Pioneer Park

Nice quiet park.. perfect for a picnic. One of the stops for the San Fernando Trolley.

Ive come to this park since I was like 8 and Im 27 so thats a whole lotta time but yet it still remains untouched and just like I remember, which is great because the park is very nice and a perfect place to have a picnic or play some ball ! Lots of shade on the kids cove and great options !

Quiet place for a late lunch break

Atmosphere is there to just sit and have a talk. Plenty of trees for shade and the play place is well thought out.

I always come here to play soccer in the parking lot by the playground with my sister dad mom and puppies and dogs One thing is that it is free and fun to do stuff there, there is even 2 huge baseball fields! I rate this my favorite park i live close to it like 5 houses away by the parking lot by the playground

I used to go here a lot when I was younger but when I went recently I noticed it could use a bit of renovation especially the playground. But the atmosphere is good.

Its a quaint little Park very quiet in the middle of a residential area so makes it very relaxing.

In need of repair. The ground is a tripping hazard everywhere.

Nice and clean. Needs a little floor up keep in the play area but for the most part the kids enjoy playing there. Very calm and relaxing, also could have a nice picnic on their freshly cut grass too.

Nice place but is very vandalized by unscrupulous people that make it look like an insecure place

Unsafe during the day time spray painting infront of local police, looks like the police were afraid never going to that place again!

Played minor league base ball at this park its a nice quiet neighbor hood and very good hand burger joint a couple blocks away frosters freeze

My daughter had fun. Needs new floor and tagging needs to be removed. Not to crowded around 2 - 3 PM.

Handicapped accessible. Bathrooms. Baseball triangles. I love that i can walk to it from my house.

This part was suggested to me by a friend when I first son starting playing sports for the first time here took my dog and we had a blast beautiful scenic view, safe area to walk your doggie would recommend this for a nice picnic and nice short walk and exercise for your dog give this a great day for sunshine

Pioneer Park is designed for little league baseball. It is dominated by two very nice baseball diamonds. Each diamond has a proper dirt infield, grass outfield, outfield fence, two dugouts, scoreboard, and bleachers. One of the fields has a pitchers plate and a bull pen. The fields are separated by a snack bar and restrooms. Behind one of the diamonds is two fenced-in tennis courts. Across the parking lot from the diamonds is a childrens playground with swings, slides, and seesaws. All around the park are concrete tables and a few of them have barbeque grills. There are ample water fountains and trashcans, too. The park is very clean and has green grass year round.

Small park, but packed with 2 free tennis courts (but locked most times), baseball fields for juniors, basketball court, kids play area, picnic tables and free parking spaces.
