If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I played here because Quicksand was booked and Bentwood was closed. It was like playing off pavement. No grass, horrible greens, no water, and no sand. I should have spent the day napping. Its not worth $5 for 18 and I paid $25.
I am giving it 3 stars as I am with everyone else on here that the condition of the course is rough but its not for lack of trying and bad luck. The recent wind storms and dry spells havent helped. But it just makes it more challenging to play (use winter rules and go a grip up for a better lie). At least you know, they arent using up all the lake water trying to keep it green. But the staff I have dealt with has been very nice to me and my daughter, so we will keep playing here in spite of the conditions. And the price is low.
Best Golf Course in West, Texas. Love the people love the course.
Calling this a golf course is an insult to real Golf Courses. There is very little grass on any of the fairways and you are hitting about 95% of your shots from nothing more than dirt. I have played on some poorly maintained courses but this one is at the top of the list.
Beautiful
Not a golf course more like a dirt course and there isnt enough golf carts
