Awesome store! Very clean and organized with a huge selection! They are covid conscious and ask to sanitize before entering, provide a mask if you dont have one, etc. The gal who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. Dont let.the outside fool you on this one! Highly recommend.

Awesome service and so helpful and very knowledgeable, weve been coming for years and they always have the newer stuff stocked all the time and a big variety of selection!!!!! A+ we showed up after hours and she allowed us in and personally took us around and was so helpful in what we were searching for thank you so much

Everyone who works here has been so friendly and helpful! They didn’t pressure me to buy anything and just informed me on all of the things I was looking at buying. They also have a great inventory. I will definitely be going here from now on and skipping bigger companies like Blue Boutique.

Girl wasn’t trying to help, was rude the minute I walked in. She made is obvious that she was annoyed by me coming in and would follow me around the store sighing every time I’d move locations. She made me feel really uncomfortable babysitting me while I walked around. I wasn’t trying to steal anything just trying to peacefully shop, even had my hands crossed, only picked up two items, I couldn’t find anything at all for my LGBTQ needs, but then again no appreciable staff to help locate what I needed help with.

First time here. Store was very small and cramped. And not even 5 minutes into the store we were being followed and watched, the one worker even looked like she was recording me. I promptly asked my partner to leave and now on the way to a different option.

I am shy and they were horrible at assisting me find what I needed. I had to really press the staff to attend to me, which was awkward because I am shy. The staff would only give me one word answers. I ended up buying something that doesnt work for what I needed. I cant return it, and the staff neglected to tell me that they dont do returns or exchanges during the purchase process. Then when I asked them to find the something that would make the item work, or something different they just stared at me intil I left. I saw the staff be much more helpful to the white women in the store. Which makes me feel like maybe my being a male ethnic minority has something to do with the unfriendliness/unhelpfulness, which I hope is not the case.

I really I really like coming here,the lady with the glasses that is typically here is really helpful and does a good job at not making you feel awkward and makes the experience kind of fun and informative. I would recommend this place if you want to explore your sassy side.

Funny... I have never had her give me a second look or watch over me. Maybe you put off a vibe, Im sure her stores been missing things more than once. She doesnt know us we dont know her, what better way to start a friendship? Plus shes knowledgeable and helpful.She sells quality work at good prices! I go to an Asian store and they dont let you take the carts around the store... they follow you and take what youre buying up front till youre done, Its called protecting your store and covering your ass...

Hours: 10am-6:30pm, Mon-SatThis is a cute cramped little shop. The selection is really good for the size and they have a few older toys you dont see much anymore. There are also some BDSM toys you wont find at other shops. They have plus sized stuff as well as body forms. They also sell breast forms and packing forms, but those need to be ordered and shipped in.I really love their lingerie and their prices are excellent. The only thing I dont like about the shop is the saleswoman. Shes been there both times Ive gone in and she follows me around, always pressuring me to buy stuff. When I visited with my partner she would listen in on our conversation and butt in occasionally, which is not something you want when youre trying to pick out a dildo.The shop was fairly busy, but she seemed to focus on us primarily and was never more than 4 feet away. Were in our 30s, but perhaps she thinks were younger? Im not sure the reasoning behind her actions. Ultimately, I bought less just because she wouldnt leave me alone.So though I really love this shop, I cant rate it high due to the customer service experience. The short hours also makes it hard to visit. I do plan to continue shopping there in the future, but it will always be a quick get in, get out.

After reading the other reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect but I knew they had the stuff I was interested in looking at. When I came in she was up and beyond helpful. She’s very knowledgable, she isn’t shy which is exactly what kind of rep you want going into a shop such as this. She helped me find what I was looking for at a price I needed as well as introducing me to other things I may be interested in in the future. When I mentioned I’m a maid of honor, she even showed me all of the stuff they have for bachelorette parties and brides. She’s really passionate about her work and the items she sells, she backs. She gave me the privacy I needed to look, and let me come to her when I was ready for questions. 4 other people were inside while I was and she helped them too while allowing privacy. Seriously this is the place to go for all of your adult needs. Anything you need, it’s here. I’ll be back to have her help me plan a bachelorette party! I have not a single bad thing to say about the rep or the shop! Not to mention the shop is private you don’t feel like people are staring when you walk in. This place is incredible

I go in to purchase some lace mens undergarments, I asked the woman behind the counter what else she has in the style, she shows me womans underwear and say that they were designed bigger for men to wear, but they were womens booty shorts basically,No, I didnt purchase them, and she needs to know what she sells,

This was the most horrific experience ever. Ive tried to give the store a chance on two or three occasions with my wife and these sales people are just awful. Their comments, the way they watch people like everyones a crook. So we called the owner found out shes the reason. She is training everybody to be these intrusive, judgemental customer service out the window jerks.

Not sure about the store yet but their website states: must be 18 before entering our website and have adult bla bla bla ....however there isnt a single link button or anything to click on just two girls awkwardly hugging 4 times and thats it.....so weird?????
