Ryan and Sevy are truly a DREAM TEAM. Theyre masterful with getting and keeping the party going. They MCd / DJd our wedding at the Darlington House, this September and I cant even count the number of positive comments that we received. Theyre fantastic with the tunes and fantastic people!
Book them NOW!!!!! I cant say enough GREAT things about Ryan and Sevy!! Our day went so smoothly and we had an amazing time with all of our friends and family, thanks to them. They are extremely professional, organized, punctual, and FUN. Its clear to see how much experience they have in this industry. They have developed great relationships with so many of the vendors in this area. They arranged regular meetings with us that worked around our busy schedules. They were always available for questions or concerns. Sevy arranged for multiple walk-throughs at the venue. She developed a VERY detailed timeline for the rehearsal as well as the day of. On both of those days, she made sure everything we right on time. I didnt think once about any details or even worry about the time-I simply enjoyed the day with my family and friends. THIS IS PRICELESS!Ryan was an amazing emcee and DJ. He kept the entire day moving along without any awkward pauses in the evening. He took the time to get to know personal details about everyone in our wedding party as well as family. He made the night feel so person for us. And the MUSIC! We could NOT get off the dance floor! once the formalities of the night were done, everyone was on the dance floor and didnt stop dancing until we unfortunately had to end the night. Ryan knows how to read a crowd well and keep them moving and shaking. We had such a great party for our reception, which is exactly what we wanted.Ryan and Sevy, thank you so much for all of your hard work and attention to detail, and for being so fun and easy to work with. We love you guys! STAY GLASZY!!!
We learned about Sevy from our wedding venue. Sevy and her husband did a lot of DJ’ing at the venue, but she wanted to branch out and start doing wedding planning. Since she was inexpensive, had good reviews on Yelp, and experience in the wedding industry, so we decided to arrange a meeting with her.During our first meeting, she seemed to be very knowledgeable. She has a strong personality, but we thought that was could be a good trait to manage the wedding details. We met a few more times. I was very surprised that she didn’t take notes during any of our meetings. Unfortunately, she made all kinds of mistake in her follow up emails. She didn’t have great attention to detail, which became more obvious as we got closer to the wedding. When I reviewed her day of wedding timeline, I noticed she made a mistake on the total venue rental hours. Instead of sticking to the 8 hours included in venue contract, her timeline was 10 hours. When I caught the mistake, we had already sent out our RSVP with the start time, so we had to rent extra an hour at the venue. When we tried to explain to her we didn’t budget the extra rental hours she would not admit her mistake and insisted on telling us that she had lots of experience working in the venue. She said had already confirmed the extra time with the venue. She suggested calling the venue together, and when we did, we found out that her information was not correct. We had to pay for more time.We were supposed to do a final walk through at the venue two weeks before the wedding, but she messed it up and said we were supposed to meet at her house. This meeting was to confirm where we would set up all the decorations (ex: welcome sign, personal photos, balloons etc…). How would we be able to do that at her house? And why would she setup an appointment at the venue if we were not meeting there? When I politely told her it was important that we meet at the venue to do a final walk through, she told me she was double booked and wouldn’t have time to leave her house and continued saying that she didn’t make any mistakes. At the end of the meeting she quit. She quit less than two weeks before our wedding…This was really hard at first, but we found an amazing wedding planner, Renee, to step in at the last minute. She was a lifesaver.
