After reading the reviews,I feel this may not be the same place I go to. Everyone who works there has always treated me well and with respect. Have had great conversations with the employees there. I usually just go there to buy the zeagra but it has always been a great experience there with the employees.

If I could give you NO STARS I would. I need some items and I don’t have a babysitter for my one year old. I called and they flat out told me NO I can’t bring her. Even though she has no idea what the store is and obviously would be strapped into a stroller. It’s not fair that I can’t get what I need because they have a no kid policy. I would understand if she was old enough to know. BS

Great employees

My experience at the lovers adult accessory store tonight was really disappointing and really the workers or worker and who would not give me his name because he knew that his behavior was uncalled for and rude made me feel uncomfortable made me feel rushed made me feel like he didnt care about customer satisfaction and Im extremely upset. I will be calling in tomorrow to speak to the supervisor to let him know exactly how my visit to the store went and the behavior of his employee.

The people who work here are extremely rude. I stopped into the store with my husband to check the place out, and as we were leaving the man working there asked us if we had placed one of the dice games we had looked at back on the wall. Basically he accused us of stealing. My husband asked the man if he wanted to look at the area where the games are located to make sure they were all there and the man said no, and to let him know if we have any questions. Id suggest bringing your business elsewhere as they only have a limited selection anyways.

Purchase an $60 defective item from there,, I have left over 5 msgs for manager to call me back to resolve issue.i have gotten no response..I do not want money back I want item replaced. Poor customer service from manager.. sales people were very polite

I stoped by just to look and ended up buying a few things. The cashier was very helpful and plesent.

I just started working there and all I can say is that this is an fun job. I love helping customers.

My dildos are are so long and thick it doesnt go up without a fight so I bought some chocolate flavor lube because I love me some chocolate and it works so perfect

THE WORST MANAGMENT! DISCRIMINATION!!If i Were able to give no stars at all that is what i would rate this location! The two men who were at the front counter both rejected my id without even taking a look at it saying it wasnt me after i showed several other proof of identity. Rejecting my business because of the fact that i am hispanic. Both were very rude and unprofessional. Would deeply recommend another location! Save ur time and go somewhere where there is respect.

Tall white guy with a mustache was very rude. Didnt need to treat me with the disrespect that he did. Place is alright when he isnt there.
