Been going here for years but this park isnt well kept the city needs to do a better job at keeping up with this. Not to mention the infestation of mosquitos.

It is a very nice place!!! My kids like it here.

They have a wonderful and helpful recreation center. There are many resources inside the recreation center to help others with general help about benefits, getting involved in the community, and more. The recreation center also holds a variety of inexpensive community classes. They also have a shower list of places that give free showers on the back of the bathroom door. I was glad I went inside. There are many opportunities to take advantage of here.

Great little park. Went for a baby shower being held in the rec room. Facilities seemed very well maintained and my kids enjoyed it.

Small but beautiful, love it.

We played a school softball game here in the early weekday afternoon. The baseball fields are well kept. The bathrooms were open. Theres plenty of shade to sit and watch the games. There are also picnic tables with benches available. Also water drinking fountain located by the fields.

Its very playful for kids and everyone be could be walking on the big circle or bike riding and the big soccer fields for kids to play as well I think I have five star should very good for this Park

Attended Sunday service at the rec center here. Church was great!! Lucked out with a parking spot close by. The configuration of the parking lot is a bit strange though.

Wow this is a very sad park. Looks like the City of San Fernando doesnt care about children having clean bathrooms. The building is a wreck and the park is not well kept. Trash in the streets, papers flying everywhere in the wind. Sad that the city cant do a better job for the community and children.

Really fun place to vist while in sunnyvale

I grew up a Las Palmas Park right around the corner for my grandmas house. theyve always been in the community park out reaching to the senior citizens and youth in the area. They offer baseball,basketball and use tohave a swimming pool in the 70s that was about 1 foot deep. great to see thats has expanded in size from what it was when I was a child.

I went to worship God at the Faith center. the band was truly amazing and so were the people not to mention the wonderful messageon mothers day.

I grew up here.but really ill be honest.dont go to this park at night.it could be very dangerous.alot of bad people.that go to this park.but if u want to enjoy a nice day.i can say ive never had a problem.during the day.its safe.at night dont.im being very honest.

Hidden park, but very nice and relaxing. You can hear the bells at times from the near by church. Very soothing.

A large nice park with a full recreational clubhouse. Seniors have a variety of functions available.

Better security yet lights still dont turn on sometimes

This is where my son trains.We have lights and no homeless people around.I dont mind them, but at Ritchie vallens park, homeless people sleep all at the edge and last time one was sleeping in the playground, plus there was poop on the sand.I didnt like that because my 2 year old like A to play on the sand. My hand was full of poop, when I try to play with him.We left, not good.

Neighborhood is rundown and park had some sketchy individuals!

The park is really small. The only shade you could get is on the benches. The only good thing is that it has grass

Nice park. They hold church services in the morning. Its cleanand lots of bbq areas. Basketball area. Softball area. Bathrooms were stocked.

This quiet park is tucked away in a residential area of San Fernando and features a senior/community center, 4 baseball diamonds, and several basketball hoops. The community center and ball fields can be rented out for private functions. Unfortunately, you have to go to San Fernandos main park at 208 Park Avenue to get the reservation. There are several picnic pavilions with grills. Additionally, there are some isometric exercise equipment to use.

They should have more synthetic grass soccer fields. The ones already there are always closed.

Would be five stars but no swings but they have two huge fields to pay baseball soccer or football and have a dedicated workout area they also have two outdoor and one indoor basketball gym

Las Palmas is a cozy neighborhood park. There are often holiday events that are free for kids. Easter egg hunts, etc. A nice quiet park, great for relaxing or an afternoon walk

I love shooting baskets here. This park has a lot of space, picnic tables and is rather clean. The basketball court is excellent for shooting solo - not a lot of pickup games though.

Come here for the kids basketball practices. Its cool, kinda crowded especially baseball season.

Its a great park! It has a diamondback(baseball field) as well as excercise equipments if you want to work out.Plus, theres a church if you want to be with The Lord!

Always clean great for casual walks

The facilities are very well maintained and they host a lot of programs like free tax preparations with CSUN VITA during tax season.

Good for parties outside because its free. Free parking. Free basketball gym. Free pool tables.

Public restrooms are locked during day time! BOOOO

Grew up here loved this park when I was younger but as I got older the people changed and theres a lot of trash that comes here and makes the park a not so great family park and to many gangsters or wannabes . Just the bad over weights the good.
