Good dealers. Waited for over an Hr around 1 pm on a Friday Last week for a seat at either 1-2 or 2-5. They need a second floor with Encore closed!

6 handed was terrible. Players are rocks playing too tight. Go elsewhere where there is more action

1 toilet for 100 men . Come prepare for not using the bathroom at all . Is $$$ the problem ?

Great poker room! Nice to find a room with great service, good dealers, smoke free, amazing chairs, usb at every seat, etc. So far and above Twin River its not even close.

I gave this review a 1 star initially because there were problems in certain aspects of the casino especially with customer service in my previous visit. However, I am very impressed with the improvement from the feedback I gave. Great customer service, I will be back again.

My favorite place to be, the dealers are all friendly and fun, my favorite floor person is phill he interacts with every player in a positive mood all the time, you win some and you lose some, it’s called gambling after all. My favorite game is Mississippi Stud, it has good odds of winning. I love their food as well, I don’t step foot in Encore or Foxwoods anymore, I love this place.

Did a good job of spinning the old building around and spacing things out. What I liked the most was the Tabke Dealers willingness to help me as I acclimated to the game play (even allowing a change in my recently made bet). I like that there was a bar and fodd there as well as a few table games and roulette wheels.

I’ve beena number of times and am very comfortable there, the dealers are great, overall a good place to relaxAnd enjoy.

I have been playing roulette over there for past 4 months. It’s very bad . Staff very rude and they are not taking care of split coins. I lost some money because of staff negligence. Staff favors always who give more tips . No discipline at table few regular customers occupied all table and not allowing others to play because of this I lost money. Yesterday I went to Boston Billiards. Very nice place and polite staff . I never prefer this place. Recently I am visited this place for playing roulette. Nice changes and awesome service. Dealers are very polite and helpful staff. I am well satisfied now I am highly recommending this place .

Huge Casinos fall short to the professionalism & customer service at this small venue. Great place to play NLH. Sometimes list is very long, but everything else is A 1. Nice bunch of players who are a pleasure to play with!

This place is great! Not to big and not to small..just right. Clean,dealers are friendly and helpful. I played roulette, and walked out losing, but in all fairness after two hours of exciting play! Had i left when i hit my win limit, i would have walked with $180... But had only been there an hour at this point. Lets face it,i was having too much fun to leave. So i hear the poker is a good time too. Alot of amateurs, so if your good,its like taken candy from a baby!!! You can exspect a wait for table on weekends. Im self employed, so i go during the week. .except for weekday holiday. Have a profitable day! !

My Husband and I come here sometimes and it is clean, food is good, and we like the table games. I don’t usually do reviews, but one of the servers working there she told us “her name was Krysten” was so attentive and seemed to be right on the ball whenever we needed something! That was the only thing missing for us when we would come, but now no complaints at all! We would love to keep having her wait on us whenever we make our trips here.

Very well organized & easy for newcomers to figure out where to go & how to get in the game they want. - Can be a little overwhelming at times when crowded.

Stopped in and played for a couple hours while traveling. The place is organized and smoke free. The only reason it didnt get 5 stars is because make no mistake, even the 1-2 table is full of gamblers with 1K stacks, not people just looking to have fun.

Tried this place out the other night. Played 1-2 no limit. Place is a little small, but really nice. Tables are big, plenty of room. USB chargers built in the table to charge phones. Chairs are very comfortable. Staff are pretty nice. They have a bar, price for a soda was a little expensive. Bathroom is small for the amount of people that were there. Would recommend this place if you want to come down and play some cards for a few hours.

Very bland atmosphere. Very strict and non compassionate to new people to there facility.

Small but tasteful inside. Nice to not smell cigarette smoke like you do at big casinos. Friendly staff, nicely priced pints of quality beer. Downsides are that the air conditioning is quite cold so a long shirt/sweatshirt recommended. Wanted to join the players club but was informed machine broken. Not a deal breaker but slightly inconvenient. All in all nice place and I will return.

A great card room. Nice and new with a somewhat upscale a feel to it. Some helpful staff, including some of the Dealers who are patient and explain the games to people who need help. The Chinese food smelled wonderful (I didnt have any though)

Worst Poker Room in America!!! Played here on 6/2. 3 Players in the hand, and I am second to act. On the river I have a straight flush. Player 1 checks. I go all in on my action with the nuts, as All in was announced 3 times and the all in button was next to my stack. Player 3 folds. When action returns on Player 1, he grabs chips and puts them in the middle signifying a call. On top of that, he then tables his hand. After his call is made, I table my hand showing that I have a straight flush, which is the winning hand. I am sitting on about 500 and Player 1 has 800+.Long story short. Player 1 says he made a mistake once he saw my hand. Floor is called over, and the situation is explained to them. They come up with some bogus ruling that Player 1 is only responsible for the 4 chips he put it after my ALL IN was announced 2 times and all in chip was beside my stack.Floor is very biased, discriminant, prejudice in this particular situation. Everyone on the table knew that Player 1 called my all in, including player 1. Player 1 calling an All In, to then see that he lost, and claiming it as a mistake shouldnt be justified. There are rules to Poker.Of course, I requested them to review the footage, and provide me with the ruling in the rule book in a civil manner, just to be told to go home. I did not get paid from the All In call by player 1, or from the High Hand. Only told to go home.I will NEVER come back to this Poker Room, and will make it a point to spread the word of their cheating, being bias on winners of particular hands, or whatever youd like to call it.Ive been playing poker for over 10 years in various card rooms and have never ever seen a call revoked after a particular player loses the hand.

Great poker room overall. The dealers, the promos, food, the floor staff, etc are all top notch.

Great atmosphere. Food is great and the people there are awesome! Theres roulette and poker tournaments going on every Sunday and Thursday.. Def recommend!

RUDE Supervisor. My wife and I visited this casino and while waiting on space to open up at a table we observed the supervisor of the pit bosses being extremely rude to another customer. It is very disturbing that a casino would put someone like him in charge. He was very sarcastic, rude and completely spoke down to these customers. Apparently his 3rd grade education did not prepare him for this job. When the customer asked when the owner would be there, he rudely said When ever he wants to be. My wife and I looked at each other and said, lets go. We went to another casino.

Very legit poker operation. I was quite impressed. Plenty of TVs, skilled dealers, and comp points.

First time there on 9/7/18 since Rockingham closed. Place is well run. Was offered a players card right away upon signing up.Tables built for 10 players but not sure why only 9 are allowed. Probably a state law. Its ok since it theres plenty room. LOVE the Reese Witherspooon lookalike floorperson. Was also glad to see so many familiar faces (players and dealers....even April the waitress) from the Rock. Bathroom is too small but I realize it was previously a restaurant so understandable but would be better/cleaner with more stalls. Will return for sure though.

Never been treated so badly by a floor boss in the 20+ years of playing poker at dozens of poker rooms Ive played in.tells me to shut my mouth in the most aggressive and intimidating tone.Im just beside myself I will never go there again and I loved playing here been going to that poker room since it was at Rockingham Id say about 10 years.and that being said that says a whole lot to play somewhere for that amount of time to never want to play poker there again.

Dealers and pit are always friendly and helpful. Food is good and the mixed are never overpowering.

The chicken was pounded so thin the sandwich was half breading. It was almost as thin as a piece of deli meat. Almost comical if I wasnt so hungry.

I have been hare 5 times out of those times Ive made it on blackjack twice they have the usual regulars unfortunately the one set of regulars seems to be a family and they tend to take most seats at the only two tables for blackjack it is frustrating that I put my name on the list just to play but cant because they have most of the seats and if they are needing a break they let their buddy jump in and play who is on the list already pit bosses seem to not care .Two tables for Mississippi stud and only one seems to be full.needs more tables for other games than just holdem and omaha.2 blackjack tables, 2 Mississippi stud tables, 2 roulette and at least 15 Holden/Omaha tables
