Ive been to this place a couple of times to watch friends who have had stand up shows, and I gotta say, Im always vibing with the atmosphere. Great shows and a decent bar always make for a good night, and this place doesnt disappoint.

This is kind of weird. It’s an adult comedy club located in the basement of a kids restaurant (the Magic Time Machine).The comedy club in the basement isn’t associated with the Magic Time Machine, so don’t expect any of the MTM staff on the ground level to be able to answer any questions about drink service, cover charge, etc. All they can do is point you toward the dungeon door, er, I mean basement door.There’s a $10 cover charge. You can purchase tickets online ahead of time, but no one checks your tickets when you walk in. I asked several people who to give my ticket to, but no one seemed to know what was going on, so I just strolled in and grabbed a seat at one of the 20 or so hotel conference room style chairs (no tables for your drinks).Speaking of drinks - they get an extra star because they don’t have an overpriced two drink minimum like most comedy clubs do. There’s no drink service down in the basement, so you have to go upstairs to get your drinks, but that’s ok.I don’t see myself coming back here. The last two acts were “OK” but the rest of the evening was just mediocre.

Cool weekly underground (literally) comedy show that is full of surprises. You never know who might show up. Also, its free, so its a great cheap date. That said, if you like the show you can put some money in the tip bucket

This place is awesome to see comics foing comedy, also the bartenders are sweet, and make good drinks

This was my first time there tonight the comedy here is too funny and its free on fridays and the drinks are cheap I loved it and definitely will be coming back PICKLE JUICE AAAYYEEEE xoxo

This place is really neat! It is tucked away in the bottom part of the building that has the Time Machine restaurant. Which in itself is very interesting. Anyway Friday nightcomedy is always free and it’s a chance to see new talent. If you have a good sense of humor I think you should come out and support these guys. We got to see some up and coming talent and had some good laughs along the way! Just head over there and have some laid back late night fun. As always with comedy, go with an open mind and a light heart and youll be happy you stopped by. Oh and they have surprise guests who are passing through SA, so you never know who you might see! Fun and Free for late night Friday!

Great comics and space. Highly recommend visiting the place if you want to see great comedy!

Not even a debate. The Blind Tiger is the most fun comedy club in San Antonio filled to the brim with comedians that are hilarious!

Secret Show on Friday nights is my favorite time to visit. Our local comedians are hilarious!

I havent gotten to see a show yet. The time I went, I couldnt go in because I did not have my ID card on me. I think you have to be 21 and make sure not to forget your ID like me :/
