This place is always a blast for the kids now it doesnt have as many fun games as other Chuck E Cheeses but that my be because its located at the mall. I would have given it 5 stars but there wasnt anyone present when we went to leave to see if our kids were really ours....thats a No No especially since thats one reason people feel so safe going there

In a moments notice, the staff pit together a Birthday party for my grandkids. They were very professional and more importantly, accommodating. The kids had a great time and want to go back tomorrow! Thank you Chuck E Cheese for a wonderful afternoon.

I have to say this place is AMAZING!!!!!, they keep the place clean and not crowded. My son had has 4th birthday party there and the staff was very nice. They kept the place sanitized like I would recommend anyone to go qnd I definitely will be going back with the kids.

Loved it. At check in our temperature was taken . Hand sanitizer was given to us. Picture was taken. All games are extremely clean. The best they have ever been. Lots of games to choose from. Less tables. My grandson was so excited to have Chucky open again. You do have to wear masks the whole time but thats ok. Little ones do not. No salad bar but they do food to tables. Love it.

Nice and kid friendly! Duh. Why wouldnt it be. One thing Ill note. If the children you bring are independent. Its easier on everyone around you!

My 10 yr old son Austin had the best day of his life!, He told me. It was alot SMALLER than theonesi used to remember but the staff were great everyone had a great time and good prices when you book in advance.FYI

Today i threw my daughter a birthday party. Had a reservation in place, but reserved it for the wrong day. So Im mad at myself. The manager Kenny worked with me and my daughter had a great party. Thank you guys so much for helping out this very stressed out mom.

The kids had fun but it wasnt cleaned very well our party had 2 different orders for pizza that were over a half hour and we had to get up and go find them and we were at a birthday party there there paying attention skills were not good or attentive and after speaking out on it not a manager or anyone for that matter apology for the delays on food all was said to us was we couldnt find your table and and didnt even want to bring last pizza to table tried handing it off to me can honestly say was not at all impressed

The staff is amazing!

Overall a fun place to take your children. However the place could really use a renovation and a larger floor space. If you dont get there when they open its generally too crowded to enjoy yourself with all the birthdays going on and small space/amount of games available.

I went there today got 45 mins off all you can play for $13.99 As soon we got there the staff were so nice and they offered us wristband for the play pass. Also there games were well cleaned and there was some brand new games.And every 1 hour chuck e Cheese comes for a dance and ticket splash and takes photos with the kids .And we won 400 tickets and we were able to get a cotton candy and a slinky .Also you can win some fun toy balls from the claw machie.Overall this was one the best Chuck E Chesse i have went to

The games were awesome. My son loved it and so did I. Awesome place for kids and kids at heart.

They have a new (to me anyways) system of the play cards, you can either buy unlimited plays for a certain amount of time, or just buy as many plays as you want. We played unlimited games for 30 minutes with a 10$ card. It seems to work out for us.

Great time kids had fun, and the employees were great. Wish they had better games to play.

Awesome experience. So much fun and excitement. Chuck e even came out and danced even though we were the only customers there. Staff was exceptional!

Tonight I went to Chuck-E-Cheese because my granddaughter turned 11 years old she has been going there for the past 3 years it was her friend and her cousin my other granddaughter Jasmine they had a ball we all did actually it is a very very fun place for children even adults if you like that its worth the money and the food is good too

My kids had a great time here. We came in on a Monday (8/21/17) and the staff were extremely polite and nice. This store is much smaller than some other stores we visited.One of the machines didnt work and kept eating tokens, so a staff member gave us 5 extra coins. We even stayed 10 minutes past the closing time to feed all of our tickets and the staff didnt mind it and didnt push us out.Overall this is a great store and the service and staff are amazing.

Went here for my sons birthday had a blast staff was very attentive games were fun the games would break frequently but the manager would always fix them quickly and get us our tickets even tho it was insanely busy

My son had a blast, but I was a tad disappointed. The food and service were great, but the place could use an update on the games and decor. I want to try the one in Annapolis to see the difference if any. But well probably go back again.

They said our 30 dollar gift card we bought for our grandson had a zero balance, but we never used it.

We always have a fun day as a family. Lillie doesnt really play the games but we do. We will def be going back a lot more times.

This was a complete disaster the music was terrible from the first then the prices was too high the service there and customer service was lousy. So then we got our food and had to change it and the lady had an attitude after we placed our order we waited an 45 min to an hour for our food then when we finally got our food some was missing my spouse went up to ask them bout it and said it was voided off so I went dis the math on the receipt and showed them they were on there and we never got them the lady said let me check that she did then said oh your right. Well let me check y you never got them she came back and said the receipt never got printed out but I can send it back now. I told her forget about it I want a refund for them. So after all that we got ready to leave and my daughter is 5 months old was asleep and we were trying to take her and they tried to tell us if you dont have a sticker you cant take her. And said can you go find the sticker we tried and never found it, they said you cant take her I then told them you have 3 options I can probe she is my daughter and you can let me go. 2 I can call the police and my lawyer and then you have a problem or 3 you can try to stop me your choice. We finally got to leave. But if I could go negative 1 star I would go negative 5 it was the worst service and terrible pizza and if your going to do security then do it right or dont try it at all. Thus this place was horrible we will never go again.

The place is full of unruly kids trying to snatch tickets. Never turn your back for a second or your childs ticket stash or token cup will be gone. It has the potential for being a fun outing, but they really need some order in that place.

I love kid-friendly places but the staff here was rude and customer service was absolutely non-existent! One member of the staff was possibly trying a little but mostly their effort and attitude was terrible.
