My son and daughter learned to love roller skating at The Hoop, my daughter now skates on our local junior roller derby team. I read the other reviews and they just dont add up; we frequently come and have never experienced anything like what is being described. We have a precious little gem here, and frankly we love it!
Great place to skate! Ive been taking my daughter to this rink for years. My daughter and I love this place! The customer service is amazing and the staff are always there to assist with whatever you need.We love checking out the themes each week, as we like to play dress up. (If youre interested, check out their Facebook page)They have a strict no bullying policy. That makes it that much safer to take my young daughter.The DJ is amazing and has a vast variety of misic she likes to play. She is always open to requests, too.I am grateful to have a safe place to spend some quality time with my daughter. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Its family friendly fun!
It’s a great place to visit, really nice building and a good cost too! I love to skate there. But they really need to add an A.C. It gets extremely hot in there but otherwise I love the place.
Very hot inside. Went outside for less than 30 seconds and when I came back in, the manager got mad at me and told me If I went out side, I can’t come back in to skate, unless I pay again. I explained to her I was just getting a breath of fresh air. She got mad and said I was talking back and I finally said ok. She said say it right and said I have to call her ma’am. Do not recommend and will not return.
This was originally a fun place to skate when I was younger, my friends and I would have a great time going there as a group, but one night we went for the first time in a while,and my entire group of 12 friends and I were kicked out wrongfully. Two teenagers that we had nothing to do with decided to make an inappropriate comment towards one of the other people there, and when the girl decided to report it to the staff she didnt just say it was the two who actually did it, she said it was our entire group, when we had absolutely nothing to do with the situation, we didnt even know anyone involved! It made no sense, because the boys who did it were already being taken out and talked to by security, when the manager took it upon herself to tell us we had to leave because bullying isnt tolerated. I tried to politely explain to her that that wasnt us, that it was the boys over there being spoken to by security, and my friends said the same thing, but she didnt listen and kicked us out anyway. I dont understand how 12 kids couldve supposedly harassed one girl, and not been initially taken out by security??? And we didnt even get our overpriced $7 entry/skate fee back either. The whole situation was unfair.Frankly, I dont recommend this place for anyone who is older than middle school or maybe not anyone at all because customers are treated unfairly, and the prices are way too high for the privilege of riding around in a sweaty gym for 2 hours and trying not to get knocked over by stupid kids who dont know how to skate. The only positive is that most of the regular staff are nice people and they make sure the skate return lines arent super backed up at the end.

This place is great, they have seperate areas, advanced and beginners, they have variety oh different games and it is so much fun! 100% recommend!
Love the games played in the advanced half and its also great how they separate the floor for beginners and advanced
