If I could give a zero, I would ! Sad part, is that we didn’t even book this venue. Here is what we told the owner;STAY AWAY——We would NOT like to go with ur venue.All you have shown us was the run around. Definitely not business owner material. You have no set venue pricing, and u go around giving EVERYONE random different pricing for the “same” packages.On top of that, you can NOT get ahold of anyone there “over the phone” to speak too.Your company and the workers are all definitely unprofessional. We have gotten nothing but the run around from day one and not to mention, they were 30 mins late to show us the venue and your daughter was well trained to NOT give out pricing...We asked for pricing to be broken down, which yet nobody gave to us.But after reading your reviews, I guess our take about your company is absolutely correct.

Just had a event there the venue service was very poor. They tell you that things are included in the package, but when you get there they are not. The D js microphone equipment was poor. The venue is very nice they decorated very good but some of the items that they use to decorate are dirty the silverware was dirty had a lot of water spots on them. The staff only serve the food for about 45 minutes then our guest had to serve themselves we paid for that service and it was not completed. I would not recommend booking this venue for the money that we paid its way over price and the service is really poor.

Attended the expo on Jan 27. When we got there they told us that we couldnt try the desserts until after 4pm which was fine with us. We discussed the contract with the owner and went around to talk to the vendors (food wasnt good). When we were about to leave (after 4) my daughter ASKED if she can try the desserts and one of the ladies greeting said yes. We were getting a cake pop and another worker came very upset telling us that we were not allowed to grab anything. We tried to explain to her that they had told us it was ok but she was very upset and told us it wasnt announced so we were not allowed to take anything. She treated us like we were stealing something. I was shocked at how this lady treated us specially since she is related to the owner. We put back the cake pops walked out and threw the information in the garbage. Thank God I hadnt booked because if this is how they treat you when they are trying to get you in contract, I can only imagine what the rest wouldve been like. I will take my money elsewhere.

Hall was nice. Had adequate parking. Overall event was fun and food was good.

My family member had there wedding there very nice space they had everything set for them has waitresses a bartender had decorations very elegant and pretty. Pricing not aware of but it was very beautiful its good enough for 300 people not sure if more.

Very well decorated but the customer service is the worst. The contract is useless because it says what is included in your package but there are no details on what you actually end up getting. Once you are under contract the owner talks to you like she is doing YOU a favor and not like you are PAYING customer. The food is eatable definitely not worth the price very plain and mediocre. Very RUDE people throughout the entire experience. Expect no communication after you give them the deposit. Go somewhere else!!

I love the dance floor here. I was at a birthday party. The catering was delicious, I love how they put a lot of chips. The desert was really sweet.

It was very well organized, pleasant customer service. Perfect for a Quince.

Very terrible experience at this venue!! Owner was very rude & not professional at all!! Champagne glasses, forks, and plates were very dirty! Blamed it on the dish washer saying it was dry water! One champagne glass had a big inside of it!! The people who invited us had on the invitation and also told us the party was till 2am but they started turning lights on and shutting down the party before 1am! I feel bad for the people who pay a lot of money to have their party here and have to put up with crappy service!!

My name is Fabiola, and this place is amazing it’s beautiful it’s elegant and for all the luxury you get it’s ridiculously affordable i am a single mother and was so bleessed to have found this hall ... I just had a party 01-19-19 and I am in love how things turned out everything was beautiful decorated the food was delicious it was buffet style the dance floor is amazing .. hall very clean staff was very organized, helpful and nice I’m truly amazed of how much you get for such a low price can’t be beat my friends and family are in love and are looking to book the hall for their future events as well I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place ...the owner Rebecca she was great always answered all my questions and Ashley is a very helpful young lady as well...

WORST PLACE TO DO YOUR QUINCE WEDDING OR ANY EVENT!! So much money for bad service and manangenent! owner was rude ! Never again will me or my family will ever book here again all the dishes and forks and cups were so dirty and they blame it on the dishwasher machine very disappointing and fails to follow contract timing

Called several times and no answer. Then when I finally got an answer they advised me that they would call me back and send me information about dates, times, pricing, and other details. When I didnt receive a call back. I called again. And they gave me the same response.
