Very friendly management. Location is great. Very close to major retailers. Very close to highway access. Awesome school district in the area. Lamplighter is a sort of laid back facility. Swimming pool and tennis court / basketball court. Nice to just stroll around the park. You will have your occasional loud parties but overall is a quite place.

Its a beautiful place especially for kids (safety on the street), but its hard to find the right house (no signs where are which numbers).And they have a very nice christian assembly.

What can I said this mobile home parking site, has good street roads, looks clean, organized, but there is no parking spaces, I dont know how the people live like that with out enough parkings because the outer street is so full of cars!!!

My grandparents have lived here longer than Ive been alive and MAN, has it gone downhill!!!It used to be a park for people to live in peace and quiet and comfort. Parking was regulated as it is VERY limited, the pool was kept open and clean, and there were minimum children in the whole place.Now... cars are everywhere, staying for longer than the allowed amount of time. It is jam-packed full of people who dont care if their children are 3 blocks away playing in a strangers yard. NO ONE STOPS AT THE STOP SIGNS ANYMORE.The security does not ticket or tow the way they used to, no one regulates the rules, the pool has been closed for years simply due to laziness. They installed a new park and tennis court, but they are surrounded by 20ft gates that are ALWAYS LOCKED.Overall, if youre looking for a mediocre place with NOT CHEAP rental spaces where your neighbors yell at you and throw their garbage over your fence then deny their actions, then this is the place for you.

My aunt lives here and place seems really safe good neighbors and quiet place there also a park next to it just crossing the road just make sure your watching your kids theres a lot of cars passing by the entrance

I have lived here for over 35 years and I feel safe we have security and a swimming pool and a nice club house

There very expensive I think there should be a cap on how much and how often they raise their rent. I know several people that have lost their homes due to how high their rent kept getting raised.
