My daughters have been a part of San Diego Sol for about four years now and have gained so much knowledge about the game. They bring lots of basketball passion to the floor with with them, but Sol has really helped to raise their Basketball IQ. San Diego Sol is their home away from home. We always believe the girls are safe whenever they are at the Sol Complex. Both girls hope to return to Sol someday as coaches, because of the impact Sol coaches have had on them. Thank you Coach Cleveland, Coach Allen and all the other Sol coaches who have invested our daughters lives in ways that go far beyond just basketball.

The San Diego Sol basketball club has been an outstanding platform for my daughter to improve her basketball skills, basketball IQ and confidence to shoot the rock. Sol gave her the opportunities to play at high level college viewing tournaments to get the exposure that she was looking for. The coaching staff from top to bottom has always been supportive especially during times of injury. They genuinely care about their players well-being and development. If she had to do it all over again, we would of started with Sol from the beginning.

I’ve been coaching in this gym for years. Always get sad when I hear the stories about them possibly closing the place down. It’s pretty much the only large public basketball facility in San Diego so any and all major tournaments that come to town have to come here and if they close this place down it will definitely have an effect on local development of the game. My son and his teams also play here pretty much every weekend. I could post so many pictures but I think google would kick me off the platform. Great place for memories.

I just wish they wouldnt charge every member if the family to watch a game. It gets expensive. Just build out into the cost of registration for the team.The new floors are nice.

Coaches are just amazing and the club is so organised. My son has an amazing time every time he is there for skill lesson.

I had a lot of fun playing on my school basketball team from 2012-2017 and in 2015 my school won the (Caps Leauge) Championship And Me and Another Teammate Won 2015 Championship Game MVP!

Staff and programs are excellent, from pee wee leagues to clinics and camps, I’m impressed with Sol all around!!

Add the seasons $5.00 entry fee upon signup at season enrollment. Nickel and diming $5.00 upon entry of every game is ridiculous. Inability to accept CC payment because “internet not working”.
