I really loved this place, I remember spending my childhood here it was rare to see a slide out of order and the slides where really fun even though the old wooden stairs where pretty sketchy at some parts and kinda bouncy but that never stoped me from having fun. It’s very sad to see this park a banded and vandalized I hope to see it up and running soon By the way for all you water park fans that burn your feet on the concrete I got an easy solution some people say wear flip flops but then you have to hold them on the ride down and some slides don’t allow that people listen it’s simple just wear socks they get wet and keep your feet cool wile your walking on hot surfaces

I have a lot of memories here. I’m sad it was closed down, but like- bruh :( I know it was really dingy, and run down bit it’s still sentimental. The dinosaur kitty pool was my favorite thing when I was a little kid. The carpet near the wave pool and on the stairs was so nasty. Like, really really gross. Ngl, I kinda just wanna whoever thought it was a good idea to put carpet in a water park kdhdjsjdhdhwjs

Back in the late 80s I visited as a kid when it was Raging Waters. It was a great place back then. Clean, fun, great staff, always adding something new each year...it was one of the best places to spend a summer day. Now, it’s just a sad, run-down, dirty place, with lots of broken attractions, and a staff that seems like they could care less. It’s depressing how far it has fallen.

This place is getting more and more run down every year. Im surprised at the lack of maintenance to keep everything up and running. If something breaks, it seems like they just turn it off or take it out, ie the splash pad area next to the lazy river, the floating animals in the kids area, the waterfall feature at the top of the kids area, etc.We keep going due to be able to renew our pass of all passes for 20 dollars a person, and because we live close enough that we can drop in for an hour or two a few times during the summer without it being a huge inconvience, otherwise it would not be worth the money. If only would only put some money back into this place for basic maintence or to finally put something new in for the first time in years.

My family likes seven peaks. We have bought season passes every year for the past 4 years. Parts of the park are looking a little run down and could use some repairs but the big slides are all in good shape. There is a decent sized wave pool, a kids area, hot tub and many different slides some of which require a tube.I like the teal and yellow slides the most. You ride them head first on a mat at high speed. The yellow one is a nearly straight drop followed by a large hump which many people fail to get over.I was sad this year when they got rid of the Provo park. I looked it better.

Its a fun place to take the kiddos. A lot of slides were broke, but they are repairing them for next year. When my daughter lost her glasses on a slide, they went above and beyond. They got an employee to dive and get them out pretty quickly. They were very nice about it and totally saved us a pair of expensive corrective glasses.

I must start off by saying while I dont agree with all the bad reviews I do understand then. This park does feel like its on the edge of bankruptcy. Albeit I still enjoyed my visit here.It is a large water park with a good amount of big long slides. Also a wave pool and a lazy river. You can definitely spend an entire day here. But thats where its problems begin. It feels like the park is way to big to stay open. When we went, it felt eerily empty. While that does mean less lines for us, its not what makes money, and it shows. Many parts of the park are closed or run down because there is just no funds to keep them opened. Lots of places need some new and the big yellow slide you see in the pictures was closed as an entire section had been taken out. I wouldnt be surprised if this place closes in the next two years like the Provo park or gets bought out by Six Flags as I know they are in a water park buying spree.I would still say if you are in the Salt Lake City area and need something to do on one of those hot summer days, its worth visiting. I will warn they charge rental for tubes, even for the slides (single tubes only on the slides) and you cant bring food or drink into the park except for water.

Great fun for the whole family. The tube rentals are ridiculously priced. If you have a pass, you may be better off adding tubes to your pass rather than cash. I got 2 small tubes and a double tube and it was 23.00. you get 1.00 back for each tube if they are returned.

Wow, it is sad... in just 2 short years this place seems like a ghost town.I do feel that 2 different days with cheap day passes is enough. Not worth the pass part.Security staff was rude when I asked why there were only 2 signs noting no outside food. I asked why it wasnt placed elsewhere, like on the website (which is another less than it used to be place). They just kept referring to the 2 signs, as if duh, why arent you seeing them lady. Wow, Customer service at its finest! They were still acting like dicks when I asked them to escalate it up to management to have more info on website.I have brought food in the past, even with my bags checked. Guess they are trying to scrape where they can.I do not think this place will still be in business in another year or two at this rate.I dont think I will be buying/renewing my passes again.

There are horrible reviews on here but honestly if you come to have fun and dont really care about aesthetics, youll have so much fun. Honestly, the only way to do it though is by getting the Pass Of All Passes if you plan on going more than once in the year. Also definitely with getting the season tune rentals as well if you think youll go more than 3 times in the year. Besides there regularly being multiple attractions closed, its an excellent value and a great way to have fun with the family without spending a lot.

I also read a lot of the bad reviews on here and was skeptical about our visit to say the least. But we had a great time. There were a lot of fun areas to explore and the slides were great. Our kids loved it. Keep your eyes out for groupon or discount tickets. Relatives who went to this place last year told us it looks much better this year. Some slides were not open and the lazy river was closed but we still had a great time with small lines. Renting tubes is one downside and the wooden stairs are extremely hot so wear flip flops or something to cover your feet then put them in your lap on the slide. Overall though Id go again and had fun.

Havent been there lately? Youre not missing much. So glad I bought the Groupon and only paid $10. It isnt worth more than that. It has definitely seen better days. They either need a large investment to bring it up to par, or bulldoze it and start over. There were no chairs, only tables. Most of the grass was dead, dying or just gone. Slides were permanently out of order or in disrepair. AstroTurf is spotty at best. Paint is peeling everywhere. There may be Seven peaks, but only one star.

But the down side is you cant bring your own food or drinks inside they make u leave it in a area that is out in the open no locks. The food is too pricey there. Also the stairs are slippery. Much needed repairs are underway. Park is looking so much better. Cleaner and brighter. Majority of the staff are friendly. However, the bathrooms are often unkept and uncomfortable to use due to unsanitary conditions. The snack/grill are lacking in organization. Dont go here. Just get a slipnslide for your kids and stay home. If you go here expect to pay 70 bucks to just get into the park and thats only for 2 people. When you go to a water park you expect slides and fun but here you get just 3 slides that are open and working, even the childrens play ground was blocked off. So why pay so much money for a broken down water park? Simply dont and stay home where you can have a glass of wine and watch your kids have actual fun.

This place is so run down. Its really disappointing. The first thing you notice is the green turf is completely ripped up and torn in a lot of places. There are weeds everywhere and dead grass. The kids area was a major disappointment. There were dirty swim diapers left in the rock areas next to the slides, the water was filthy and freezing cold. The lazy river makes you feel like your on the set of The Walking Dead floating past abandoned attractions and rusted equipment. We spent most of our time in the wave pool. It was fun and my kids loved it. But other than that it was really disgusting. We have the pass off all passes and use it for other things. I dont think well be back unless they do A LOT of renovations.

This plays BLOWS. For years park quality has been in decline. Seems like the Pass of all Passes business model doesnt generate enough cash to properly maintain their parks. And, to top it off, their legal issues has forced them to close the best of their parks in Provo (play sad trombone music). Wont be returning here anytime soon.

The original Seven Peaks in Provo was quite nice and fun when they opened, and I was excited when they bought out Raging Waters because I thought they would clean it up and make it nice again. I couldnt have been more wrong. It is over priced, dirty and disgusting. Everything looks to be in disrepair, and the water looks and smells awful, as does the food. Whatever money the company is making clearly is not going back into the park.My daughter got a job there this summer and I cant believe the crap they pulled with her! They hired her because she already had her food handlers permit and a little bit of work experience, but only offered her $7 per hour. (It is legal to pay kids under 18 as little as $4.25 for the first 90 days.) She took the job anyway, but then last week they dropped her down to $6 per hour because, according to them, they should have only been giving her that much to begin with. She has been working her tail off in unsanitary, dirty conditions and scheduled pretty much every day, but not enough hours per week to be considered full time. This company has shown a complete lack of concern for its employees as well as its customers, (seriously, DO NOT EAT THE FOOD!), and I highly recommend not wasting your time or money there. Youd be better off going to Utah Lake back before they cleaned it up.

HORRIBLE! Half of the slides were not open as well as the lazy river. They said since they don’t get enough people in, they have to shut down slides, but they never told us that before we entered the park. We came here at 2:30 and at 3:10 the park announces “the time is now 3:10, we will be closing the park in 20 minutes at 3:30, please return your tubes and exit the park”. Then when we asked for a refund, the two security guards laughed in our face and walked away. Awful customer service, and workers who are rude. Their reasoning was “well the weather was bad this morning and people ended up not coming, so we’re shutting the park down.” As it’s 78 and completely sunny!!!!! Do not recommend coming here at all. New changes for 2018: FREE parking! CLEANER bathrooms! MISSING the watermelon slices for sale. This location gets a bad rap because of the area. But if you transplanted this water park in any other suburb along the wasatch front, it would not be looked at so negative.Once inside this park there is plenty of shady areas, staff has always been friendly to us, there is a water feature for everyone of all ages, sizes and abilities! We go 1-2 times per week. We would also go to the Provo location in 2017... but honestly only the lazy river was more picturesque and we loved the half pipe and more food choices at Provo, but as far as water features, hands down our family enjoys the salt lake location best! On a messy note, we feel like there are less shut downs; due to infant toddler accidents, at SL location.Best advice: call to make sure they aren’t shut down for a private event!

They didnt put anything on their website to inform anyone about it either. We were coming from out of town so, we got there at noon expecting to have all day! The rules werent clear and they inforced a lot of petty rules while ignoring large safety rules! For example lifeguards were straddling the fences up at the top of the slides, even the really tall one. The Lazy River and half park was closed. The lazy river was disgusting and it looked like they had no intention of cleaning it. They overcharge for lockers and made us bring the key back an hour before they closed! There are several places under construction and several of the pool ladders to get out of the pools were broken. Management was extremely nonchalant as well as the staff. I have been going to Seven Peaks, previously Raging Waters, (and earlier Wild Wave) since they opened in 1982. I have read some of the poor reviews and have to wonder what these people are expecting - a private island in the Bahamas? This place is the closest thing to a beach in Salt Lake, with seagulls to boot, and is a major BARGAIN! It is clean, fun, the staff are friendly and our entire family always has a great time. The wave pool is warm and such a great place to hang out with the babies in the shallow water while the big kids play. We got a season pass for $20 a person, and season parking and tube rental for an additional $30. I have not one complaint and plenty of praise. This is a Utah treasure - my favorite summer place to relax and play with my family in the summer. Haters just always have to hate.

You pay 10$ for a small cheese burger, small fries, and a medium drink. Although the fries are good, it doesn’t make up for the horrible burgers. They give you a small party, small buns, and then stuff it with vegetables to make it look nice. When I was at the tube rental shack, the employee there (a 14 year old Asian boy, presumably) was extremely rude to me as I asked him a question, his attitude change when his manager and supervisor showed up, resulting in my getting a free tube. The company as a whole needs to shut down for a season and do major renovations.

I buy the pass of all passes. It is basically the same price as a day pass, but I am able to bring my kids for a few hours and not feel like I have to stay or I am wasting money. Weekdays and Sundays are not as busy as Saturday. The park could use a renovation, as the rides are quite old. Overall, its fun in the summer.

I just visited this place for the first time on 8/ 13/16. We came from out of town. I agree the place feels a bit older but the rides were enjoyable for myself and two children. It does seem a bit expensive for the age but we got there after 4 pm and got a bit of a discount. Overall, I would recommend this water park just so long as your expectations are terribly high.

The very best slides kept closing throughout the day due to understaffing. The staff kept saying it was because of the wind, but a couple honest employees said they were closed simply cause there werent enough employees to work them. They chose the best slides in the park not to staff. The management must be oblivious to what slides are the most popular and leaves the lame slides still running. I love the park, but hate the way it is being managed.

This place has gone down hill.Parking lot is a mess$25 dollars to enter a park with most of the slides closed. They have heavy armed security guards walking around waiting for someone to give them a reason to try them. You’re charged for tube rentalsTurf is torn upBathroom/lockeroom is unclean and grossThey’re grill is over priced with no where to sit and eat.The wave pool. The wave pool isn’t even a wave people anymore. I don’t know if they’re trying to save money. But these waves are weak...

Spent an entire day here. The kids liked it...but have no point of comparison. The park is in desperate need of repairs and the staff was relatively unhelpful...which is understandable since they are primarily 16 year old kids.

Most slides are closed. The turf is all torn up. The place is extremely run down. Cant believe they charge $25 to get in here and $7 to park. Definitely not worth the money!! It was better when it was Raging Waters. Dont waste your money.

They tripled their prices for the pass of all passes because they were making improvements. Showed up for opening day and only 1 slide was operational. What are you doing with our money? It obviously isnt going toward making the park a more enjoyable experience for patrons. If Im paying triple the price for a pass, I would hope to be able to actually use more of the park than just the wave pool and 1 slide. Also, would much prefer not to have the staff sweeping dirt and grass around me as Im walking. They should have had the place ready for opening day or simply not opened. The kids pool was so cold that my kids refused to use it. The place is a dive with so much potential.

Not a great waterpark experience. First thing I noticed is most of the water was freezing as if it just had ice in it. But the part that really got me was how disgusting it all was. Algae, moss, and grime in every pool. The entire park needs to be drained and scrubbed with industrial strength CLR. Its so poorly maintained that I dont picture myself going back.

My husband took me here during our honeymoon. We were sorely disappointed. The theme of the park could be a crimescene, with multiple patches of their green carpet in very poor care and the majority of the bathrooms were out of order. To add insult to injury the few saving graces of the park were closed for maintenance or closed permantly. Paid a high price for little entertainment. Management was understanding and offered free merchandise as retribution but we still left with a pit in our stomachs of precious time and money wasted.

The park is fun and a nice place to take kids. The last time we went the kiddy pools were closed so we spent a lot of time in the wave pool and lazy river. The bathrooms are extremely dirty and in disrepair. The changing booths in the boys room dont have curtains (except for one) and the toilet stalls were quite dirty so changing in there felt gross. A girl in my party told me that the womens bathroom had no curtains and was just as dirty.

Fun watermark and my family and I loved it. The grass and landscape is pretty bad though. Lots of weeds. Id love to help fix it up or even see a small increase to do some needed work. Lots of potential with a little TLC.

Fun place and affordable. The word janky comes to mind, but in a good way.

Great place for a summer swim, but only worth it if you have the pass of all passes. Can get rent a tube for the water slides, but theres no signs saying which water slides there allowed on. You just have to know, ask or have a lifeguard tell you no as you go to sit in the tube to go down. Sometimes the water is freezing cold.

Our family bought season passes this year. My kids love it and for the price it is worth it. we are 35 minutes away and can run down for a few hours for some sun.Bathrooms could use some updating and more slides would be nice but all in all I enjoy going. Staff is super friendly. My main complaint is the food is expensive and grose tasting...

Honestly its not worth the 25 you pay for the day but probably the year pass is better. They have basic food. And all the stands are not open every time.4 slides are closed and they have been closed for a long time.No waves in the wave pool and the water was super dirty. But it was still fun

This place is a joke. I drove from SLC down to Provo to enjoy the hot summer day at the water park. My friends and I decided to leave early to make it there by opening time. We are pulling around the curve and the park is quiet. We, of course, got super excited because it meant no lines. As we drive closer to the park, we come to find out that it is empty. We decided to drive towards the parking lot, we thought that maybe we were too early (it was 11AM the park opens at 10AM) but nope. The parking lot had grass growing through the cracks, the slides look broken, there was no water in sight. Its like they pulled it out from Children of the Corn, ABANDONED. The worst part about it all was that the SLC 7Peaks was opened. Their management team did a lousy job at communicating the closure of the Provo 7Peaks. We would had gone to the SLC one (its not that great) if we had known and would not have left a review.

I really liked Seven Peaks and Raging Waters as a kid. Can you get someone to clean things up a bit. There were dead birds in the netting above the slides. I think the Pass of All Passes pricing strategy is a flop. Flooding the water park with as many people as possible is just making the problem worse. Please turn this place around...
