HOA is a good place for little ones (3+) and adults ! There are 3 trampoline areas. One specially for 3-6 yr olds.If you have a poor experience please ask an employee to radio a supervisor/ or manager if you feel you cannot resolve your issue with that current staff member.(Yes there are a handful of teens that work there. Please do not use ageism against them. Anyone can act immature.)>>I suggest parents plan well ahead

The staff was nice enough, I took my 3 and 5 year olds there for a two hour session and they were only able to use the kids area that was 20 by 25 feet with a couple of balls and a broken basketball hoop. I’m not usually one to complain and my kids still had fun but for 80$ for two hours I think it’s way overpriced.

The worst trampoline park I have ever been to (And I experimented a lot of them). Really expensive, we paid 47$ for a child and an adult for 45 minutes. We had only access to a quarter of the trampolines because of a birthday. The staffs are really unpleasant and the trampoline are kids trampolines, really small and do not jump really high. At the end of our session we discovered that there are wall trampolines and more gymnastic trampolines but you have to pay an extra to access them (They do not told us that this part exist as well at the beginning). They make you fill up a waver for the children when you arrive and they then ask you to fill up the informations once again, a real waste of time. The women we had did not know how to write our names, it took her around 15 minutes just for that and the paiement. I do recommend this place for people with 4-5 years old children that just want to run around and play dodge ball. BAD EXPERIENCE, WILL NEVER COME BACK.

House of air? More like house of scare. I recently visited this establishment with my newly bought mail ordered Aussie wife. I am taking her around the country welcoming her to the US of A! Recently we were turned away from a Kangaroo park in Washington due to my crabs outbreak. I just recovered from a spinal injury because some JERK named Jose at on the border in Arizona broke a plate over my head. Anyway just like the kangaroo park we had to sign a waiver and medical info out. I did put down about my crabs the staff seemed used to these things so I was not worried. However when I stepped foot out onto a trampoline I noticed my crabs escaping and jumping on the trampoline towards my new wife. She doesnt speak english she speaks australian so I couldnt warn her about the crabs ahead of time. Word of advise do not go here if you have crabs.

Disappointed parents and children... not good for 3-6 yo. Deceptive for kids time in that the whole place isnt available to them. They restrict 3-6 yo to tiny area which has some small trampolines. There are much better trampoline parks for children which offer significantly more variety including balance beams over foam pits, etc. This place is good for adults but I would not recommend for young kids (under 7 yo).

Run very poorly. Terrible experience. They have 4 distinct trampoline zones but 3 out of 4 of them were unstaffed and closed off so the employees could apparently twittle their thumbs and play on their phones. Saw at least 5 employees just doing nothing while keeping only that 1 zone open.Do I regret paying money to come here? No because I’d never been to a trampoline park before. But definitely not coming back. Also, there’s no AC so stay home if it’s hot.

Their motto should be, We exploit you because we can! I took a group of preteen girls here for a birthday party last weekend. Despite the fact that they all had a good time, I was soured by the many rules imposed on customers designed to bilk them and showing a genuine disregard for them as well. First, when you buy tickets, they list their rubber bottomed jumping socks as an add on (for 2 dollars each). However, you cannot decline this add on, even though the website makes it seem as if you can. I unchecked the add-on box several times, but still ended up paying for their socks. Then theres the way they treat their customers. In line to get our wristbands, I was told I couldnt stand between the check-in desk and the concession stand. No one was going in or out between the two, and I was trying to make sure everyone in our group got processed, but no matter, I couldnt stand there. The check in desk gave us the wrong color wristband, and when we got to the jumping area, the supervisor wouldnt let the girls jump until I went back and got the right color wristband. Really? Come on! After that, I was told I couldnt jump if I wasnt wearing their socks. So back again to exchange those for the ones I was forced to pay for online but hadnt bothered picking up. After jumping for a little while, they closed off part of one of the areas, saying a private party had bought exclusive use of it. I had tried to plan a less crowded time to be there, but suddenly the main area shrunk by 1/3. Any one of these things would have sucked, but the relentless disregard for the customers seemed baked in to their business model. I will definitely not be back.

The house of air is 7 dollars more than rockin jump to enter. Even though it’s overpriced, that’s not my main problem. The staff there is absolute garbage. I was bouncing around, trying to get my money’s worth, when a staff member walks up to me, and tells me how I’m pushing kids around and assulting them, and if she has to talk to me again, I’ll be kicked out. Keep in mind I didn’t do anything. The tone and voice were very attacking, especially since she was baselessly accusing me of something that I didn’t do. After that, she came back and talked to me again, and so did a different staff member. They singled out my 8 year old brother and lectured him about things he didn’t do. How was he supposed to defend himself? He’s only 8! He doesn’t know how to stand up for himself. The argument then made it over to my guardian, and the staff member started telling him about things we didn’t do, and accusing us. They eventually realized it wasn’t us, and gave us free tickets, but that doesn’t make up for the harassment and profiling that I suffered here, for doing absolutely nothing wrong. I never heard any sort of apology, just the tickets. I, however, am never going back, I’m just gonna to to rockin jump next time. I don’t recommend coming here.

Had a great time at House of Air last night. My wife and I went in and jumped for an hour. The staff was very helpful and efficient. It was a little smaller than Sky High in Portland where I used to go, but still very fun. I wish they would allow people to jump in the training area when its super slow like it was when we were there. Its also a bit pricey per hour ($16), but still a good time.

This place is pretty lame if you have a kid under 6. They only allow them to jump in one small trampoline section that only has regular trampolines, which as you can imagine, gets boring pretty fast, especially when theres other areas they want to go to. I understand the safety concerns but other places leave it to parental discretion. Not worth the trek to the Presidio if you have younger children unless you enjoy fighting for parking, paying for parking, trying to prevent your child from going into more enticing jumping areas the entire time, and paying ten dollars for maybe 30 minutes of fun.

Went here on a weeknight (Monday @ 6pm) and it was perfect. It wasnt terribly crowded and there was a lot of room to bounce around without the fear of knocking into some kid. Highly recommend the socks as it helps you grip when you land. Definitely tiring and super fun. Be sure to bring water/or a drink. They have free lockers for you to stash your clothes in. Also, arrive at least 10 minutes before your session as you have paperwork and a safety video to watch before you can play!

$18 for 1 hr per child. Thats very expensive for a toddler, considering the limited duration of time, with the lack of activities and stimulation. Kids under 4 should be at least half the price since theyre secluded to one boring area. They need more things to do there. My child was asking to play with Duplo Legos afterwards because she thought the place was like a previous indoor playground that we had visited. I told her its all there is here, small mundane trampolines. And how come the workers dont have uniforms? They just look like normal people hanging out in the toddler area. I was confused as to if they were supervising as workers or as parents. It was my first time here and itll be my last.

House of Air is a lot of fun and makes for great work events. Ive been here twice with work and had a blast every time. They have a huge rectangular area covered in trampolines where you can play games or just jump around. They also have a dodgeball arena to take out your aggression (or duck and cover in my case). You can easily spend a couple hours here but if you are over 21 expect to be totally wiped out for a day after, probably pull some muscles you never knew you had, screw up you back for a couple days; such things are fairly par for the course. Other than those caveats (which you sign away in a waver anyways) its all good fun.

I really wanted to like this place, but their customer service was so aggressively terrible that I will never return here.My girlfriend and I made reservations to come here. However, after spending a half an hour trying and failing to find parking(and eating 15 minutes into our scheduled time), we finally admitted defeat and I headed inside to get our money back. The person at the counter refused to do so, and after rolling their eyes and sighing finally got me to their manager. She also would not give me my money back, saying that their policy was to require 24 hours of notice for cancellation. (no reaction when I explained that nobody gave me 24 hours notice that parking would be impossible.) She explained to me that if they refunded the money of everyone who couldnt find parking, they couldnt stay in business. (That should be a pretty good indication that their parking situation is woefully inadequate, and that they care far more about extracting money from anyone foolish enough to buy a ticket)It was further explained to me that they couldnt give me my money back because, by buying a ticket, I was preventing another customer from doing so. I fully understand the point of this policy. However, in this instance it was absolute garbage, as the facility was noticeably dead at the moment, and ALL timeslots where open when i bought the ticket no more than a few hours before. Again, far more concerned with my money than with providing me a service. So, thats it. This place sells tickets for a service that you will likely not be able to use, because they share a minuscule parking lot with a ton of other places, and there is no other parking nearby because of their location under the GG bridge. Then theyll try and keep your money. I say try, because I took the issue up with my bank, and was able to get my money back. If these scam-artists try and do the same to you, I suggest you reverse the charges.

Overall a great experience, spoiled by a single employee with a power complex. Tl;Dr - I wont be coming back until he is gone, and if this is how they treat adults I especially advise against leaving young children here.I didnt have my glasses so I couldnt see the employee well, but he was short and based on his attitude Im guessing a teenager. I was there on a corporate outing, so a group of folks whove never trampolined in our lives and were just there to have a good time. The kid was assigned to us as we began a game of dodgeball. First, he was purposefully deaf to our multiple requests for the rules (we do have internationals here!) until he got frustrated that we werent starting when he said start. Second, he was unnecessarily rude (why cant you guys just line up when I say so???? As we were slowly meandering out after a game. Sorry, were not kids, we do get tired and slow :) ) Third, each time a side started losing hed jump in to help, but it mostly seemed a way to show everyone up. Yes, I know you are capable of spin jumping and headshotting someone backwards, but thats wholly unnecessary as they were still trying to get up from tripping over. Speaking of headshots, Im pretty sure he said it was against the rules, but most of the violations were by him against us, and he threw by far the hardest. His supervisor actually stepped in to tell him to cut it out, but the kid just continued on by jumping a little lower so the other employees couldnt see him doing it behind the walls. So yeah, typical teenager for you. But it doesnt make for a pleasant experience, and so while Im excited about trampolining now Ill be looking for a different venue. Id also be wary leaving young children here with this employee, he doesnt seem like hed care very much about their safety.

My son and five of his friends (all 11 yrs. old) were there today for a birthday party. My son has been numerous times and had fun. Today, however, was ridiculous. I am not sure what happened that a hundred new rules have been implemented, but it is beyond crazy. Something is wrong if you have a group of boys all sitting on the couch after 10-15 minutes of jumping, saying theyre done. If you cant come to House of Air, and let loose, bounce off the walls and have a good time, then what is the point? Im afraid we wont be coming back. Its a shame.

I think you can also grab some fun training session for kids there as well. There are amazing views of the Golden Gate Bridge right outside of the building! Ive never been to a trampoline house, and havent jumped on a trampoline for a few years, so I was really looking forward to coming here. Make sure to book your appointment online - that way, youll save time with the waivers and ensure that you get a spot for the busier times. I had no trouble booking my appointment a few days prior, and there was still a lot of spots left, so I think its more of a convenience issue booking online because chances are youll most likely be able to get in through a walk-in appointment. There are two trampoline areas that youll have access to as a regular general admission: a dodgeball court as well as a large trampoline area with around 60 trampolines. I came here when a second grader was having a birthday party, so I was a little unlucky (the little kids just run all over the place and you have to be careful on the trampolines) but I still had a great time regardless. They have complementary lockers as well as changing areas in the bathroom as well.P.S. If youre able to bike along the coast and get here by bike, it would be a lot easier than driving here.

I went to House of Air on a work retreat and it was a blast. The main attraction was trampoline dodgeball which we played via a bracket that lasted 90 minutes. It was a great way to get exercise and encourage some friendly competition amongst co-workers. The highlight for me was the big field of trampolines in the back. Something about jumping put a huge grin the face of even the most serious adults. It was a great workout too. Id definitely play dodgeball again with a big group of friends, but with a small group it is really fun to just jump.

An amazing time out with co-workers. Trampoline dodgeball is an insanely fun (and relatively safe) way to blow off steam, and you get to throw soft balls at peoples heads. How is that not awesome? House of Airs facilities are clean and spacious, with multiple trampolines set up in a couple large areas - one for general bouncing and fun, and one dedicated to the dodgeball arena.I do recommend that people be in reasonable shape before coming here, with strong ankles and knees and decent aerobic capacity. Trampolines might look like theyre for kids, but the possibility for injury is very real.
