The candle mosaic of Our Lady of Guadalupe is beautiful. You can leave a candle and there are some small benches where you can sit and pray. It would be nice if there was a gift shop or some other information in regards to this site.

I just saw a performance there done by my niece and her co young actors and IT WAS MARVELOUS AND BRILLANT!! I am so happy that this Theater is here as an outlet for our youth!! Thank you !! Thank you!! Thank you for all your time and effort put into these young people!! Please keep up the great work and Kudos to the upkeep of the building!! It looks beautiful inside!!!!!

Its unique and easy to find, parking is limited but available. Enjoyed the concert Event.

Loved being in the theater. It has such a quaint feeling. So much culture and class.

Limited Parking Space. Maybe around 30-40 but free of charge. The Theater is of medium size. Has good sound system. The stage is also not very big. Suitable for medium size program. I think it can accommodate around 200-300 people .

Nice theater that supports the Spanish community and heritage

Came here to visit the Virgen de Guadalupe mosiac. A place not too far downtown. Might I say it was a very beautiful piece of art. Will definitely come visit again.l

They do great things for the Latino Community. A wonderful place that showcases Latino talent.

It was awesome hearing them stories, people need to know were not dying from HIV. Keep up the good work, god bless.

Firstly experience visiting the place and I was not disappointed. Wonderful atmosphere we were celebrating our friends 50th wedding anniversary.

Its a very nice place when events are going on.

Saw the Mayor of San Antonio at the first event of the 300 year celebration of the inception of the city of San Marcos here. There was Also an actor hosting the event who stars on a popular zombie television show. The event was honoring some women singers and was well attended. The seating was comfortable amd the stage brightly lit. There was art hanging in the foyer and everyone was happy to be there. It was a great evening in a great location.

By far one of the most beautiful and spacious theaters with a rich history in San Antonio, Texas. I was blind sighted with an unexpected death in the family and the supportive staff were able to accommodate me in my darkest hour.The theater space was just what we needed. A large enough venue that could fit up to 400 guests with a kitchen and bar space for storing and serving food and drinks. A space that was wheelchair accessible with ample parking and clean restrooms. A venue with with a spacious dance floor, a stage with state of the art lighting and sound and a tiered auditorium seating that fits tables and chairs for a seated dinner.The staff did an amazing job with the setup, sound engineering and breakdown of the ‘End of Life Celebration which allowed me time to enjoy the event. I highly recommend having your next family/corporate function at the Guadalupe Theater. It is a true gem and pillar of the San Antonio arts community!

Viewing of a movie that is education in nature regarding another popular and false worshipping of a statue which is named by its devotees to be Santa Muerte. I was surprised to learn that that religion is only behind the Catholic church in popularity and number of devotees. Further it is surprising to me that that particular form of worshiping that particular false idol has only been around for 10 to 15 years and openly public and already has approximately 14 million followers.
