This place is great! Full of unique things from local artist. I love going in just to checkout what new and get a few fun stickers. Urban Arts is also associated with some of the Art exhibits at the Gateway, like Dreamscape. That what my pictures are from. If youre at the Gateway mall this is a fun place to pop in and check out.

Such an awesome experience! Urban Arts Gallery supports local artists and has a lot of cool stuff. We came here for an origami night where you write a kind or thoughtful note, put it in an envelope, and leave it somewhere for a stranger to find and make their day. They had sandwiches, beverages, live music, and beautiful art. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Voted best Gallery in Utah for a reason. This place is awesome! Great place for contemporary art, pop culture artworks and urban style art. Annual Skate Deck show in Sept is a must see.

Absolutely phenomenal gallery, Ive never seen such an amazing display of incredible and varied talent.Such unique pieces, exciting art is literally grabbing your attention everywhere you look.I spent an hour taking in all the sights, and I will definitely be returning to acquire a few pieces that demand permanent residence in my home. You are going to love this beautiful, contemporary art gallery!Jonathan and Chelsea are the 2 wonderful people running this local gallery, and are the most friendly and personable people you could hope to meet. When you go, you WILL want to buy!

This is such an under appreciated spot in Salt Lake City that I absolutely love. They feature amazing local artists and usually have some sort of theme going on with the art, as well as constant prints to go through. There’s something here for everyone; geeky, fantasy, nerdy, satirical, artsy, beautiful, religious even. Amazing amazing art here that you will never find anywhere else.

This place is super cool. More of the masculine version of an Etsy handmade market. Very cool and edgy and unique pieces you cant see anywhere else. I love the variety of prices- small tokens and gifts of all prices, up to high value art, which still seemed reasonably priced. I hope they continue to get more items to increase selection!

Honestly one of my favorite places to take a stroll, they change their showcases pretty regularly and offer many fine prints and glicees but my favorites are always the original. Their prices are often very reasonable and fair because they work directly with local artists.

Gorgeous works, a cool show is going on right now in the back, like an immersive theatre experience. Definitely really cool

In my own opinion, I believe this is the only place worth visiting at the gateway. They have an amazing variety and display of artwork. So many talented artists are on display. I really enjoy the fact that they have a little portfolio with information about each artist. I love that they have other forms of artwork besides painting. My husband and I spent a lot of time looking at each piece when we were in there. I also liked how on each peice they documented what materials were used to create the artwork. I found everything I looked at fascinating and intriguing. I will definitely be considering purchasing from the artists presenting there to decorate our new home. They also have smaller reprints from 5 dollars and up which is really cool if you just want something small.

Great place for local art and artists

Super cool place. The overlap between my personal fandoms isnt quite what I wish it was. Id love to see more Marvel & Nintendo stuff, but everything theyve got seems to be well made and quality stuff.

Great place. Great people. When your done looking around ask the staff when the next event will be and experience more... Also the gallery refreshes every month so there is always something new.
