Great place for family entertainment and summer childrens programs. I have been here many times as a cast member and audience member. Ariel is more than a place of entertainment and acting, but it is also a place to learn about work ethic and form great attitudes and habits.
Amazing to see a place like this still exists making real genuine artistic plays with integrity and heart. 5 stars!
I went on a field trip with my daughters class today to see The Lion King Jr. and it was amazing!!! The kids loved the performance. The costumes, the songs the background and the acting abilities the cast displayed was great, from the youngest ones to the older members. We look forward to another performance by them.
Talented young men and women! Thanks for a great experience for both those that perform as well as those that attend.
Excellent performance as usual. From the lighting to the set to the performers the staff and crew brings out the best in each other
I have been going here since I was eight years old. I have done a total of 18 shows here, and have not regretted a single one. The directors and staff there care about the happiness and the well-being of every single person, whether it be a small child going there for the first time ever, to others who have done upwards of 20 shows, they are all treated with love and respect. Life lessons are taught at every rehearsal, which have helped me through many other life challenges, not related to ARIEL of even theater for that matter. Five starts is not a correct rating for this non-profit establishment. If the rating were to be out of all the stars in the entire universe, there still would not be nearly enough to express how wonderful this place is.
I watched Narnia with my two daughters and I was so moved by the play. I, a grown man was in tears at one point. Amazing performance and I plan to see more plays! Everything was so amazing and I was so impressed.
Ive been very impressed with both the quality of work ARIEL does and the sense of community that happens there.
I was not happy about how they helped me. My son was also not happy with directors and instructorsso if you want your son or daughter to be happy go to the western stage, they have more plays to experience then being stuck in a fur suit and standing in 85 degree hot lights on stage for 1 hour.
The show was wonderful and seeing Diane Demmon made my night!
Truely exceptional performances and selected plays. You should know its not just a kids theater performance training experience, theres a parallel menu of full length plays of Broadway caliber, eg: Joseph and Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Fiddler, etc., check their current season offerings, youll be impressed. The performances at Ariel really give Western Stage a run for their money; youll be glad you went.
Wonderful, clean, kid friendly plays performed by great kids!
Tuck Everlasting
