asthma and am allergic to the smoke so I have to have my rescue inhaler ready. For this reason we cant come here often. We hope when the new casino is built that we can enter a smoke free casino close to home.

Dont Go!Seriously, dont waste your time or money. Theres at least 5+ people per machine, and more than 1/2 the machines are offline/not working. I will not be returning.

It was a plesent experience, no tense feelings. Wasnt stressed . Could find everything very easily. The staff was very friendly and very helpful if needed they didnt mind explaining anything that was questionable. The customers were friendly also, and they had no problem with my dog she was very welcomed inside. If there were more stars they would have a 10 star rating from me!

I give it 3 stars due to not being the usual Casino that I play at. Next year will be different with the new Casino coming. Even though a small dining area food is good and not a long wait. I enjoy dropping down from the mountain for some play time, slots being my favorite. Not always am I with cash in hand with leaving but machines do pay.

I’m not too much of a fan because it is a much smaller casino. It has one floor but staff is friendly I personally like going to bigger casinos with more of a night life kinda feel . In my opinion it’s more like the mom and pops of casinos.

For my first time, it was inviting. Temperature was great for the hot day we had. Too many penny machines not enough quarter machines.

Last few time here have been disappointing with all the changes and tighter slots and the way they have set up the point system doesnt make sense i spend a lot of money there and have gone from a VIP to nothing free play used to be worth the trip its just not the same anymore, planing on visiting other casinos and may just forget Soboba even though its closest to my home. Sorry just how i feel as a long time Soboba playing customer.

Dont expect Vegas quality walking in but not bad at all for a standalone. Decent selection of slots and table games. Has a non smoking section but its not very big and in the very back.

Of all the awesome so cal casinos why oh why would you pick this one? if youre a non smoker, they have a non smoking section with a separate entrance which is nice, but the games in that area are super lame. The food selection is horrible and its really run down. There are also locals that ruin it for the non regulars. Security is almost non existent which is super sketchy. I know there arent many casinos In this area, but just make the drive to another.

The new casino is worse the the old one. It is small understaffed, the bathrooms are dirty and so is the main floor. There is no handicap ramps. I was there for 3 hrs on a Friday and in the entire time I only seen 1 drink person and 2 floor people. The suits were talking to eachother like they were at a BB-Q. Half of the machines were down. I rather drive the 3 hours to Vegas.

I was there on opening day of the New casino. All I can say is: The owners of the casino should have waited two more weeks before opening their doors. The road was not done and we had to sit in the street for more than 45 minutes just to get into the parking lot. Once inside, we noticed most of the slot machines were not in service. Then like all the other patrons, my wife and I look for something to eat, surprisingly only two restaurants were open. We waited more than an hour for one order of street tacos and a burrito. We asked the people work there if there was ever going to be a buffet and they replied no. So my opinion stands is this stay away until at least a month from now maybe then this casino can measure up to the other find quality casinos that are in the area.
