I would never want to work with David Belenzon ever again. With that said I would never use his services. He reached out to my company for a repair on his rental property and after he approved all charges he thinks he has the authority to decide what he would like to pay. How is this a business man? Seems to be more like a thief who has money and thats because he does not pay people he hires that help out his tenants. Sad part is this is over $50.83. Congratulations David Your 50$ is worthless to me and you have a great day! I warn you all do not work for him and I would never use his services or recommend his to any one Beware!!
